Pros

This is a new interface / database to us. It is and has been a challenge to learn to maneuver throughout the interface, NOT due to the support but there is always a learning curve when learning something new such as this. It is like learning a new operating system or a new cell phone. I love the cloud based feature and accessibility.

Cons

There are to many features that our company does not use or can benefit from. The process we have is pretty simple. The most difficult thing to deal with is having the BPM Team customize the software to meet our needs / requirements. As we are still learning how maneuver within BPM, there will be changes needed or requested to suite our needs. The ECOBPM Team has been very supportive and understanding of our needs and timely responses with most of the requested changes.

A simple tool that everyone can access and find the information they need.

Pros

The ability to share data to teams in the field and get real time updates is a great value. The tracking and storage for historical data makes this a perfect tool for our job.

Cons

It's difficult to find a con is this program. Every problem we faced the guys at ECOBPM was quick to fix it. As this was a new build, there were a lot of problems at the beginning but, now it's running great.

Pros

Easy to use, saves time, capable of keeping all your date stored. Can be used with iPhones, tablets, laptops, can be adapted to your needs. Tracking of who, what, where and produces an end result that is able to be printed in pdf format if that is what you need. Also can be sent out to different emails for notifications. It just kept getting better as I used ECOBPM

Cons

Is that some of my people don't take full advantage of all ECOBPM can do, they don't want to change-nothing against ECOBPM because they provide the flexibility to improve
