Yesterday I had $235 come out of my account when I decided to check my email, someone from a different state who was not me logged into my account and made the purchase I assume. I chatted with the help bot and asked if there was a customer service number I could call. The bot said no although the email regarding the suspicious login did have a phone number. I tried calling this phone number (within its operating hours) and the bot on the phone told me I called while the line was not in operation. I ended up having to settle with my bank and getting a new card. Later on in the day, after putting a ticket in explaining what had happened with my account, I got an email explaining how switching subscriptions will automatically bill the subscription I switch to, which had absolutely nothing to do with what I said, so overall poor costumer service. I’m very upset with this expirenced because I absolutely loved every other aspect of the app! (And as a side note, my password was secure and I did in fact have two factor authentication on.)

Pros

I loved how easy it was for clients to book appointments and the navigation was super easy to use when customizing your site, overall the organization and features were really great compared to other booking sites!

Cons

Poor Security and subscription fees. I opted for the free trial because I was previously using a different booking site. I wanted to try GlossGenius and when my free trial was over, it automatically selected a pricey plan when I only wanted the basic $24 subscription. I had to go in and change my plan after already paying $50 some dollars.

They have added so many new features. I love that I’m able to completely customize appointments, prices and keep track of inventory all in one place. It has definitely been a game changer for my business

Cons

I don’t really have anything negative that I encountered. Only thing I wish would change is the payout. It like for maybe an instant payout feature. I wouldn’t even mind if it had a fee. Just access to funds right away would be great

Beyond bad. It’s garbage. They have prevented me multiple times from operating my business properly and REFUSE to respond to support tickets.

Pros

Nothing. There is no redeeming qualities of this app. They lie about there pricing tiers, lie about the quality of service and lie about literally everything.

Cons

AI customer service, ZERO way to call or speak to a human when issues happen. Updating the app on a Sat rendering the app and way to collect payments unusable. Refusing to respond to help tickets. Basic options for editing appointments non existent.

I've been using it for almost a year, and it's been great! Love the online booking option for all services, especially gift cards.

Pros

So easy to use for the therapist and client use experience. Online booking is a breeze along with checking the client out.

Cons

No cons at this time. My entire experience has been excellent, as has my clients'. I can't think of anything that I would like to see changed at this time.

I’ve used it for almost 8 years, it has been a great tool. I don’t have to worry about. I have friends who use similar scheduling sites and they do not look as nice as GlossGenius to the consumer or as user friendly.

Pros

Ease of scheduling appointments, simple yet professional website, lots of tools like reports and social templates built in.

Cons

The only issue I ran into is that you cannot change the order of memberships like you can services for your website.

Payment processing the fee is great and rhe most affordable, nothing hidden like these other people.

It’s been awesome over the years. I have recommended gloss to many professionals throughout the years.

Pros

The ease of use on their system, the backend and client experience is seamless. Love the payment options.

Cons

I don’t have anything to complain about. My clients love gloss. Maybe add more website design options.
