Pros

RecruitCRM has many useful features that make the work of an agency recruiter much easier. The best benefit is the CRM part that is integrated with ATS which helps both the recruitment and sales team. Also, there is so much freedom to customize the software based on company & clients' needs which is a huge plus for a recruitment agency. If you set it up correctly, the reporting section is very useful for the team, client, project reporting and it covers all reports that one company needs. Besides all of this, the customer support center is one of the best than any software that I encountered on the market. They usually replay in a few hours with detailed explanations every single time. I really appreciate all the features that this software provides. I can easily confirm that after testing 10 ATS software last year, this one gives all that you need.

Cons

The only feature that I would like to see as a improvement is a visual design of the software and reporting section.

I worked with several ATS during the last 12 years, but I like here the functionality and value for money compared to others. works very week also when you have many candidates and a high workload. I like also the client integration

Pros

The Social Media Integration, the applicant tracking, the app, the database, all functions

Cons

the overview templates could be better, maybe also integration of recorded video interviews and the scheduling could be better

We've been using this system for candidate management but we are now able to automate our processes and allow high level overviews of business intelligence plus timely notifications for invoicing.

Pros

Capabilities, so many fields to customise to really adapt to business needs and sensible workflows.

Cons

A few fixed features that we don't use, but nothing we can't work around

Pros

RecruitCRM is the dream ATS. Fully functional as both a CRM and an ATS, very easy to use and customize, extremely reasonably priced, and excellent, lightening-fast, competent customer service. I've used 6 ATSes and this one is by far the best.

Cons

If a feature was missing and I mentioned it to the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], he found a way for his team to integrate the functionality. A year into using the software, I'm unable to list a con.

I've used Recruit CRM when I began my recruitment consulting business and it's been with me for years. I could recommend it to others that need an easy to use all-in-one CRM for their recruitment needs. They offer excellent technical support and constant product improvements.

Pros

Ease of use and the UI is as intuitive as it can be. I've used many other CRM in the past and Recruit CRM is superior for Recruiters of all industries.

Cons

There's no real cons that I can think of. The overall license fees could be a tad cheaper but overall I'm satisfied.

I tested out Recruit CRM and identified early on that it was a SaaS that fulfilled my requirements for an easy to use; all-in-one solution for my recruitment business.

Pros

I have been using this software for a long time. First of all, I can say that it is user friendly. I can post an advertisement very easily and practically, add the candidates to the advertisement and follow it easily from there. They are very interested and find solutions to all my problems in a very short time.

Cons

Sometimes I have trouble filtering candidates, but I guess that's because I don't follow the updates.

Pros

Easy to use, excellent, always available support, which is very important

Cons

There are some issues/ideas, but they are open for any remark from the users, and there is a a very well established system to report/communicate these requests from the users's side, and RCRM team tries to accomodate those ones, which are the most wanted by us/users, and implement them in their next updates! This is something really fantastic, as this is a kind of "we do it together" approach

RecruitCRM is a complete game changer. We have switched between platforms 5 times over the last 4 years and I can honestly say we have found the right software.

Pros

The platform is extremely user friendly, easy to set up and maintain. Candidates have awesome experiences.

Cons

Initially the speed of the platform was a bit slow for our volumes, but it has improved.

Pros

The dashboard and the additional reports as well as the kanban view is what sold me! The dashboard is critical to our daily metrics and review of the candidate pipeline. We have customized it to meet criteria we believe are important to track and we share the metrics with the team daily. Another value is their customer support. It is excellent. They quickly respond and assist you with your questions and even provide quick links and short video clips to explain how to resolve a question. AND they are always willing to hop on a call. Their service is really what makes this a great product.

Cons

Look forward to continued integrations with other apps to make RecruitCRM even more robust.

Extension does not pick up correct details most of the time from emails or Linkedin and does not pick up external website information at all.Recruit can add candidates multiple times with same details (this should not happen but does)Candidate pipeline does not always work and will have allocated candidates in wrong sections (this has already been flagged)

What makes them historically valued in my mind is their amazing customer service. You get the feeling that they are down the hall in your building because no matter what time day or night they make it their business to resolve your problems. In my career they would rank as the best ever in customer service. I hope I can get my company to their level.

Pros

The product is easy to use, yet the product is backed by easy to find video's of each component which allows for ongoing Training and renewal of knowledge.

Cons

There was one feature that we wanted, but they have since added it...so I have no Cons

I looked into 10-12 other platforms for our organization and chose Recruit CRM. I'm happy to say we're thrilled with the product and will be a customer for a long time.

Pros

This platform is easy to use, but intuitive enough to handle everything we need - I can house clients, candidates, open jobs and my billing all in one place. It's not overly complicated and the team at Recruit CRM is constantly updating and improving the product.

Cons

I have enjoyed every aspect of the software.

Pros

Great technology, product team is constantly adding in new features, roadmap page to post new feature that you want added. Clean and simple layout is easy to understand and start using straight away. Great parsing feature from LinkedIn into the system. Easy access to support devs via chat box, answered every 2-3mins. Great sales and technical support team who are happy to jump on a call to discuss any issues.

Cons

The product team take on a number of projects and as a result releases sometims are delayed. Ability to de-duplicate and tidy up current database with the system needs to be looked into.

I love working with RecruitCRM. Very easy to use software with multiple features, a really amazing google extension addon, and a mobile app. Has all of the features, I need.

Pros

\[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and the team at RecruitCRM are amazing. The features are very straightforward and easy to use. However, if you run into an issue, the team has been more than willing to go out of their way to get you an answer. Great support and now that they have a mobile app, it's a very smart play

Cons

My only beef with RecruitCRM is with API integration. They offer it and it's very easy to implement. BUt you have to be on their enterprise package which increases the cost of each user across the board. A minimal concern but still a concern for our small business.

Very smooth, easy to learn and work with. A lot of features that speed up your work. Great tool! 10/10.

Pros

Very responsive, professional and friendly support. Fast onboarding and intuititive software with a lot of tailoring options. Being an entrepreneurial company, the speed of progress with the software is amazing, i.e. mobile app is a great help.

Cons

Ability to choose the data centers / locations where the data is stored is included only in the most expensive program, but we don't find this a dealbreaker.
