I honestly cannot fault them. Pros It is simply the BEST ATS we have found on the market today! The tool itself does what you need it to, the speed at which data is migrated or updated is second to none, the logic behind how it can support your hiring efforts were really well thought out, it can help you manage your workflow, as well as revenue pipeline, they are open to custom automations that your business or industry may need and I cannot say enough about the people!! A tool with real humans behind it, who KNOW what they are talking about?! It's true. I cannot recommend them or the tool enough :-) Cons None so far. There are still a few new features we would like to see in the future and existing ones we would like to be able to use more but overall great experience. Pros It has a lot of features, automations, and sections that can be customized to fit our needs + the support is always on point and super helpful. They also always strive to apply new features based on our recommendations/needs. Robust support for Zapier which means you can build these amazing workflows. They also have a team that can help you develop custom workflows too, normally this would cost a lot of money getting developers involved. Very fast support and friendly people. Cons Some small quality of life improvements are in the pipeline which will improve the platform when they are live. We are a visual industry so better support of landscape format resumes and portfolios would be useful. Pros Kanban view is the most useful for me so I can figure out where people are at and what I need to do. Cons when you look at the dashboard kanban view sometimes it shows you fields you cannot drag to because it's only available for certain roles. I am the operations manager for a staffing startup, so I am having to build everything from the ground up. Recruit CRM offers amazing training, as much as you want! I love the virtual assistance as well, much more helpful than many of the virtual help chats I've used before. I am building my website from scratch and Recruit CRM integrates with my 'Jobs' page, all I have to do is cut and paste the link they provide, simple! They also offer phone systems, that connect to your cell and provides AI assistance and full recordings. Anything platform that has Open API can be integrated with Recruit CRM, so everything in one place! Best ATS/CRM I've ever used and I'm never looking back! Pros The ease of use is my favorite thing about Recruit CRM! I do not believe in overcomplicating anything in life and Recruit CRM has perfected the art of simplicity. In addition, everything I need to run my recruitment company is in one place, so staying on top of metrics is a breeze. And you can't beat the customer service, it's the best! Ask for \[sensitive content hidden\]! Cons The only thing missing from Recruit CRM is that it doesn't yet integrate with SeekOut. But the moment I mentioned this to my Recruit rep \[sensitive content hidden\], he immediately asked me to connect him to my SeekOut rep to see if a collaboration is a possibility. What better service can you ask for? Reason for choosing Recruit CRM I truly demoed every ATS/CRM out there and it came down to Bullhorn and Recruit CRM. I went with Recruit CRM because you get so much more bang for your buck. Everything I need to run my business all in one place, for $75 a month, per user than Bullhorn.
