Pros unlike other review platforms does a great job of showcasing the verified customers on your website as well as allows for high quality photos and videos to be added to each review. This has played a huge role in gaining the trust of our ecom customers. Cons Even with the review incentives it had been harder to get individuals to write reviews in general. I would like to see a followup email be added to the list of options so that if we miss them the first time the second one may hit. Pros I became addicted to buying from a particular brand and when I did a deep-dive to understand why that was, it became clear it was due to the customer journey was creating. I would buy a piece I loved, I would receive it, wear it, and then get an email asking how I liked it? I would then snap a pic, give a review, and get a discount (all done on mobile of course). With the coupon, I would treat myself to a piece a felt regretful not purchasing... and on it goes. Also, reading other people's reviews and seeing pics, helped me to build trust and gain confidence in my purchase. The customer service is amazing and they get back to you and they will even check back on you. There is a lot of customization as well.
