### "Great design tool. "

### "Invite works once only, subsequently creating an account doesn't fix it"

March 22, 2025

2.0

Brief and unfulfilling. Invite worked only once, when I created an account it failed to associate my email address to the file I'd just been using, so my workflow was interrupted while awaiting a fix.

Pros

Ease of use in the brief first look I got to look at it from using my invite, which then didn't work again. So I was unable to continue. I created an account, which then didn't automatically associate to the file I'd been editing a few days previously (Why would they code it so it did????)

Cons

Invite worked only once, when I created an account it failed to associate my email address to the file I'd just been using, so my workflow was stopped while awaiting a fix.

### "Game changer for UI-UX collaboration"

January 7, 2026

4.0

Overall my experience with Figma has been very good. I use it together with my designers and it makes collaboration much easier. We only use the free version and honestly we’ve never needed to contact support, which is actually a good sign. It’s a solid tool for UX/UI design and much more practical than older tools like Photoshop.

Pros

I really like how easy Figma is to use with my designers. The UX is very clean and intuitive, so you don’t need a lot of time to learn it. It’s much more flexible than Photoshop, especially for UI and UX work. Real-time collaboration is a big plus, and even the free version is more than enough for our daily work

Cons

Sometimes it can feel a bit heavy when files get very big, and performance can slow down. Also, some advanced features are locked behind the paid plans (Only 3 free pages), but for most basic and medium projects the free version is still okay.

Switched from

[Miro](https://www.capterra.com/p/128955/Miro/)

I switched from Miro because Figma keeps my whole workflow in one place. And it’s easier to collaborate with designers and clients in the same file

Cons

Learning curve is medium and also it tends to have so much happening the you lose yourselve in something posibilities

My experience with Figma is good. It is fun and helps me make designs and work with mu team. Customer support helps if there is a problem. It is easy to move around and find tools.

Pros

I like Figma because it is easy to use. I can make designs and prototypes. My team can work together on the same file. My design are secure.

Cons

Sometimes it is slow if the design file is big. Some advances features need the paid version. It can be confusing for beginners at first. The free version has limits on storage and projects.

### "Robust creative flow"

February 3, 2026

5.0

Overall I like it. Especially for creatives who are trying to think as a user when designing apps or web interface types of tech.

Pros

I like that this is an excellent tool for the early design stages of anything UIX related. It allows for simple communication and hands-on editing by a team.

Cons

My least favorite thing is that there is a bit of learning curve. I did watch quite a few Youtube videos on the layout and tools to overcome the learning curve though.

### "Excellent for design web/app concepts"

October 1, 2025

5.0

Overall, Figma has been a huge help for us in developing and testing website and app design ideas. It’s easy to use, keeps the team aligned, and saves a lot of time compared to older design workflows. The collaboration features are the real highlight for me.

Pros

Figma makes it super easy to collaborate on design concepts with the whole team. I really like how simple it is to test different ideas quickly and share them for instant feedback. Being able to invite teammates and let them comment directly on the designs is a big plus. It keeps everyone involved, makes suggestions easier to follow, and keeps the project moving forward. The desktop version is very stable and stays perfectly in sync with the web and cloud, so I can work anywhere without worrying about losing progress. On top of that, the interface is clean and intuitive, which makes creating concepts and prototypes fast and straightforward.

Cons

It can get a bit slow when working with very large design files. Also, if you want to use certain advanced features or export code, you’ll need to be on a paid plan, which adds extra cost.

### "Figma is the best"

March 4, 2025

5.0

My experience has been splendid so far. Figma helps me complete my work on time by providing a variety of tools in one, and also for designers, we have the plugins part where we can run other plartforms to get icons, mockups, and many other activities, like removing backgrounds from images. This is really convenient and comfortable.

Pros

Figma is easy to navigate and easy to use. It has a wide variety of features in one, like figjam to create low-fidelity prototypes, slides, and all the software tools you need. This is all a software developer needs in one place.

Cons

Not all font types are available, and when you download some from your local machine, figma does not display all of them. That might be frustrating. When one wants a story mapping boards you have to search online for a beginner it is not diplayed directly on the app.

### "The ideal prototyping tool for UI edits"

October 24, 2025

4.0

Very positive, I will continue to use this tool and learn how to leverage all tools. I think some more tutorial material in platform to leverage complex features would be helpful.

Pros

Very intuitive prototyping tool! Highly encourage product managers to use the HTML to design google extension to capture other UIs to edit.

Cons

Nothing, the tool is fantastic and I use it daily as a product manager and I love how easy it is to collaborate live with other PMs.

### "Figma: Design Tool Success"

December 9, 2024

4.0

My experience with Figma has been a clear success overall. It is a great tool for beginners and seasoned vets with an ever-growing arsenal of resources at your fingertips.

Pros

I love the seemingly endless features that Figma offers. Working in real-time with team members in Live Collaboration is beyond priceless, especially when you are on the go as Figma allows you to open it on any device. Nothing compares to the resources offered. It is almost a perfect platform in that regard.

Cons

Like any design tool, it takes time to fully comprehend the features Figma offers. This is remedied with clear how-to videos and articles. The ease of use is on par with other design tools and nothing extra-new.

### "Intuitive and user friendly"

September 29, 2025

5.0

The first time I used it was three years ago to design my first website. Without any prior knowledge, I managed to create the design and some simple interactions. Now I am working on my second website and am in the process of learning more so that I can get the most out of it.

Pros

The perfect software for designing websites and thinking about the user experience, it also allows you to create small creative elements for different formats. The interface is much more attractive and intuitive than other design software.

Cons

I think that although it is a intuitive software, you need some kind of training to be able to use it to its full potential.

### "Made for ux designers"

July 29, 2025

5.0

Figma , from my experience , meets the need for mockup design , and allows for proper collaboration.

Pros

It's one of the best online collaboration platforms. The main use is obviously UX, but it also allows several people involved in mockup creation to take part.

Cons

Noting to dislike, Figma is affordable for any web interface conception. Ideal for UX and copywriters to better refine their work.

### "Best choice for design teamwork"

July 10, 2025

5.0

Pros

Figma is the best to work on mockups or with UX Designers, all changes are live which help a lot when managing interface conflicts. It's much more easy to get started with compare to Xd.

Cons

Some features are missing like vectorize so we still need Illustrator sometimes. But except that, all the times we used it, it stayed up to what we was expecting.
