It isn’t a hassle to use it and it gets the job done. Pros I’ve used this software for a little over a year and I’m happy to have done so. It is very easy to use and I’m in aw of the customer support. Always so ready to help and they do know a lot about the product they are offering as opposed to some other companies. Once the system is setup, it is virtually problem free. Like any other self hosted software solution, you must continuallty monitor it for health. And the customer support is some of the best that I've encoutered in my more then 25 years in I.T. Managment.
