Cons

I have a hard time logging into the app. I constantly have to reset my password for some reason.

Pros

The auto-receptionist is great. We change where calls are routed all the time, and most of our people don't work in "the office". We recorded the options on Garageband, so they sound good, and we upload different versions during different show offerings. We also use the "After Hours" menu to reroute calls after 6pm on show nights, and then the system returns to the regular receptionist at 10pm on show nights. Cut our office phone bill in half.

Cons

It's VOiP, so it's vulnerable to internet outages. Ooma iOS app didn't work with Ooma Office when we first got it - broke my login - so I'm afraid to try it again. An app would be VERY helpful for redirecting extensions on the fly. Spent some time trying to make faxing work, then gave up. Could receive. Could not send. Solved problem by putting fax machine on home phone line. Faxing is not that important any more anyway.

Pros

The solution is working well, easy to install and use. It comes with these sockets to install for every phone and that way you easily distribute phone calls and change it if someone is not in the office.

Cons

Their support is sometimes a bit slow. You have to wait in line and the people don't seem to know everything, so you have to call in.

Terrible and frustrating as hell. I am now looking for a new system.

Pros

Customer service is responsive and will walk you through set up.

Cons

You miss every call and there is an insane feature that makes you press one to answer your calls on your cell phone, AFTER you have already answered the call. Very annoying, very unsafe while driving, and it also adds to missed calls.

Pros

Enables me to get business calls on my personal cell phone and when I make a business call it looks like I'm calling from by business number.

I liked several things about OOma - the ability to have a virtual receptionist and answering service, The ability to have calls redirected to the team members cell phone since most worked remotely and the impression of a "big company" feel when dialing in.

The inconsistency in pricing/billing. The ability to get a human on the phone when we need help.

Overall I like Ooma Office and would recommended it for any small business.

Pros

I like that is has customizable feature such as the automated receptionist. Plus you can customize the times the office is opened or closed with an upload voice recording.

Cons

It can be hard to figure out to set up Ooma Office even with the introduction. It took some time to get it up and running.

This program is incredibly easy to use and that has been my favorite part of it all. Even if there was something I did not know how to do it was pretty easy to figure out. I like these types of programs and there's an app for this so that makes it even better when I have access outside of the office.

This is a good inexpensive solution which has evolved well from the basic services sold at Costco for home use

It is not as robust as zoom but it still can be a good basic service for a small home office or small business

Saving money and easey to use is all ways a plus internet or Wi-Fi capable is all ways a plus. Also the way is used it's customer friendly

Cons

It a different system must people aren't used to but it s not hard to learn with time will b work your while. Maybe the installation process.

We used Ooma for a while to make calls not linked to our phone numbers but the calls would always drop or the person on the other end wouldn't be able to hear us.

Cons

The connectivity was a big issue. We had to move away from it.
