### "Brilliant CRM. Simple and powerful. "

July 25, 2024

5.0

Fantastic. I’d highly recommend. It’s a brilliant CRM for recruiters that has the same punch as bigger competitors (eg bullhorn, salesforce) but is much more clutter free.

Pros

Simplicity, but ability to do anything I like.

Cons

Nothing. They have a super responsive team that helps with any questions or issues (when they rarely arise)

That is has limited interviewing tools.

### "RecruitCRM is a great platform"

July 26, 2024

5.0

Pros

Very robust functionality, great support during onboarding and configuration, multi-language User Interface (we have non-US team members that really like being able to work in their native language)

Cons

No real complaints. No software is perfect but RCRM meets our needs and has been embraced by our entire team.

### "Recruit CRM - small business perspective"

June 23, 2024

5.0

Pros

The user interface - was clear and logical and easy to understand with categories and options intuitively laid out and options easily accessible. The ability to customise each of the key categories - Companies, Contacts, Candidates, Jobs, Deals -- is helpful, as well as laying out the sections as one wants, plus the ability to hide/display system fields and custom fields as well. Makes using the product all that much easier. Additionally, the ability to connect the system with automation tools like Zapier or Integrately via the API has been a huge time saver, and this in addition to the in-house, Recruit CRM, lead integration and automation services. The workflow is good too, with a number of options to get candidates into and manage them through the system; with a good CV parsing tool, LinkedIn Chrome extension, plus a great resume formatter. The Tasks and Meetings manager, and the associated carousel, is extremely helpful too for managing workload and flow. There are additional built in tools available (sequences to automate communications for example/workflow), plus additional ones too but currently not using them so cannot provide more details. Lastly, communication from the team is regular with good information provided, the support is great, the team warm and friendly, and queries answered very quickly. All this coupled with a clear plan to upgrade/improve the system with an ability to make suggestions.

Cons

The reporting module -- currently it shows key information but the only issue is it's not entirely customizable, and one is "limited" to the options provided. I understand this is being worked on/upgraded and I'm looking forward to be able to set up multiple, customised reports.

### "Highly customizable on your workflow!"

July 17, 2024

5.0

Pros

What's great about Recruit CRM is how I can create note templates and call log templates for my team, enhancing the quality of data we gather from both clients and candidates. It's also customized to our workflow and process, adjusting to our needs rather than adjusting to a new system.

Cons

I would like to see Recruit CRM work on the user interface and options for fonts/bullets in the notes section.

### "Review of Recruit CRM"

July 15, 2024

5.0

Pros

I like how easy it is to use. I was able to learn this system pretty easily. As a recruiter, this is huge as there was no delay in my day to day operations while integrating this system.

Cons

There are certain little things that are a pain. This is mostly with having to add the state to the location on jobs or having to manually add a contact to jobs as well.

### "RCRM - An Excellent Choice of software for our Company"

June 4, 2024

5.0

Excellent support from day one, migration was smooth, but any difficulties that arose were dealt with in a fast and an efficient manner, with loads of technical backup provided when needed. Our Account Manager from day one, who got to know our business acts in a very supportive way to ensure we are getting what we want and the most out of the system and providing solutions/functionality to all queries. Overall the support has been excellent from the Account Manager and the overall RCRM Team. The Chatbot Help facility has been used a lot by individuals and all with positive feedback on this help facility, which had a very quick response, no matter what time of the day. The online videos and help videos provided are excellent. We are very pleased with the system to date.

Pros

Excellent support from Recruit CRM throughout migration, right through to rolling out RCRM company wide. Technical advice was excellent and using customized fields to assist us and give us more visibility on all the data that was imported from our older CRM system. Dedicated Account Manager which is very beneficial. Setting up roles and teams in RCRM to facilitate the levels required in our Company. Responses to all requests have been dealt with very fast and continuous updates provided if requests have gone to the Product & Development team. The feedback from the overall team is very positive as they all get used to RCRM and functionality of this new system.

Cons

As we are new to Recruit CRM, nothing springs to mind at present, as we have all the functionality that we require and operate our Recruitment and CRM Software. Only thing missing, no map available for radius searching.

Reason for choosing Recruit CRM

We felt it was the best fit for our company from the software packages that we evaluated.

### "The ATS and CRM every recruiter wants!"

June 21, 2024

Outstanding we have been very happy with every interaction with Recruit CRM.

Pros

Very easy to use, customizable, excellent customer service, quick turnaround when reaching out to the rep and live chat, reporting, AI functions, kanban view, integrating with other systems.

Cons

It would be great if they offered an offer letter portal to save multiple offer letters templates and deploy them to candidates.

Reason for choosing Recruit CRM

### "Best we could find overall, and we're please, but still a work in progress"

May 30, 2023

4.0

Pros

The overall software is effective and we are pleased with it. We extensively researched different options for recruiting/applicant mgmt/CRM systems and this was by far the leader with a competitive pricepoint considering all the features. However, because it is a newer product and continuously being improved/updated, there are still many "works in progress" and items that need to be implemented and/or improved, some more "critical" than others. Still, overall it's effective and does what we need, for the most part. I will also add that their customer service is SUPERB! They are always willing to assist and walk you through any questions or issues and they respond quickly every time. I do wish they had some type of comprehensive intro/onboarding documentation to help get you started and act as a reference point and overview of all the different features and system options, but they did say this was something they planned to develop so hopefully we'll see it in the future.

Cons

A big downfall for us is the lack of a clearly documented user guide or any type of easily accessible reference point to help begin using the software. The resume formatter is also a feature that we were excited to use and unfortunately learned does not work as expected. The Outlook email connection works, but your mailbox is entirely unorganized and you can't easily view your folders, which does make it more of a pain to actually use. Another big one for us is the limited dashboard and reporting options as they really focus primarily on the clients, and not on the actual jobs we're working on or candidates we're dealing with. But even with these and a few other pain points, after demoing SEVERAL options and considering some of the other more well-known names, Recruit CRM was the clear winner and does blow the competition out of the water. Plus, the superior customer service and continued updating and taking into account of user feedback, definitely makes us feel that we made the right choice and we are satisfied and happy with our decision.

Reason for choosing Recruit CRM

The features, multiple systems all in one (ATS, CRM, Position Management, etc), price point, no long term commitments, continued updates and customer-focused improvements....it's a very effective and robust product as it stands currently, and we're definitely looking forward to the continued updates and feature fixes and new add-on's/implementations! :)

[RESUMate](https://www.capterra.com/p/10268/RESUMate/)

Resumate is a great option for basic recruiting and is actually a very powerful resume database with seriously powerful search capabilities (if you need something basic, Resumate is AWESOME and the lifetime license is something you cannot beat), however, in terms of a day to day full on ATS and Recruiting tool, it was just far too antiquated and the updated version was very costly and still ages behind the competition.

Great support. every time I've needed help customizing or learning how to operate the system efficiently they've always been quick to respond and send me the summary of everything we discuss for future reference.

Pros

Tracking candidates, Tracking Progress and deal pipeline. Web browser extension to pull LinkedIn info straight into the CRM.

Cons

price per user is quite high. the system does offer a lot and I am only a small business so I don't need a lot of the features yet.

### "Recommended to Us & We Love It"

April 13, 2022

5.0

Recruit CRM was not our initial choice. The three of us were doing a lot of research and demos over months. We had our preferred list narrowed down to three other ATS/CRMs, and then someone recommended Recruit CRM. So, we all sat in on one more demo, and we were pretty much sold. Of course, I still wanted to analyze every detail and offering, but Recruit CRM was the clear winner after all of that.

Pros

We love how easy it is to source candidates and contacts outside of the CRM. We can seamlessly add them into our work flow (jobs, hot lists, pipeline, etc). We all came from ATS/CRMs where importing candidates and contacts was really cumbersome and glitchy. We launched the business three months ago, and we were able to move SO much faster because we had an ATS/CRM that kept us out of the weeds of data entry. We also really like the mobile app. (If needed, I could probably just sit in my car and work a whole productive day with just the mobile app.) Another cool feature, which was new to us, was the "deal sheet." We weren't using that day one, but as we got going we realized that it is a very cool, customizable tool that we now rely on.

Cons

You can search all notes but at this point, if you log something as a "call log" the text you input is not searchable. We would love to see that feature added! Recruit CRM allows users to vote on updates, so it could be in the works. We are also looking forward to the upcoming email sequencing feature.

Reason for choosing Recruit CRM

A few reasons: 1) customer service (although we had really good experiences with RecruiterFlow and Creltae as well). (2) the candidate/contact/company parser via the chrome extension was the easiest and most robust (3) the mobile app (4) the industry recommendation (5) the user interface

### "First-In-Class ATS/CRM Software"

August 10, 2021

5.0

We view the team at Recruit CRM as a partner. Their product has provided an infrastructure for us to stand out in our field and to successfully grow our business. We have been spoiled by their excellence in customer service and strive to be as accountable to our clients as they are. We could not be happier with the business decision we made when we added Recruit CRM to our team.

Pros

This system allows our entire team, all of whom work remotely and in different time zones, to conduct the business of recruiting and to collaborate with their colleagues for successful candidate acquisition and placement. We simply would not be as successful in recruiting as we are without our partnership with Recruit CRM.

Cons

It's hard to come up with a complaint about Recruit CRM. From the outstanding support we receive to the ease of customization the software affords, we always find a way to solve a problem we may think we have. And when we do find a functionality that isn't available, we usually see that it's been submitted through their feedback channel and either under review or in process by the Recruit CRM team. However, one thing I wish for is a better way to navigate back to previously-viewed records or lists.

### "My daily use of RecruitCRM"

October 21, 2022

4.0

I am very satisfied with our decision to purchase Recruit CRM. I looked at various Swedish-based systems, but I found the service, speed of interaction, the willingness for us to succeed and I really feel they know how important all features are for us. They are giving us 100% back up and we have a dedicated Customer Success Manager in \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] we are very satisfied with the service we get!

Pros

I like the fact that it is a combined tool for clients and candidates. It is a 'one stop shop' for us in our work as recruiters, running our own recruitment company. It is made for recruitment companies and we feel we are well taken care of / backed up by RecruitCRM in order to be successful in our job.

Cons

Have not found that yet..., at first I thought there were too many features that I was not going to use. But along the way, I do realize they are there to support me. I like the fact that I can 'tailor' / set the modules the way it feels best for us.

Reason for choosing Recruit CRM

The professional attitude, the service, the willingness to sell us the product without being 'pushy', patients and they had 'our needs' in focus all the time!

### "A bit pricey, but absolutely worth it!"

February 5, 2024

5.0

Pros

This is certainly not the most inexpensive option for ATS systems out there. That said, I can tell you from experience trialing some of the alternatives, that Recruit CRM is by FAR the best option available for a boutique Recruitment firm. By investing in Recruit CRM, we were able to nearly double our capacity without increasing our team size, allowing us to increase our profit margin significantly in the long run. It allows for easy tracking and management of both the candidate and client experience from business development through to candidate placement and follow up beyond. The chrome extension is a game changer! CRM also connects seamlessly and in real-time with our email provider, allowing us to have all correspondence and communication in one place, easily accessible by the entire team. The Customer Service and Training support available is also incredible. You can chat in and get almost an immediate response just about any time of the day and they will train your people FOR you on using the system and/or troubleshooting issues. Definitely saving you, the owner, both time and money.

Cons

The cost, initially, was a bit of a tough pill to swallow, but as I stated above, the investment was well worth it.

Reason for choosing Recruit CRM

When we first decided to move away from NorthStar, transparently, Recruit CRM was originally on our list, but Breezy appeared to offer much of the same features and at a significantly reduced cost from Recruit CRM. However, after completing our 3 month trial with them, it was evident that they weren't all they advertised to be and so, we decided to invest in the more expensive option (Recruit CRM) and we're so glad we did

Switched from

[Breezy](https://www.capterra.com/p/141702/Breezy-HR/)[NorthStar](https://www.capterra.com/p/179797/Conventus/)

NorthStar did not meet our needs at all from an agency perspective. It had great candidate facing qualities, but it was difficult to work on things together as a team and we had to customize the client interface because it wasn't something they offered, which cost us a great deal and, in the end, wasn't very good. Breezy promised to do all of the same things Recruit CRM did, but they fall very short, in my opinion, in terms of managing the Client experience and they also don't have the best actually functionality as an ATS. I think they would probably be a great fit for an internal HR system, but they didn't fit the bill for an agency and their customer service was very difficult to get ahold of when issues arose, which unfortunately, was often.

### "Accelerated our Talent placement offering"

September 20, 2021

5.0

One thing that I didn't get to mention is the level of customer service we have received. I never had an issue that was not responded to at least within 12 hours, often, I get a response within minutes or hours, depending on business hours. Not only would there be a response, but a resolution would be quickly reached in a thoughtful and concise manner. Overall, it's been great to work with/ partner with the RCRM team. They have truly expanded our ability to place candidates and has had major consequences to our revenue.

Pros

Candidate Status Tracking by Job and the Job Posting features were the most critical features when we started off. We needed a quick, efficient, and cost effective mechanism to intake candidates and move them through a basic recruitment pipeline. We have evolved since our initial use and heavily use the API to assist in the customization of experiences for our Clients and candidates. RCRM is still the foundation of how we track Jobs, candidates, candidate communications, etc. We have a small team that is able to handle a relatively large workload, which is all made possible by this software.

Cons

Now that there is an API that is regularly improving, there is not much we dislike about this software. It provides all our basic needs and the API helps us reach beyond that.

### "Best CRM for SME Staffing / Recruitment or Exec Search Firm "

fantastic experience. I have worked with a number of off the shelf CRMs as well as helped design a Salesforce implementation in my old company and must say this CRM is one of the best and most well thought out.

Pros

The software is very well designed and customized for the needs of a recruiting firm. I run an executive search firm and find it's very easy to give a great client and candidate experience using this tool. The technology found include RecruitCRM matches that of much larger and more expensive platforms. Before choosing recruit CRM I evaluated by other recruitment-focused CRM systems, this had the strongest technology stack and the most intuitive interface. I'm very happy with my decision, and the support staff is great.

Cons

There are a few minor issues that the support team is currently working on- I find them to be responsive and am confident they will be resolved soon. The notes on a record are limited to 10,000 characters, which is not enough for my needs when taking very detailed notes. It also does not have a built-in email sequencing function, which Is a very nice feature and is found in other recruitment-focused CRM Platforms.

They are also very responsive and clearly think through the detail when they built this CRM.

Bullhorn seemed slow, clunky and like it was built on a software/tech from 10 years ago. I didn't care for the UI / UX design and found that data entry to be difficult. This platform seems miles ahead from a technology standpoint.

### "Solid Recruiting ATS / CRM w Responsive Service"

January 17, 2023

5.0

Overall, we have been happy with Recruiting CRM as we launched a new, boutique firm. We've found it easy to use overall and functional to meet our needs as we've launched and grown. The kanban view is the best I've seen in competitive products and easy to manage candidate flow within a job. We haven't exercised all features of the platform yet but will in the future.

Pros

Intuitive and easy to use. We are a small firm and selected the product over 4-5 other products (Bullhorn, Crelate, Zoho, etc). It seemed more intuitive, easier to configure and customize for our workflow, and had some views that were big differentiators (e.g. visual kanban board of candidates within a job). Very happy so far with the product and the service provided.

Cons

The product continues to evolve and add features that align better to executive / low-volume recruiting. Core CRM features aren't as mature as something like a Salesforce CRM but have good features and templates to communicate with candidates and contacts.

Alternatives considered

[Zoho Recruit](https://www.capterra.com/p/125768/Zoho-Recruit/)[Bullhorn ATS & CRM](https://www.capterra.com/p/140531/Bullhorn-Recruiting-Software/)[Crelate](https://www.capterra.com/p/133064/Crelate-Talent/)

Reason for choosing Recruit CRM

Better demo, simpler / more intuitive UI (not cluttered like some of the others), kanban job view, value
