In terms of the workplace, it being free is a super plus! Being able to do most things that you can do on Word without the hassle is also a major plus as well! I will continue to keep using them. Pros I like that Google forms is very easy to use especially in the workplace. I would have to say it is more ease of use than Word sometimes. Creating surveys , forms , excel sheets etc is very easy and it’s simple to add collaborators to the forms as well. Google forms is free so it obviously is a great value and very beneficial. When using Google forms to collect data, I would have to say that they excel in this area as well because as I stated earlier, it is easy to add collaborators from all parts of the company and unother like other software, there’s rarely any glitches . I haven’t had to reach out to Google for customer support, so I cannot speak on that at all but I consider that great. It means their product works consistently !
