Very user friendly! Pros Integrating this app into my store was so straightforward. Everything along the way was explained during the download process and the written resources and friendly staff were easily accessible and so helpful. The other options were either way too expensive or not fleshed out enough. Okendo is Goldilocks "just right" and checks all the boxes we need. On top of that, the Okendo team provides lights-out customer service. They're courteous, fast and responsive. User experience is easy and one of the things we like about the platform is the incorporation of UGC, which is especially helpful for cosmetics products.
