The timely response from the support team helps resolve most of the issues on time. Cons Increase numbers of restaurants/cafes. Allow users to report directly as an issue or problem occurs. I don't know of any tool like this, helps greatly with anything restaurant related like reservations, menus, seats and all that good stuff. Software is very easy to use. Also for the price it’s very good. Cons There’s not a huge hype about it in the United States it seems. So I feel like it falls short on marketing and promotion.
