When you are starting with a blank canvas it can be a struggle to get started. Now I choose a template and go to town! The finished product is fresh. Pros I am able to make attractive social media posts in a fraction of the time. I have Adobe Creative Suite and it has its' place in my arsenal but for facebook and instagram posts Crello is the bomb! Cons Occasionally the fonts are not what I would like but all in all this software is really pretty great. I am able to save images or use images that Crello has available. They are constantly adding new templates that I can alter for my own use. Pros Crello offers programs that include graphics already paid for. Even if you don't have a plan, the images are very reasonable and you only pay for them once and have them forever. They can be found easily and manipulated. There are prebuilt templates for various holidays. Images can be easily resized for various social media needs. In addition, it has storage areas for my own images. Cons Even though animated images are included, I have had issues with downloading them and then uploading them to get them to work on social media. Pros Crello makes it very easy to create graphics for social media. The software is easy to use. Even if you aren’t a graphic designer (which I definitely am not), you can create a great looking graphic pretty easily. Cons More and more, the free version is becoming very limited. The more appealing templates and images require the paid account. Also, you are unable to “resize” graphics on the free account. I moved over to Crello on an offer I received and honestly, I haven't looked back. This software is just awesome and easy. It has similarities to Canva but I have been using Crello consistently every day since I bought it. It's worth a try, if you don't like it you can always refund or take advantage of the free trial. Pros The ease of use is great. The templates are pretty amazing too. My favorite part is the animations. They are really creative and so easy to place into a project and make it look awesome. I've already made a few facebook cover videos in under 30 minutes! Cons There isn't anything that I've found yet that I don't like. I'm sure there will be something but I can't pinpoint it at the moment. June 4, 2021 4.0 Crello is a well-established tool and makes graphic design so much easier and faster for us and our clients. Pros The UI is pretty similar to most other online graphic design tools, so there is virtually no learning curve. Plus it also has lots of production ready ready-made templates that get the work done in minutes. And the biggest is that recently they have started offering unlimited royalty-free stock photos to their premium members. The library is already huge and they keep adding new professional-looking templates. Cons When there are a lot of elements in the design, the editor starts behaving a little unexpectedly. I need to refresh the page to get things back to normal. Another thing that bothers me is I can't paste images directly into the editor. Pros I find it very easy to select an animated item or background or template to use for my Facebook page posts. They require barely any editing and are very easy to work with. I really like the selection of backgrounds and how many funny animated items they have – works really well for my purposes as I like to make creative and fun content that’s often straight up joke or, at the very least, something playful or funny. Cons You can’t edit the colors of animations or create scenarios. Animation editing is pretty limited. It's very easy to create social media posts for almost every network without being a design guru. I will still use other tools but Crello is making it very easy to create good-looking posts for our clients. Pros Crello has lots of great business templates, images and videos. This sets it apart from other apps. Usually, I have to create the "right" business designs, but Crello has lots of ready-made posts to use. This has saved me several hours. Cons Crello doesn't remove image backgrounds. However, I believe it's on their new features roadmap. It's simple, and fast do use. When I want to design fast and practical Instagram stories, I always go to their templates and elements. Pros Crello is an intuitive and easy-to-use platform for designing online materials. You can make your own social media posts, banners and e-mails with just a few clicks, using the templates and layouts they give you.
