I always have options if I can't find exactly what I'm looking for. Assistance is always available and answers are provided in a timely fashion

Cons

I can't always find exactly what I'm looking, but it always gives me options. I would like to see more options for audio usage amongst advertisers

I've gotten some very high quality leads with great brand contacts from this tool. I have worth of business pending and likely to close based off of contacts that i've gained through the tool and I've only been on it less than 6 months.

Pros

I like the mockup tool as it allows you to quickly portray to media partners what their units would look like on your site. for someone that's not great with mockups it's proved very helpful

Cons

I can't say I like anything 'least' but perhaps just wish I got more responses from the agency and brand contacts that I reach out to. Rarely have I encountered a situation where I reach out and the contact is inaccurate or no longer works there.

From all the products we've used in the past - this one is very helpful in seeing what tactics the advertisers are buying.

Pros

I like the ability to search for a brand and see what marketing tactics they're currently buying. I also really like the access to creative to get ideas for my own platform/products.

Cons

The media spend can be off and not as accurate as predicted.

My first stop in finding the right POC for a potential client.

Pros

Filters the dozens of contacts available for any specific brand to recommend the best POC. Includes client creative to utilize in mock-ups. Monthly educational webinars.

Cons

The rate card's of many publishers are inflated, so the actual media spend can look much larger than what it actually is. Some of the tools for prospecting are a bit more cumbersome than I would like.

Cons

Sometimes hard to navigate/find what you're looking for. It would be helpful if mediaradar had a live chat to help with these issues.

Pros

I value to information that this site can tell you about current customers, and prospect and where they are currently focusing their marketing efforts. This shows where they spend, the size of their ads, what their current spend is to help put together a plan to make sense for our customer or prospect.

Cons

Sometimes the information isn't loaded as quickly as I'd like. For instance, if I want to see where my competitors are winning business last month, it doesn't always have the information ready. I'd imagine it is due to the companies not reporting it to MediaRadar in time.

Pros

It's very easy to use. It helps with putting together informative emails and having media conversations with customers. I really like Media Radar.

Cons

I really have not found too many issues. Sometimes the contact people are old so you need to double check because people have career changes. Other than that it's been great.

Pros

It is a great tool in the belt of our sales team to help find advertisers and media spend. It helps both account managers understand their clients, and salespeople to find new prospects.

Cons

There are a lot of features I would like to see added, and a lot of the spending information is incomplete or missing. There is also a fairly steep learning curve.

Cons

I feel the amount of spend assigned to client accpunts seems to be off at times.

Thought it was more intuitive and better fit our needs.

Cons

No real cons in using the software. The integration with our crm system is robust enough to allow us to pursue the leads and opportunities we identify on the platform.

Pros

The ability to prospect off of lists where folks are actually spending advertising dollars is huge! Getting screen grabs of actual ads to show proof of performance is also helpful.

Cons

Some of the data can be a little sketchy and inaccurate, like showing programmatic buys as direct.

Pros

Love having access to this data. You can easily build lists of prospects, competition, and contact information. It is a well thought out tool that can save a ton of time and money as well as increase productivity.

Cons

Media Radar has a lot of amazing information, but needs more ways to filter through it. Having specific filters for b2b only accounts or further drilling down into categories and sub categories would be extremely helpful and should only require some additional tagging on their part. There are some small functionality bugs, but the staff gas been great about addressing those fast.

The quality of resources has been beneficial with prospecting and searching for information. I like that I can get almost bullet points for info that i need.

Cons

How scattered the layout is. It can be hard to find navigate the "homepage" for companies. Although things are bucketed, it can still be hard to toggle back and forth.

Pros

Prospecting feature and contact search are extremely helpful in uncovering new business. I also love the "big picture" feature which helps me in strategizing custom ideas for clients.

Cons

Custom Content examples are tough to identify when searching for digital examples. I also find that some accounts do not have any contacts associated with them making it difficult to find customers to reach out to.

The website is super easy to use. Whether it's prospecting by brands/agency, or looking to build out pertinent reports, MediaRadar does exactly that for me.

Cons

There are times when it feels like the report builds are a bit clunky and don't respond to the filters you've selected.

Pros

Not only does the product have so much to offer but also the customer service is amazing! They're more than willing to work together to help you find what you need and add in any information that may be missing

Cons

It's a bit hard to navigate. We've had a few trainings with live demos and I'm still unsure of how to best navigate the product.

MediaRadar has been invaluable at providing insights on what digital media brands are investing in and when. Makes our job much easier to focus in on the brand teams that have upcoming RFPs.

Pros

I'm a new user and I found MediaRadar really easy to navigate and use. Customer support was great during the roll out to our team. There are a lot of great reports and insights that can found within MediaRadar at the click of a button!

Cons

It's not exactly aligned to our business model since we're a tech company that supports brands and agencies so there's room to improve the features and reports by industry/role.
