Being able to create professional-looking event invitations (with a logo, images, specific branding, etc.) is great and starts an event off right. Managing guest lists is simplified, saving time to focus on other aspects of the event.

Pros

Overall event management, including handling the reservation process, is made much easier with the help of RSVPify. The program is intuitive relatively simple to figure out, and anyone can create a decent looking invitation. QR code check-ins are a great add. I also like having the automated email reminders when it’s getting closer to the event.

Cons

The more advanced features are locked, which is slightly annoying, and sometimes it’s tricky to keep track of multiple events at the same time. (Old ones should be deleted.)

I used RSVPify to plan my 5-year wedding anniversary party and it made it very easy to see which guests I had invited were actually coming so I could plan for budgeting and getting things ready for it well in advance so that there weren't as many surprises.

Pros

I liked how easy it was to make an online invitation for events so guests can RSVP and it was all in one space so there wasn't any confusion on who on the guest list was actually coming to the event.

Cons

RSVPify seems like it would be a cheaper service to use, but overall it wasn't too bad of a price when you have a large event to plan, especially when the invites are sent out well in advance.

Overall, people were able to open the invite and rsvp without any complications and I was happy to see that it all worked out.

Pros

When I was planning a women's fellowship, I came across RSVPify. I was so excited! I was able to design and create a flyer for the event and publish it so that people could start rsvping.

Cons

I was unable to set it up to where I could receive payments for those who wanted to rsvp through the link.

I had to quickly prepare a nice-looking, simple invitation. I have never used it before, and it was great that the builder was very intuitive and had all the options I wanted. I only had one issue, but when the error occurred, it had information on how to fix it, so overall I think it is a good software, even though a bit pricy.

Pros

Easy to use, nicely working builder for the forms and the overall look of the invitation, very intuitive to use, even if you have never used anything like that before.

Cons

The builder could have more options, but you can still do a lot with the options you have. I have used the paid version because the free version didn't have all the options I wanted. It is quite expensive.

Great, I have used RSVPify for many internal events, and while I always find improvements that I would like, there is usually a work around to make it functional for my needs.

Pros

Easy to setup and the customer service is top notch

Cons

There are some options that could be enhanced, specifically on the website portion (ie. drop down options for FAQ's, or an envelope expansion for each section to save space)

It has been an amazing experience for me and I think for users too with RSVPify. The UI is intuitive, the functions are great, it doesn't take long to setup events. All in all, its a fantastic software and I highly recommend it for everyone.

Pros

I like the default option for choosing different options like meal options without needing any extra things. I experienced that with other event booking software, we have to go around doing some tricks to achieve it but it's available by default on RSVPify - which makes a lot of sense. Also, I like how interesting the designs available are. Other event booking software looks very boring when compared to RSVPfiy. The ability to choose from amazing designs and options like meal preferences is superb for me.

Cons

I wish it was more affordable. The monthly pricing is quite high for me as I don't create events often. I wish there were pay-as-you-go types of credit or one-time payments for certain thresholds.

My experience with RSVPify hasn’t been too terrible but could be better as some of their competitors have better options for less or even free but I love how much customization freedom that you or your company can have when it comes to this program, but expect to pay more for better features.

Pros

It is easy to use, customizable, cost-effective, and eco friendly.

Cons

On the free plan, you have a certain amount of people allowed on an invite for an event and no video onsite demo
