I would highly recommend them. We now use this on all 4 of our retail sites. Pros The setup of the software was incredibly easy and they assisted every step of the way. This is one of the first apps we have installed where we didn't have to make design edits to make it look good on our page. The software is very easy to use. Cons Nothing really. Pros The platform of is very easy to customize and navigate, making it so new reviews are easy to spot and publish. The setting options are also very useful so that reviews meeting certain requirements can auto-publish. I also appreciate the option to customize the display of reviews on our site. We find that by offering an incentive, we usually receive a number of reviews from the same customers and also encourage them to buy more which is great. We are also enjoying the new Q & A feature which allows us to answer customer questions and offer more clarity about our products and ingredients. Cons It would be great if there was more control over how it looked design wise, different templates to choose from along with more robust analytics. Pros There are a lot of great features to . My customers are also leaving reviews at a higher rate. I think it is from the wonderful email solution that is deployed. I had a really good onboarding experience with an agent who walked me through the process. There are also a ton of integrations that is useful such as loyalty lion and Klaviyo. Cons Pay walls to cross platfrom integrations are frustrating. For example, I already pay for a premium subscription to Klaviyo but the get to integrate I have to pay Okendo for a higher tier subscription that is nessesrty for my business. Cons It's fairly lightweight, and missing some features that more heavy-duty competitors offer. However, it's a great value for the money. The support from the Okendo team has been fantastic, and the platform is evolving all the time which is great to see. Whilst some of the features are more limited than other platforms, it is much more cost-effective and the easy onboarding process means that you quickly see results.
