Can be connected with large DBs using connection strings in DirectQuery method helping in live tracking . Fast: large sets of data from different tables can be combined without much operational lag. For a multi employee company, the Power BI portal is really helpful as the user access and permissions are easy to manage. Cons The Power BI license for each user is comparatively not cheap. Sometimes the gateway to the specific database makes this a little complex.
