This tool really helps our recruiters get the most out of their time. Especially time spend on admin tasks are automated and allow them to use the bulk of their time towards candidate experience.

Pros

Integration is extremely easy to set up and use. Managing pipelines, candidates, and jobs is easy for any new user to comprehend. For both admins and for users, the system covers all the needs a recruitment agency needs. However, what we like the most is their customer support an library in case you have any questions.

Cons

Cannot think of a real "con" however, the dashboards and reporting on certain KPI's is still a feature that could be more exploited.

Pros

Well organized and easy to use. Excellent team of highly motivated professionals who are incredibly responsive and always try to understand the issue at hand. Friendly, smart and hard working. Have been using them since I started my business and it has been seamless.

Cons

I would like to see more client reports tailored to my specific needs.

Moving our business into Recruit CRM was easy, and support was offered along the way. The Recruit CRM team has been helpful in training our recruiters and assistants, as well as myself personally alongside our \[sensitive content hidden\].Any questions we have are answered in real time via the chat support feature which is easily accessible from any page within the software.Our account representative \[sensitive content hidden\] is always happy to provide support and has become someone I enjoy connecting with when the need arises. Our recruitment team and assistants have been able to easily learn how to manage their day-to-day operations within the Recruit CRM software, and there have been virtually no growing pains among our group with regards to the learning.

Cons

There are some minor functions (for example spell check) that are not built into the program HOWEVER in these occasional instances I have found there to be simple solutions such as browser extensions that could easily solve the minor lack of functionality.

Overall its been a great experience, we don't feel left on an island, support is there all the time, making recommendations and taking feature requests into consideration and making those changes.

Pros

Great customer supportLots of features & very customizable if you have the bandwidth to really customize your process it's a great productEasy to scale up and down, no long term contracts (unless we want to do that to save money) they have options and lots of integrations which is super important as we scale up

Cons

Some things are a bit clunky and not necessarily intuitive for US recruiting, its a very international platform. Reporting metrics could be improved a bit, but for the most part this is a solid product

As user of two CRM+ATS systems, it is easy to see that Recruit CRM is light years ahead in their product. The level of customer support is nothing less then great!

Pros

Very easy to setup and employ. Modern UI/UX and all (almost!) the features you need.

Cons

Not available in Danish and also not perfect calendar integration.

The customer support at RecruitCRM is second to none. They are so quick with getting back to you if you need help and \[sensitive content hidden\] was always available to schedule a call with us when needed. I also love their Roadmap - they really take feature requests into consideration and love getting your feedback.

Cons

Probably the inability to customize certain aspects of the CRM.

We have been extremely pleased with our RCRM experience. Everyone we have dealt with is knowledgeable, supportive and truly strives to understand our business process. They always add additional features and functionality to make the work faster and more effective. I appreciate the value we have in RCRM every day - and especially as our team and business grows.

Pros

We absolutely love RCRM and the level of support and competency of staff has been awesome.

Cons

The least strong feature is the ability to make changes to look and feel and the volume /quality of the email campaign functionality.

Very easy to implement and customize. The team there were very helpful when we transferred our data.

Cons

Soma aspects require duplication of work, but they have a very good suggestions area that is worked on.

Phenomenal, top notch, personalized customer service! This is unheard of in the software world and critical for small or medium size business owners.Many key features and bonus functionality, excellent value.

I spent a long time researching CRMs, demo's plenty. If you are looking for a quick, intuitive system which you can completely tailor to your specific needs, this is a very impressive emerging player in the world of CRM/ATS's. The proactivity and volume of updates in their roadmap is what will make them into a serious player in the not too distant future

Pros

The thing for me is their responsiveness to feedback and the pace of updates that are coming through. If they carry on with this as they are they will be one of the major players in what is a crowded marketplace Also: - Highly customisable - Easy to use - Support through videos and directly speaking with them - Not cumbersome. Minimal clicks.

Cons

Nothing so far. I would've said about having an open API which I now understand is in the Q4 pipeline

Very happy with the product, fills a real need for a reasonably priced and highly functional recruitment software.

Pros

Very easy to use with LinkedIn which is a huge point in its favor, simple but highly functional interface, easy ability to share access to candidates with clients while controlling which fields are viewable. Boolean and filtering capability flexible. Great!

Cons

Most important is inability to exclude members of a hotlist or job when performing a search so as to avoid re-screening profiles I already have looked at for same search (some searches require second and third searches using altered parameters which frequently produces a lot of overlap candidates that don't get screened out). Also would like to be able to perform a single search and have that search applied to both Notes and Fields/Resumes at same time. Like every other CRM I've seen, searches are applied to Notes & Fields/Resumes separately so that results can miss profiles that have keywords split between Fields/Resume section and the Notes section. 3. Somewhat limited view of candidate details view but I believe enhancement to this is being worked on.

Fantastic, I don't care what you have but you need to switch to this system to improve sales.

Pros

The customer service is unbelievable. It is above and beyond. They really try to improve your user experience on every call. They even proactively reach out. That is the best thing about it.

Cons

Nitpicking here but it might rely on customizations a little too much. There are some standard things that should probably be pre set.

It felt like a smaller company feel. Obviously price wise it made sense, but what pushed me to recruit crm was how involved their owner is. He wouldn't take no for an answer and I'm so glad that he didn't.

I have been in recruitment for 17 years, having used a lot of the 'leading' options on the market such as Bullhorn, Vincere, CATS, and Invenias. I would recommend RecruitCRM over them all. Not only is the tech on par, if not more flexible/advanced, but the real difference is also the customer service, and how available the team is on hand to you, every single day. I have never experienced a service like it when it comes to the other leading ATS/CRM providers. I hope as the company grows, that they never lose their customer service and accessibility! This is what makes you special.

Pros

How adaptable it is, also it is very user-friendly.

Cons

I genuinely cannot think of anything that I could say negative.

RecruitCRM really has been a valuable contribution to our business growth (turnover multiplied factor 7 in 2018, factor 3 in 2019). It allows all of our staff to work on one platform for business contacts and aplicatant tracking.

Pros

Having one system for CRM and ATS is the main attribute. The helpdesk is always available and very helpful. There is a great link to LinkedIn, it supports and tracks our communication within our company.

Cons

Some of the dashboard functions could be improved, we are in contact with the programmers to improve the functionality.

Pros

It's ease of use, customization options and I love the kanban design of interview stages.

Cons

The difficulty of searching through the database. The boolean/advanced search does not provide decent results. Instead, I have to search for candidates through specific job openings/pipelines.

Pros

It is a seamless CRM. Easy to use and understand. If there are any challenges they are quick to respond and provide guidance. We have used other is the past and all were clunky, Recruit CRM takes the clunkiness out of it. Tons of options that will allow our company to expand our product offerings.

Cons

If there has been a con, they are open to addressing it. They constantly as Recruiters what they need and built it by and for recruiters. At this time there is nothing to dislike.
