### "Great Product. "

August 13, 2025

5.0

Pros

Great functionality at a really reasonable price. Also, there is a monthly rolling contract option which is refreshing when everyone else seems to want 12 months commitment. Since I've been with RecruitCRM, the development is huge and the new features just keep coming, they clearly have a drive for continuous improvement and it's needed in this era of AI. The customer support is also brilliant, queries are answered very efficiently and my account manager is always happy to jump on a call when needed. It's fast becoming a one stop shop reducing the need for a huge tech stack, now including multichannnel outreach, linkedin messaging integrations, phone calling, data enrichment etc.

Cons

Honestly the only thing I would improve is the way in which you track opportunities under the "Deals" section. Firstly i don't usually call something a deal until it's closed, so the name is confusing to me. Also in this section you cannot separate contract vs permanent deals. I report on these differently. Due to these things, i haven't used this area much and still use a spreadsheet for tracking opportunities.

### "The best experience"

November 12, 2025

5.0

We moved a very large database from an antiquated ATS and the migration process was detailed and handled with non-stop, dedicated, and priority support. And Recruit CRM's support has continued beyond the primary move. I will also highly commend Recruit on being so attentive and open to our requests in support and development that their lead developers have been present on calls with our team. In my 20+ years working with software services, this is a first. Very impressed. We hope to be with Recruit CRM for decades to come.

Pros

Recruit CRM is a superbly thought out system with endless room to grow. Its record management system is slick and intuitive. The API is so very well thought out and easy to work with. It's been a true joy to develop our external application integrations with Recruit CRM.

Cons

Their credit system is a bit frustrating at times. I'd prefer some optional service tiers to include the most important internal tools rather than making everything reliant on credit purchases. At times, it feels like anything you want to do "just takes a few more credits".

Alternatives considered

[Loxo](https://www.capterra.com/p/165046/Loxo/)

Reason for choosing Recruit CRM

Loxo seemed heavily focused on their candidate sourcing database than their toolset. Our recruiters better understood and were more comfortable using the Recruit CRM UI.

### "Don't believe \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], it's all a scam"

October 21, 2020

1.0

The system looked great to begin with, the sales process was easy and there was lots of communication. They got way too greedy and have ruined a potentially awesome ATS/CRM by chasing quick bucks and not delivering what is promised.

Pros

It looked like it could do everything, but it can't, and the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] will gaslight you when you hold him to his word

Cons

I started speaking with the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], as part of my process to find a new ATS and CRM 3 months ago. He promised that RecruitCRM would be able to integrate with my usual job board API's to multi-post jobs and accept candidates, eliminating the need for BroadBean or another multi-poster. This functionality wasn't a feature when we started speaking, but I was promised numerous times that it would be available soon and delayed the implementation until this function was up and running. I spoke to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] today, and he told me that to multipost jobs from within RecruitCRM, I would have now have to buy credits from his supplier. This wasn't part of the original conversations, but he denies that vehemently, meaning that one us is lying. And I'm pretty sure it's not me...

Reason for choosing Recruit CRM

I wouldn't choose them if they were the only other option on the planet

Response from Workforce Cloud Tech

October 29, 2020

We're extremely sorry that your interaction with us while exploring new ATS systems left you with such a negative view. As a team, we work hard to make our customers happy & successful. All our 5-star reviews here attest to this endeavor. Recruit CRM is primarily an ATS+CRM and thus does not specialize in Commercial Job Distribution apart from the handful of free job boards we let our users auto-post jobs to. To help our customers, We have partnered with a Job Distribution company from The Netherlands that lets you buy premium ads on over 2000+ Job Boards & media channels across the world. Unfortunately, because the partner distributes the jobs, they do not let you bypass them and buy credits directly from multiple Job Boards while using their technology to publish jobs. We're extremely sorry if this was not clear during your demo of Recruit CRM. This was how this feature was always planned since we have no way to directly partner with 2000 Independent Job boards :(

My overall experience with Recruit CRM has been outstanding. It has truly simplified our recruiting operations and saved our team a significant amount of time. From managing candidates to tracking communications and reporting, everything feels seamless. It’s clear the team behind Recruit CRM listens to their users and continuously improves the platform. I highly recommend it to any staffing or recruiting agency looking for an intuitive, powerful, and well-supported CRM and ATS solution.

Pros

What I like most about Recruit CRM is how incredibly intuitive and easy to use it is. The layout is clean and straightforward, which makes it simple to navigate whether you're adding candidates, managing job orders, or communicating with clients. It has all the features I need to streamline the recruiting process without feeling overwhelming. The customer service team is also top-notch — responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help with any questions or customizations.

Cons

There’s not much to dislike, but if I had to pick one thing, it would be that there’s a bit of a learning curve at the very beginning when setting up workflows. I would also like to see a stronger search tool , similar to a Loxo where you not only get the candidates linked in profile you also get their contact information to reach out.

Great customer service...very responsive! I always get a response within a few minutes. I've worked with lots of other CRMs (Workable, Greenhouse, CATS) and RCRM is a great value.

Pros

Geared towards search/staffing firms Great search features for sourcing. Easy to move candidates through steps of the hiring process

Cons

### "Great tool, amazing customer support"

August 25, 2025

5.0

It’s been going great so far, thanks entirely to our amazing account manager, \[sensitive content hidden\]. Whenever we reach out, she hops on a call with us instantly and helps in every way she can. It feels incredible to have that kind of support.

Pros

Once you get the hang of it, it’s a fantastic tool, packed with powerful features and incredibly easy to keep your pipeline clean. It also makes the paper‑screening process super smooth.

Cons

I’ll admit, it wasn’t the easiest to learn, our team took a while to really master it. The hiring stages can be confusing: you select specific ones for a role, but still have to sift through all your past stages. It’s a bit messy. Plus, we couldn’t link our Indeed account, even though we tried so many different ways.

### "intuitive and easy to navigate App"

September 30, 2025

5.0

Good experience for candidate follow up, interviews setups, database searches using skills or tags. The simplicity of posting a job on 1 or more websites, with the use of job search engines partnerships.

Pros

Very intuitive, easy to navigate, multiple options for searching, customer support very reactive. Our dedicated agent is always here to help and issues are solved very rapidly. The setup of different fields was also quite simple to put in place.

Cons

The boolean search, which implies that everyone has filled their profile correctly, which is not always the case. I preferred the older version. Also, we cannot link our Calendly calendars to our RecruitCRM calendar.

Overall, my experience with Recruit CRM has been great. It helps me stay organized, track candidates easily, and communicate effectively with clients.

Pros

I really like that Recruit CRM is very friendly for new users. The layout is simple and easy to navigate, even for someone who is just starting out. The tutorials and customer support are also very helpful when learning how to use each feature.

Cons

Great platform start ups with limited budget - RecruitCRM provides a trial period to get use to the system even before you commit

Pros

What I like most is the integration of the job page being able to be linked directly to your LinkedIN to draw candidates to apply which automatically saves their details on the database

### "One Stop Shop for all Things ATS/CRM"

July 30, 2024

5.0

Recruit CRM truly is a one stop shop for all things recruiting. I am the operations manager for a staffing startup, so I am having to build everything from the ground up. Recruit CRM offers amazing training, as much as you want! I love the virtual assistance as well, much more helpful than many of the virtual help chats I've used before. I am building my website from scratch and Recruit CRM integrates with my 'Jobs' page, all I have to do is cut and paste the link they provide, simple! They also offer phone systems, that connect to your cell and provides AI assistance and full recordings. Anything platform that has Open API can be integrated with Recruit CRM, so everything in one place! Best ATS/CRM I've ever used and I'm never looking back!

Pros

The ease of use is my favorite thing about Recruit CRM! I do not believe in overcomplicating anything in life and Recruit CRM has perfected the art of simplicity. In addition, everything I need to run my recruitment company is in one place, so staying on top of metrics is a breeze. And you can't beat the customer service, it's the best! Ask for \[sensitive content hidden\]!

Cons

The only thing missing from Recruit CRM is that it doesn't yet integrate with SeekOut. But the moment I mentioned this to my Recruit rep \[sensitive content hidden\], he immediately asked me to connect him to my SeekOut rep to see if a collaboration is a possibility. What better service can you ask for?

Reason for choosing Recruit CRM

I truly demoed every ATS/CRM out there and it came down to Bullhorn and Recruit CRM. I went with Recruit CRM because you get so much more bang for your buck. Everything I need to run my business all in one place, for $75 a month, per user than Bullhorn. Between their fantastic extension, job page, customization, phone system, resume parsing, AI capabilities, and customer service, there was no question. Thank you, Recruit CRM!

### "RecruitCRM | ICAP People Solutions"

September 23, 2025

My overall experience with Recruit CRM has been very positive: the platform is intuitive, easy to use, and has streamlined our recruitment operations significantly. The standout features are its customizable workflows and excellent customer support, though minor bugs and occasional system slowdowns have occurred, these were usually resolved quickly by their team.

Pros

Recruit CRM is highly valued for its intuitive interface and customizable workflows, which make managing candidate pipelines and client communications efficient and user-friendly. The platform's integrated automation features and collaborative tools also streamline recruitment processes for teams.

Cons

I found the customization options weren’t flexible enough for niche recruitment needs, which made it difficult to tailor the system for unique requirements. But they are working on it and they are doing a great job.

It's been interesting to use RCRM and have our team and processes level up with it. Support is always great so we feel confident whenever we encounter issues. There are still a few new features we would like to see in the future and existing ones we would like to be able to use more but overall great experience.

Pros

It has a lot of features, automations, and sections that can be customized to fit our needs + the support is always on point and super helpful. They also always strive to apply new features based on our recommendations/needs.
