Used XOGO at a previous hotel when set up digital signage in the lobby. It worked great so used it again at my new hotel. It is easy to use, can use Canva or other software to create the slides, save them into a movie if you like and upload them to XOGO.

Pros

Easy to use and install. Using on one unit if free, but once you use it one one, you will want to use it one multiple.

Cons

Nothing really. As want to keep it fresh and new for repeat customers, have to change and update the slides.

### "The obvious choice for Microsoft Teams Rooms."

We were looking for digital signage to run on our expensive Microsoft Teams Rooms screens whenever they were sitting idle (not in a meeting). We have our MTR devices set to launch and run XOGO whenever they're idle for 3 minutes or more. It's kind of a like a screensaver on steroids - we display corporate comms, KPIs and our company Instagram whenever the screens are not in use. Pretty cool way to get a lot more value out of these expensive screens.

Pros

XOGO is super easy to set up and use. And the best part is -for our business anyway- that it's integrated directly into Microsoft Teams Rooms. We have our MTR devices set up to display signage anytime they are sitting idle.

Cons

Haven't really had any issues so far, once we got everything set up in XOGO and in the Microsoft Pro Mgmt. Portal (PMP). It just works.

### "My biggest regret"

I hate it, i wish I had bought something else. I wish that there was a way to reset it and to start over.

Pros

The idea of this sounds amazing. I can stream whatever I want on my TV in my lobby with no monthly service charge. The thing is it’s not that amazing because I can’t update the videos.

Cons

I cant update the videos on my box. The software is very laggy and not very user friendly. There is no reset button on the device.

Perhaps there's an issue with the content that you're trying to play; for instance you may be trying to run 4K content on a player device that only supports 1080HD. Pros

Great simple interface to use for our signage at reception - was easy to set up and good to use adding media easy.

Cons

Nothing so far that we have come across has caused us any issues with the software and platform. All good

I dont come from a signage platform but i did try a couple of other vendors before trying XOGO and can easily say it us far better than the others i tested. The customization options available in the platform makes it better than the others.

Pros

The user interface is quite good with easy to follow menu options and there is enough documentation and videos available on Youtube for you to learn.

Cons

XOGO is an amazing signage platform but it can get pricey if you have a bigger inventory. From a platform perpective, it met all our requirments.

Very happy overall. No issues so far beyond what is mentioned in "least liked" section.

Pros

Great product that meets our display needs! We use the display for our daily job schedule for our trucking company. We show the schedule and other slides with company notices as well. Some have animation and others do not. It's nice to have both web address display and image/video display as well

Cons

Sometimes when slides are hidden, they still how on the slide show and they have to be fully removed from the playlist.

it's fine for basic stuff, we have to reset our device everyday as our Wi-Fi shuts down every night

Pros

That you can display and promote your products on a TV and that we can create little productions in our phones then transfer them to XOGO.

Cons

It's not user friendly at the beginning, unless you start researching and watching other people's tutorials then it makes sense. I'm not sure if the music has a copy right restriction, but have to use other resources.

Our offices have been using XOGO Decision Signage for almost two years, and overall, it's been a good experience. As with any electronic equipment, sometimes there are glitches/outages that require additional attention, but for the most part, we've been satisfied with our XOGO experience.

Pros

I never thought I'd say this, but working with the Technical Support team has been a breeze! They're always quick to respond!

Cons

From time to time, the devices we use are glitchy and need to be restarted. It can be a hassle having to manage all the devices around the globe when some are working and some aren't.

It has been a good experience and very easy to use and I cannot complain about right now just want more upgrade feature if possible.

Pros

What I like most about the XOGO Decision Signage is how easy and user friendly it is to use, and it is very easy to learn as well.

Cons

I wish there was more option for time set image or when we would like to use the image. For example, creating an image that we would like to display in a month but only have it up for a week.

Hi Samin, thanks for the review! &nbsp;Re: scheduling there are two ways to do it. First we have a scheduling tool within every playlist, which allows you to choose which days/times certain content can play (example: set up a food menu that changes from breakfast to lunch automatically at noon every day). We ALSO have a calendar-based scheduling tool ("playlist planner") that allows you to choose which playlist any given media player should be running on a particular date(s). It's good...it does what we got it for. We only have one screen at the moment and that is very easy to handle.

Pros

It's a great way to distribute content to people. It's mostly easy to use and allows for a variety of file types.

Cons

That is has quite a few steps to upload. I understand why but I have to upload to the library first, then to the playlist and then add that playlist to the player...could probably one step less, e.g. anything that is uploaded to a playlist gets added to the library automatically.

Pros

Our ability to share content to a digital sign (using an older computer) has been made super easy by XOGO. We just needed a simply way to share main content with everyone who enters our building. Simple to setup and deploy!

Not sure I have any. I suppose it might be nice if it integrated with more apps.

have tried the software in its entirety and it is excellent I have not tended any kind of problems and it is updated immediately the campaigns, of which way the hardware is super robust.

Pros

The XOGO software is very easy to use and very intuitive to learn how to use it, the best thing about it is that we can place it on any screen and in minutes we can publish the advertising since the devices connect to the internet and even the mobile phone can load the bells.

Cons

the software should include information banks or third-party news sources.

Pros

Super easy to use! Setup only took a few minutes and we can change content whenever we want. We end up cranking out new graphics in photoshop every few weeks in order to advertise new custom-built bikes, seasonal items etc. The screen also draws more people into our shop (we're in a corner of a train station and hard to find).

Cons

Looking forward to the Apple iOS version of XOGO Manager but in the meantime Windows works just fine.

Best decision and addition to my business. I am very happy with the results and so are my customers.

Pros

It's very easy to use, I own a Pet Grooming Salon and for us this has been great to promote our services and show the customers our different styles and upgrades for grooming packages, and informative for themselves as well. We are able to show great pictures of our salon, events we assist to and promotions going on at the moment. 100% recommended, plus the customer service is amazing.

Cons

integration with my existing business was great and immediate. Installation took 5 minutes. There is nothing we don't like about this.

Cons

Zero customer support, had to email since no one answers the phone, and wait a day or two for a response, and the response was watch this video, even though their software was failing to do what it promised.

Easy to display what you want on TV screens in our office and customize to what we like. Very easy to use. Like the clean design of the software.

Cons

Still figuring out how to put a live website up there. Would be neat if there was a tool to add things to a Library and Playlist at the same time but not really a big issue.

Overall happy with the purchase. Device doing as intended.

Pros

Reasonably priced product. Once we figured out image sizing it was very easy to use. We swap out images every week. Makes for a striking display in our store.

Cons

Somewhat limited number of images but works okay for our needs. Would like the ability to add a second device without having to subscribe for pro service.
