Pros

Great help in stake holder management, everything in one place, less emails, easy to use, better overview.

Cons

Adding folders into the data room for documents would be great, so that the documents in there can be organized more clearly.

Pros

Paperless handling of employee stock option plans that saves hundreds of Swiss Franks in law fees.
