It is clean, easy, and straight forward to use. We don't have complaints and have loved how much its increased our social media presence.

Pros

How easy it is to connect all of our social media platforms and post to each of the platforms. Allows us to customize the timing and add the first comment.

Cons

It doesn't happen often but sometimes the timing is off from when I schedule it vs when it actually posts. It is very rare but has happened more then once. Never by a day, but a few hours.

I am able to schedule out multiple social media posts in one day. I am able to devote about one hours worth of work to do social media postings throughout the entire month or schedule out as much as you would like. All accounts are connected so it takes away the hassle of having to do several.

Pros

SoCi has made it incredible easy to manage multiple social media accounts at one time and has made promoting the small business I work for an incredibly easy task. I am able to devote my time and energy to other tasks throughout the day because it is all done for me in one location.

Cons

It did take a little longer to learn than I would have liked. Once I learned the program I was able to remember what buttons did what tasks fairly easily. I did watch videos on how to utilize it, perhaps having a help sheet that was printable would have been preferable.

I’ve used SOCi for several years and overall it has been an easy to use tool with solid data. While they could update this to incorporate more social media, especially YouTube, the overall experience has been good.

Pros

The data within SOCi. The social media data is very detailed and easy to understand.

Cons

They need to integrate with YouTube in order to provide value and more data for customers.

I like the ability to manage all my search pages and social profiles has been incredibly convenient and has saved me a lot of time and effort.

Pros

What I like most about this platform is the ability to centrally manage and strengthen my online presence across multiple search and social media platforms.

Cons

While they do offer training and support, I think there could be better guidance for new users, especially those with no previous digital marketing experience.

Pros

I really like this platform, I can manage and optimize my search pages, social networks in one place, which is incredibly convenient and saves me a huge amount of time.

Out of all the digital marketing software I've used so far, SoCi is the closest to what I would call "perfect." There are a few flaws, such as the Canva integration being spotty and the Peak Time scheduling feature always posting at 6:00 pm. However, these are potentially user error and as I continue to invest time into the software, these could be resolved.

Pros

SoCi is basically everything I've wanted from other software programs like Hootsuite, Chatmeter, and Mindstream all into one convenient package. Also, it is the first social media scheduling software that I've used that has allowed me to post to Facebook, Instagram, and Google My Business simultaneously.

Cons

There is so much offered, that there is a bit of a learning curve to feel like you're maximizing the potential of the software. Luckily the support staff is extremely helpful and there are many videos offered through "SoCi University"
