Over all , I loved using Ooma Office , proper trail of text messages, you can track the time & date of conversation. it is a good product

Pros

Ooma Office was my first telephonic software I used when I joined Buzzclan, I had the chance to work using it for about a month , I mainly used it for texting & calling, it was a good experience.

Cons

It was not integrated with the ATS we used , had to Copy-Paste numbers of candidates.

We least liked was having to buy a new phone, the whole point in switching to Ooma was to save money..

Pros

My favorite things are that I can blacklist spam numbers and port my calls to my cell phone. I also know that customer service is there and very fast to reply to my needs if I need anything. If I manage to mess things up with vacation voicemail/away messages, they can always straighten me out immediately.

When the internet goes out, the system goes out.

Pros

Absolutely everything from pricing, ease of set up, to the outstanding customer service OOMA just cant be beat!

Cons

The only con I have is I wish we would have switched sooner.

If it wasnt for our company to switch to this service we would of had our phones lines down for 4 months. The ability to have our phones transferred and forwarded to our cell phones saved our business while we waited for phone lines to be installed in our new building

I work in the office of a small HVAC Company and Ooma Office works very well for us, but only sometimes. You have to have a very good internet connection for the devices to stay connected to the base station. When it works, it's great! But our internet isn't always the best, so the phones will get disconnected and take a while (sometimes a few days) to be able connect again. I do like the online portion where you customize your settings. It is very simple to use and you can customize a lot of the options for setting up your office phone system.

Set up really wasn’t that bad basically figure on two hours to get everything done we used two different phones to different phone lines and we had some requirements for our voicemail

Pros

I like that pretty much anything I asked to do the customer service figured out a way to do it also the customer service will move you up and you will get someone on the phone almost immediately if it’s something they cannot fix in the next level will fix it immediately worked with another company and that companies customer service was horrible. My number is ported in less than four days

One of the pieces of equipment was broken

It is affordable and easy to use/setup. Also multiple lines can be setup easily with extensions for all those in your office.

Cons

It relies on internet connection, so if the internet is down for any reason the phones don't work. And once in a while you get a wonky connection that make it hard to hear.
