It's been very positive! The best way to go is to onboard across all products they offer because they are all related and can help each other out. All the data that has come from using this platform has been game-changing for my business.

Pros

How easy it is to set up with the help of the team and to see incredible results and engagement from customers right away from all products within the platform.

Cons

There are not really any cons - it can be pricey depending on what size business you are but I got onboarded with a great price for all products once I spoke to the onboarding team about my specific goals and needs.

Okendo does what it promises. It drives review volume and surfaces social proof in the right places on-site. For a DTC brand on Shopify, it's one of the cleaner solutions in the space. The support team and account management are genuinely top tier, responsive, proactive, and easy to work with. Would recommend for teams that want a reliable reviews platform without needing a lot of technical overhead to maintain it.

Pros

Okendo integrates cleanly with Shopify and makes it easy to collect and display UGC at scale. The review widgets are customizable enough to fit our brand without heavy dev lift, and the attributes feature (fit, quality ratings) gives customers a structured way to leave useful feedback. Solid value relative to other review platforms we evaluated.

Cons

The backend UI has a learning curve and some reporting features feel underdeveloped compared to what you'd want for deeper review analytics.

I use Okendo to manage reviews for my bakery website, appreciating its user-friendly interface, helpful staff, and instant chat support. However, I find the installation process challenging due to the coding required, which does not align with my non-technical background. I rated it a 9 out of 10 for likelihood to recommend.

Pros

I like that Okendo offers an easy way to create a view of reviews for my bakery website. The staff are easy to communicate with, which is a big plus for me. I also appreciate that the directions are straightforward and the website has a clean appearance. What's really helpful is the chat button for instant assistance, so if I get stuck, there's always something available to guide me through the process. The initial setup of Okendo was also very easy.

Cons

I find there's too much copy and paste or coding to install. I don't know anything about code, so some of the steps were new to me. There also isn’t an 'Add' button as specified in the written instructions.

Always a pleasure to use and to talk to Okendo representatives. Any issues are fixed immediately and queries replied to straight away.

Pros

Brilliant app and brilliant customer service. It's easy to use as a business owner, and for our customers to leave reviews. It also helps us to market our business and build trust across our community.

Cons

It's expensive compared to some other apps but the service is better to compensate for this at least.

The onboarding with Yotpo was a nightmare, and then they dropped the edm side of things, which was the only reason we switched over, hence we moved straight back to Okendo as I much prefer it in every other way.

Pros

I love the quick support, ease of the user experience and the shopify on site widgets. Super easy to use

Cons

The pricing could be better, as only 5-10% of people leave reviews, I am using 90% of credits that don't account to any value.

Interface is great. There's a lot of autonomy in how you are running reviews. We have seen our review rate increase as soon as we switched over.

Pros

The team. From accounts, to onboarding, to customer success, and support. I have requested help on all matters of things at all times, and have been always met with a friendly and quick response.

Cons

We are on a annual plan which bills monthly, but during Black Friday we had more orders than ever, so ran out of credits. I found the additional credits very expensive (2x more per credit than our plan). I wish the additional credits were cheaper, especially because I am on a yearly plan, and this increase in order was a one off.

Their customer service has been amazing. I've loved having a dedicated point of contact. So far, our experience has been really good.

Pros

I love having our Loyalty Program, Quizzes, Surveys, and Reviews all in the same place. It saves me so much time on managing all of our programs.

Cons

So far, there isn't anything that I've disliked about using Okendo. Everything up to this point has run smoothly.

My overall experience with Okendo has been great. The onboarding was smooth, fast, and extremely well-supported. Implementation was quick, and any questions we had were answered right away by their team. Their support has been consistent, responsive, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole process much easier than expected.

Pros

What I like most about Okendo is that it actually delivers on what a reviews platform should do. We moved from another tool that was missing several features, and Okendo had everything we needed from day one. You can tell they are always updating and improving the product, which makes it feel like a solid solution for the long term.

Cons

The only thing so far is that the platform can feel a bit overwhelming at first because it has so many features. But it has never slowed us down. The onboarding team has been amazing and made everything very easy.
