It's simple and convenient for the fact that you can have a brand kit and a lot of unique elements selection even only when you have a free account. This platform is a great tool not only for designers but also for aspiring ones. :) Cons Customer service is a little bit slow but it doesn't affect my work and the designs at all. It makes my life much easier. Pros I love the design aesthetic of Crello. I find the templates to be much more modern feeling and they are not as easily recognizeable as the ones from the other "C" :) I also love the animated post feature. Cons The only issue I have with Crello is the inability to search for photos in the same way I could on a stock photo site. April 4, 2019 5.0 I am absolutely blown away by Crello!! For a small business with a small budget, I've been able to create WOW ads for my social media. Easy to use with a mind boggling selection of templates, graphics, & photos. Get Crello....you won't regret it!! Pros #1 is it's so easy to use & has so much to offer! Crello is so easy for non-tech people like me, that need nice graphic ads for social media! So many beautiful templates & graphics...I am just blown away by what Crello offers! I explored the free offer & very quickly signed on for more. Cons Two things....& I may just have missed it as I'm new to Crello: \* a search bar in the graphics section. If you need a particular object, it would be great if all objects offered in the program would pop up for you to select from instead of searching through each large category. \* simplified FAQ.... Cons Choosing image from library could be painful because you can search any similar image or didn't know name of the asset. There's some element that can't changed the color. Plenty of design options and fast in work with some nice extra features. Pros Web interface is an standard one with menu on top and design options on the left side of screen. There are plenty of options to choose from regarding templates, photos and objects. If You need additional multimedia material You can download Your own media files. Additional pages can be added without problems. User experience is great. One additional feature, that is above usual standards, is feature to make an animated post (as for Instagram). Cons Sometimes, after You have searched for some photos or objects and than You clicked on some other option, You have to reload page as refresh is not working perfectly. Rotation and resize of objects can be done on every corner of selection box with difference in only a few pixels and that can be very frustrating sometimes. Review Source AJ Alfredo J. October 6, 2020 4.0 When it works it is wonderful. It can be frustrating when design elements won't load but I overall I find it an important part to quickly create headers and illustrations for blog and social media content. Pros Crellos's template library is pretty awesome. It can help create professional looking images and video in a matter of minutes. The rest of the tools are pretty basic but they work well considering the idea is to modify the template to your needs. I really like that it doesn't limit itself to images, but can also be used to create video, and includes access to high quality stock elements. Cons The main issue I have while using Crello is that sometimes design elements won't load. I really really hope they can improve on this because it can make using the tool frustrating from time to time. Some template elements sometimes cannot be changed in color, or do not provide color alternatives to match your brand. They have some AWESOME layouts, stock photos, and really eye catching graphics that helps us stand out. Cons I really have nothing bad to say about Crello. I can change the font, the colors, and add my own images. LOVE it! Pros This software is very easy to use. There are a lot of templates you can pick from, or you can easily create your own. The videos are great, adding motion to your social media posts. Cons I didn't find it intuitive. There was no tutorial (that I found) and I had to figure everything out myself. I would also like the option to add audio to the videos I create. I figured out what I needed to do, and love it. There was just a small learning curve.
