### "Easiest Set Up ever - Does What it Should"

Perfect for my web chat but also as my omnichannel and the ability to set up the welcome bots so easily is a major improvement over what I was using before

Pros

Setup and operational on site within 10 minutes - one of the easiest platforms I've ever integrated so many options to set up faq bots and welcome bots and triggered messages. Simple backend and v attractive looking UX on the front end

Cons

Tiers and levels on offer could be clearer and some technical explanations could be simpler or better explained

### "Dashly isn't dashing, as it lacks many features."

We're happy and satisfied with the Dashly earlier but soon after they stopped providing the very essential features like Leadbot and charging extra for those features calling them as Add-ons. We feel disappointed. Secondly, there so many bugs and glitches as even there's no HTML email/message editor.

Pros

It's super simple and easy to deploy. We love the tracking and trigger based pop-ups. Their support is also good.

Cons

We're very much disappointed by their always changing pricing plans and not even included the very basic feature like LeadBot in their standard plans and rather always charging extra for the very basic features like Leadbot or Twitter and Whatsapp integrations which is provided by other similar tools/companies for free.

With Dashly, I solved the problem of having to keep many different apps open to respond to customer inquiries, and I was able to provide a professional service to everyone looking for information in my business

Pros

Simple to use but with many features and ability to manage external systems with bees.I can now respond to all clients through one platform providing better service.Chatbots can be programmed visually even by those without technical skills.

Cons

Not all modules are included in the subscription, and integration with Google Maps is still missing, which I hope they will integrate soon.Many things that are not implemented can still be done via zapier or api

Pros

I love that It can tie in Facebook Messenger and Instagram Messaging as well as email and messages from the website. Makes it easy to keep in touch with clients and potential clients.

Cons

I haven't found anything major yet, just minor time zone difference, but patience is key - - and waiting to the next day to get an answer isn't a big deal.

Pros

Overall, nice product for business, this is what I need, it can be used for multiple purposes. This chatbot is easy to use and simple to build. It's a great way to get more leads, and also to enhance customer service. It was a good experience to communicate with the team. They were very professional and understanding. Thumbs up!

Cons

I've been looking for a way to improve my online business by generating more leads and a way to automate my sales funnel. I found this. Dashly is a marketing tool that brings all conversations from live chat, email, social media and messangers together to help you store users' data and chat history in one place. It comes with a pop-ups builder, triggered campaignes, lead database and more which allows you to reach out to your users easily.

All in all, Dashly provided a very smooth experiences, with beautiful UI and overwhelmly rich of features.

Pros

I do love the UI of the software. Very polished, well designed and well thought.I can easily navigate to the features that I need in no time. And I have to say, Dashly has a lot more features than I can imagine. A live chat, a chat bot, and the unified inbox are all great features that can be easily found.It is also very easy to use those features. For example, the chat bot. The templates provided made it super easy for me to create an automated chatbot, in say less than 5 minutes. Awesome!The integrations are also very rich, with all sorts of necessary integrations with all popular communication channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Viber, Slack, Zendesk etc..

Cons

Not so many things I don't like about Dashly. Perhaps if there can be more built-in templates for the chatbot, it would be great. And certainly, some native integrations to OpenAI so as to leverage the use of GPT Chatbot would be excellent.

Dashly's focus on leads helped our potential clients reach out to us with ease and Dashly's function allowed us to follow up on all of our leads. The support team is amazing. It's difficult to find such great support nowadays. The team is active and they continue to update the platform.

Pros

I tested a lot of different tools but went with Dashly. I see a lot of potential but the product is already great as it is. The livechat is great and Dashly's puts a strong focus on leads. There are various templates provided to ease the setup process.

Cons

The UI/UX is not bad but I am a sucker for "pretty" UI/UX so I am hoping for an update/overhaul eventually. I would also like to see more features and functions for the email campaigns.

Dashly is a way to get more leads and make more sales. It's a solution that enables you to track and engage your visitors directly on your website, Facebook, and other social media. It's a great way to get leads and engage with them right on your website. We've been looking for a good customer support platform and one that can help us manage our social media accounts. we've tried it out and we're very pleased with the results. it's good to see that they have a good support team. So far, so good.

Having a chat bot that can filter and automate elements of communications through a website is very important. We feel intercom is a little bit too expensive for us so finding a product that is at a better price and still has a lot of the feature we need is a great solution for us.

Pros

The price point for Dashly is a great selling point but with all the new features coming out to improve the Dashly offering it is really does make this product an intercom competitor. The standard bot conversations are pretty much what you expect but things like the telegram/whatsapp bots being part of the offering is a wonderful addition.

Cons

Communication has sadly been one of the poorer elements of Dashly. I am still waiting to hear back from someone regarding some questions I have and can only guess that they are incredibly busy at the moment and hoping the communication improves.

Pros

It has a knowledge-base feature and an easy to deploy chatbot to provide answers to customers

Cons

Dashly don't have as many features as some competitors for marketing automation. So might have to use other tools in conjunction. But for customer support, it's perfect.

It's a great marketing tool that brings all the conversations from different channels together and stores that user data and chat history in one place - live chat, emails, messengers and social media interactions - all there! It comes with a pop-ups builder, triggered campaignes, lead database and more which allows you to reach out to your users easily. Would highly recommend!

Cons

Dashly doesn't have 24 hour support but they still reply fast to my inquiries.

Pros

The first impression when I use Dashly is this live chat tool does not let your site speed performance down. The speed of a load of this tool is really fast when you put it on your site. Other Pros that I know are much-much more but what I also really like about Dashly, this tool can trigger auto message chat or pop-up for a done event that the customer did on your website. Ex: your customer has bought for a product on your site so Dashly can track it and can give auto gratitude for your customer. This is cool right...

Cons

The small con is on the support. You need to be patient because of time differential but the support is still amazing.

Overall i’m happy with Dashly, but i’m hoping they will build out additional features for email campaigns.

Pros

Dashly is a solid product if you need a need a live chat tool for your website. Theres lots to love but a few things that stand out for me are: - Dashly is really easy to use. - They have a great customer support team that is very active in online groups. - Very fair pricing. Live chats can get expensive fast and Dashly offers a lot for the price. Its great that they allow you to build a knowledge base as well.

Cons

I really wish they would build offer more functionality around the email campaign portion of their product. Following up with potential customers is key and this seems like a missed opportunity.

The application is extremely fast, I use it on android and I have chat installed on 5 of my sites to capture potential customers.

Pros

With dashly you can create your chat service in 10 minutes, its customization is great and you can also translate to any language.Another feature that I really liked is the integration of networks, in my case I integrated facebook and instagram. All the channels are separated for you so that you can identify where they are writing to you from.

Cons

Some translation buttons, since the translation is not very exact. My base language is Spanish.

Pros

I'm not a software/web guy by trade, I am in-fact a self employed landscaper. This has been one of the easiest webtools I've ever used! Having so many included features meant less need for 3rd party integrations which was one of the greatest headaches I suffered trying to figure out all this web stuff. Not to mention when integration is needed it's fairly easy to do.

Cons

I have not run into any items yet in my relatively sort use of the product I could consider a con.
