### "Honest Redzone experience"

before Redzone i would need to spend extra time writing my production data. such as what time i started, how much i make and downtime reason and durations. when the work gets busy, a lot of the information is missed. Now with Redzone, i dont need to worry about any of that, i can easily key in the downtime reason and just stop and start my shift and everything is there. it's saved my time!

Pros

the system is very easy to use and it only takes a few clicks to start shift and start my production run. i can now see if i am running ahead or running behind on my sechdule and i can report my downtime easily to my manager.

Cons

because it's fully visible, it means i need to stay on top of my game and if my line is running slow theres no more excuses and kind of adds a little pressure to the job but it also motivates me to run my line better.

We can now see the downtime reasons for the production line and both high care and despatch team are working toward improving line OEE instead in of blameing each other. It gets all departments involved and we are all connected.

Pros

I find the Redzone software very easy to use and it helps us to track downtime easily, we no longer need to use pen and paper. We can make adjustments easily and the data is there easily accessible.

Cons

Sometim there are spots in the warehouse where I can not receive Wi-Fi signal and sometime the sensors can be mis leading , so the information display isn't correct.

it's a usful tool for data collection and data analycial. it helps to engage people and gives our organisation to have a clear picture of performance. we can easily spot where our losses are. then we can track all the improvement actions with identified ownership of each task. Redzone also helping us to reduction papaer comsumption cost.

Pros

i like how redzone can set up triggers for checks. these triggers can be based on a downtime event and it can be programmed automatically and accurately. we know how much we loss with the reasons and this helps us a lot in terms of further improvement.

Cons

i really enjoy the redzone training and theres nothing we dont like. the only downside i can think of is my team found some difficulty to use both paper and redzone for recording checks this creates duplicated work for them. but this will be phased out once we fully implement.

As we do not allow mobile phones in the factory, Having Redzone has helped communications within our factory significantly, we can now sent photos to describe problems, we can also assign actions to the right people and we can track actions in our daily meetings.

Pros

we no longer need to rely on people writtting downtime data with pen and peper, we can easily see live data and the data centre in Redzone makes very easy to look past production run or shift reports.

Cons

we hope to have voice input in the messaging functions and when we first set up the systems it takes some time to understand how the data is related and we had to make many adjustments

Coach \[sensitive content hidden\] was amazing, he made the whole learning experience a walk in the park. He is very attentive, patient and answered all questions.

Pros

The software is a complete package of all compliance in a single location. Compliance and tracking reports is simple and user friendly. Coach was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend the software to others.

Cons

The forms don’t have the logical option, which would benefit in some forms.

we have stacks and stacks of production line paperwork. in the transition of doing redzone compliance, we are reviewing and cleaning up uncessary checks and only keeping what is actually needed. we will be saving so much paper when we go fully paperless. We can retrieve these paper work with a few clicks and we can also react much faster when once we see the data.

Pros

The compliance module has helped us reduce paper on the production line. we can now easily search for checks, can filter by line, date and production. the data entering process is super easy and we can make sure the operators are doing the checks at the right time and the information they are entering is more accurate.

Cons

compliance takes long time to learn and master how to create datasheets, if done correctly this will help you track and monitor production line paper work a breeze.

Fantastic - love the coaching approach. Great software that with the right leadership can really unlock huge efficiency gains.

Pros

Redzone brought a new level of engagement and communication with the core of our business, the Operators who make the product. People finally knew the score and if they were winning or not every shift, every day. We were able to go paperless on our quality checks which removed a lot of waste in our processes.

Cons

The thing I liked least is the reporting in the software at the area level. Our plant is made up of multiple fillers working together as a system. Reporting at the area had to be done with data outside the software.

### "Real time data tracking and downtime reduction with Redzone!"

We used to manually record machine downtimes. We then had to manually input them into an Excel file to generate daily and weekly downtime reports for our meetings. These were time-consuming tasks, and operators often forgot to input the data, resulting in incorrect data being logged. Redzone helped eliminate all these issues. The actual downtime is tracked by the sensors of the line. When the line stops and starts, the entire downtime is captured, and all we need to do is assign the downtime reason. We can now get more accurate data, and we can generate reports with just one click.

Pros

real time data tracking! we can now see the performance of the whole factory from the ipads. The app is very easy to use and we can also manage new users, products, etc very easily from the admin app. We no longer no need to manually recording downtime and Redzone is saving us more time and allow us to focus on reducing downtime.

Cons

it was confusing when we first set up. we can have assets, asset type and locations problems. it all made sense when we started using the system and this takes some time to get used to and requires some adjustments to fine tune to our needs.

before redzone, we have to manually write down machine downtime reasons and communicate with other shifts. with Redzone, all the shift information is there and it's much easier and quicker to handover. we just need to make sure the data we enter is correct. i can even look back at historical data to check a specific issue in the past.

Pros

The system is very easy to use. once we learned how to log on and update my log in. using it every day it is very easy. All the information is available in a a screen. i can see where my top downtime, i can see how fast my line is running and what product i am producing and my progress. The apple TV gives a nice slide on how other areas are performing.

Cons

it's not avaliable on android devices and i would like to see how line is performing even when i'm not at work. It requires good wifi connection, sometime in my area there are wifi darkspots so i need to move it around to get connected.

The experience is excellent. You can monitor the production situation in the workshop anytime, anywhere, convenient and fast. The integrated action allocation tool is very beneficial to set up and allocate tasks to individuals and is excellent for tracking task status. The admin and upkeep of the software are also effortless to understand and can easily manage without the need to request support. The RedZone support team also works very fast and is responsive when you need their assistance.

Pros

The data is intuitive, making the production process visualized and real-time, no longer relying on traditional paper reports Complete functions, can improve kanban management; can assist managers in identifying problems and making decisions; High maintainability, can customize unique problem solutions.

Cons

It may be difficult for operators to get started with the software. Beginners need to have specific knowledge and experience, and they need to be able to understand the logic of RedZone, which is not easy to get started. However, the coaching and support package works brilliantly in resolving the issues mentioned above.

before we have Redzone, my guys used to fill in on paper records for each machine downtime, they would sometime make up the duration of the stop and put in any downtime reasons, it also requries someone to take the data from paper forms and enter into a computer to do data analysis. with Redzone, we only need to select the downtime reason and the duration is automatically captured. i believe the data is more accurate and we only need to make sure they are entering the right downtime reason. we are saving so much time by using redzone.

Pros

I find redzone very simple to use, the interface looks very clean and i negative to the right location easily and search historical report very easy, this helps me to understand where the problem is. It helps to promote internal communication.

Cons

im not very sure about the fact that anyone can start any location, it means someone can go to another location to start and stop a job and they can also go to another location to enter a downtime problem. we need to make sure no one is messing with it.

It has been a great experience implementing this software, the Redzone team, and the cultural change that has come as a result. Our Redzone Coach, Daniel Menghisteab, has been great in training everyone and encouraging our team as we grow with the introduction of Redzone. He has been a part of the success of the launch of Redzone in our facility.

Pros

The real time data. With it we can address problems as they happen. We can seen trends and issues that need attention right away. \\ It's also given our associates and supervisors a louder voice and an instant way to communicate with each other and management . The ability to take pictures and videos of issues that arise is a key tool.

Cons

Issues come up with the sensors that require attention. Especially in processes with drop feeds.

From a Management perspective, I absolutely love RedZone! I'm able to see live updates on what's transpiring on the floor which then allows me to make adjustments and address issues or concerns in real time. I'm able to be in constant contact with my employees, and it allows them to be constant contact with me. It has also allowed me to track downtime, and create continuous improvement opportunities on the floor which then increases our OEE!!! It was been a great experience, and I look forward to continue to build off the success we have made with RedZone!! I would like to thank the RedZone team for all your support and patience's throughout this journey!!! Great Software and Great People!

Pros

RedZone was super user friendly! Creates involvement from everyone within, and builds collaborations from supporting department that were lacking prior. Increases communication and allows associates to reach out for support whenever needed.

Cons

I don't see any Cons with the RedZone App. There's nothing I would change or adjust.

Pros

Easy to Use, Easy to understand, Speed to value, Flexibility, Coaching Services provided, UX Design engages operators at the shop floor, Transparency and Visualization of performance and issues tracking.

Cons

Enterprise Connectivity - however they are working towards this at a rapid pace

Overall experience is very good. The employees are paying attention to the OEE performance and the QC team is more interactive now.

Pros

We had a challenging implementation due to the nature of our business. Our production lines usually don't remain the same and the sensor configuration becomes inadequate.

Cons

There is not a good solution to integrate labor cost into the operations module. Tableau does not capture accurately all the data.

Pros

The best thing about Redzone is the transparency and visibility of all the things that are happening on the production area. Another great feature is how easy it is to communicate with the rest of the departments using the Line Log feature. This software has increased the engagement between departments in our company.

Cons

The fact that it is iOS based can be something good and bad at the same time. I would like to be able to see the Redzone information on another device (laptop, pc) that is not my iPad, iPhone or apple tv.

As a Site Manager, an Op-Ex support Manager and a Senior Change Manager I have found it really easy to work with the Redzone Team and they will go out of their way to ensure that site issues are addressed.

Pros

Easy to understand, logical, drives performance improvement, communications, inclusive of all factory.

Cons

Glitches in the system from time to time, sometimes cannot edit fields and sometimes you can. Lists of names for Forums are not alphabetic.

We think is a good system that is helping us to know the numbers that we are producing (time, cases quantity, productivity), and to motivate the people when we share the numbers on the TVs.

Pros

The software use is so friendly, is too easy to handle, and learn how to use the features. Another thing that we like too much is that we can see the information of each run that we ran (total cases produced, number of people that worked on each order, time to complete the orders).

Cons

When we create actions some of them don’t appear when we start the huddles, also sometimes the sensors don’t count properly the cases or bags. Productivity is the only problem we use redzone for its it works great shows trends and real time data information on production numbers.

Pros

Redzone is a great way to promote competition among employees we constantly are trying to beat each hour and the previous shift the real time productivity tracking shows us how we are doing allowing me to figure out when and where we can improve

Cons

It has some glitches. In all fairness it could be the sensors not the program. But it can be a pain to get back online when it does stop working.

Pros

Redzone helps a lot in terms of decreasing time-consuming, previously the operators needed to write down everything in the paper which took so much time on that. It also helps to build great communication between all levels with all relevant departments, so it can help the action to be done faster. The barcode reading feature is a great one as well, it can help to confirm that each barcode can read correctly and complete. What I like the most would be that we can see the real-time data which is important in compliance.

Cons

Sometimes, the datasheet just popped up a little delay (I'm not sure it's the problem neither from Redzone nor internet connection). Moreover, it also cannot deselect some data items which are not mandatory as well, so we can only solve this problem by just only add on the N/A option.

I like that this is a platform for us to see what we have produced and away to communicate with shop floor
