I got a lot of healthcare training certifications such as fire safety, patient's bill of rights, etc.. Pros What I like about MedTrainer software is that I'm able to take healthcare training to obtain certifications quickly. The quizzes are very short. Cons There is no least about MedTrainer software. The ease in assigning courses and the options for the bundles works very well. Also, love the SDS manual option. Pros The ease of assigning courses, the reports for the HR file, the ability to upload my own assignments and policies for acknowledgement Cons Overall I do not have a problem Review Source RF Ron F. All of the pieces are there that you need to meet most compliance needs and the basic functionality of each piece is good. Cons There are a few bugs in the interface that are annoying and at times support has been a bit slow to respond to electronic requests. However annoying bugs and slow responses are not unique to Medtrainer as they are unfortunately seemingly becoming the norm in SAS solutions these days. Review Source SS Shannon S. I like that we can use it every year for OSHA and HIPAA training. Cons I don't like how I had to add our yearly policy reviews into a safety plan to make it work. It's simple to use, and simple to follow courses. Pros This is a very simple product to use, not only as the administrator but as a student. There is a wide variety of educational courses to choose from. It makes small businesses like mine easy to stay compliant with state and federal requirements. Cons The only con I have is when you set up a new employee. It is difficult to undo unnecessary courses once assigned. Cons The MSDS cannot be put into a manual which can be used by the entire company. That would be a great feature.
