I also like that I don't need advanced PDF skills to get good results. You can chose to save your documents or not let them be saved. This allows you to make changes as needed if you need to adjust something or just fill out the document quickly. It is easy to use and learn quickly. If you need help customer support is quickly available at your fingertips, but I have rarely ever had to use them. You can do so many different things to documents including saving them under a different type or removing certain pages and this allows for you to keep working without making it more difficult. You can convert it to an edible Word document, Powerpoint, Excel, etc. Additionally, this tool is 100% free to use with no subscription needed whatsoever. Cons Sometimes, the end result format is not copied correctly into the new document. It is very easy to use, and does everything it promises to do. Pros Where Adobe Acrobat fails is having a complicated interface with tools that are difficult to find. iLovePDF does everything that Acrobat can't, and does it in a very easy and accessible way. We rely often rely on it, but I feel it has a lot more potential. Cons I would like to have better visibility of the changes I'm making, ideally in its own app, and to have a a smarter user interface to work with.
