The server is slow. The navigation is clunky. There seems to be very little invested in ongoing development. The price is comparable to competitors that execute far better. Pros The tax return delivery and e-signature experience is quite good. Cons Most features are executed poorly. Developer is responsive but has not actually delivered any meaningful improvements to the product in 2+ years of using it.
