easy and reliable, my coworkers are not always hunting me down that the website and software are hard to use. the tech support is responsive and quick.

Cons

The fact that I am not versed in everything that can be done with MedTrainer. Which is my fault, so I guess I really don't not like anything about Medtrainer!

There are a lot of courses and I would think most would find it nice to have a preset required list based on their field.

MedTrainer has saved me time and money because I am the administrator of a small ASC. I am on the one responsible for conducting education/training sessions. My time was being used to plan, teach and coordinate mandatory education. MedTrainer has freed my valuable time to be used on more higher level functions at our facility. My account executive, (Sensitive Content Hidden), has been great to work with.

Pros

1\. Course Selection related to required education in healthcare; 2. ease of use to assign courses and multiples courses to staff; 3. report section

Cons

If I must say something, I would like to see more courses geared towards leadership development. Maybe some financial courses.

since I am not a health care provider, I have learned things from medtrainer that I didn't know

Cons

the sessions seem to be longer than needed, keeps going over the same information, too many chapters for some of the information, they state a time (1 hour) to do the session, if you take any notes, it could take longer, and also there were some that stated 1 hour and even not taking notes, it took more than 1 hour, due to all the chapters that were given

It is very easy to assign courses and keep up on reports of what courses have been completed.

Pros

I think it is a tie between being able to upload all our policies and employee manual etc... for yearly review and the able to assign courses one time and the software remind everyone to complete courses.

Cons

Would like more higher level training available for mid level and doctors.

Ability to track healthcare licensing renewal dates, ability to have employee handbook online and signature of recipients stored real-time, tracking module due dates & completion. Reporting module has improved this year.

Cons

TOC isn't intuitive, many times I need to search in more than 1 area to find what I'm looking for.

Pros

MedTrainer helps alleviate the burden of me having to teach classes for annual requirements. It is easy for the user to understand. The representatives from MedTrainer are always very helpful.

I have found no cons in using this for our surgery center.

We are able to enroll and track new employees within this software for monthly checks. We also utilize the incident reporting feature, which has allowed us to move from a paper system to completely electronic. Saves so much time!

Cons

There are not many dislikes thus far, but we are still new users. We also do not yet utilize every available feature.

I like the convenience of being able to load all of the expiration dates on the system and have it send reminders when the expiration date is getting close. Loved the ease of assigning classes.

Still learning to navigate the system to put in expiration dates.
