I have had people email me and say they don't want to donate online because of the cost. As a small non-profit, we previously used a free software that was not as simple or visual, but avoided hefty fees. Taking a look at your account we see over 85% of donations have all fees (ours and credit card) covered, meaning it's paid for itself \*and\* most of your credit card fees (which otherwise would have been out-of-pocket). Best-in-class tech can cost a bit more, but \*must\* pull its weight, which we hope we are doing for your organization. Tip: Be sure to make the "cover fees" optional if you have a sensitive donor base! :) FS Frank S. Pros Fundraise Up integrates with Zapier and our fundraising software, Bloomerang. that is golden. Cons It is missing social fundraising piece or a Match piece. We've already had positive results, which we expect will only continue to improve. Pros Besides making it simple to customize a fundraiser and add links to your website and social media channels, FundraiseUp makes it easy to get people to become monthly donors. We've increased our numbers in that area in the short time we've been using the platform without any other efforts to encourage montly donations. Cons I could always use more options when designing layouts of fundraisers (the user inteface for visitors to our website). We use OneCause for our online auction and gala ticket sales. October 20, 2020 5.0 This platform has lifted us to a whole new level that would not have been possible on our old giving platform. I don't know of another product that comes even close to its versatility and usability. Love it. Pros 1) Excellent versatility due to its integrations and many widgets 2) Can inject warmth and personality in the checkout process 3) Responsive customer support 4) No contract or monthly fees Cons I haven't discovered any warts on this pretty package. We had previously used a different option that took donors to a third-party page, and many people don't end up completing their gift. Having Fundraise Up right on the site has helped us increase our donations.
