After searching for apps over multiple channel, finally when I found Any.do it has made my daily work life smooth, as I dont need to remeber now most of the tasks. Its like having a personal secretary at your finger tips.

Pros

As compared to any other task manager or Microsoft to do list, this app has managed to collaborate all the features which otherwise are segregated into different apps

Cons

Its hard to say if there is anything which i dont like...its a complete package for day to day task and meetings scheduler.

My overall experience with Any.do has been very positive. It is simple, fast, and well organized, while still offering many useful features that help me manage my tasks more easily.

Pros

I like that Any.do is minimalistic but complete. It is fast, easy to use, and includes many useful features that make my daily life easier.

Cons

I really like Any.do overall. The only thing I miss is a complete case study or full example, not just small pieces. Even a simple example, like planning a kitchen project, would help users follow the full process and discover all the features.

Extremamente agradável. Tentei usar diversos softwares de organização e produtividade, e acabei abandonando todos, não sei, faltava alguma coisa, sou muito apegado com interface e aparência, e a do Any.do me agrada de uma forma inexplicável. Sinto realmente que está organizado, parece muito com designs da Apple. Excelente.

Pros

Principalmente da interface. É um visual que me agradou muito e é o único que olho e sinto vontade de me organizar. Além de ser extremamente fácil de usar.

Cons

Poderia ter a opção de formatar textos dentro de uma tarefa ou card. Colocar negrito, itálico e etc. Não sei se tem a opção e eu não encontrei, mas eu queria que tudo que eu adicionasse, tanto nos quadros quanto nas listas já fosse direto para o Meu dia, sem eu ter que mandar manualmente, assim eu abro e já vejo tudo que tenho pra fazer.

It has been great, I have been using it for years now The regular bug fixes and update keeps adding new features, so we don't have to go ahead and look for something new.

Pros

Ease of use, alerts, collaboration and value for money The Kanban style is amazing. The fact that it doesn't depend on a single platform gives independence.

Cons

Even a single person pro (paid plan) should have shared space (for 2 ppl) .. I want to have a shared board with my wife but don't want to invest in a family plan.

Fantastic. I was in a search of overall task set up and reminder tool sinces months. Now, i can say that i dont need to search for new tool anymore.

Pros

1) Able to set tasks, reminder in a very simple user friendly way 2) Able to change back ground 3) Can set priority levels of tasks, that's good one 4) Can integrate ai too

Cons

1) With free version, few more features could be included 2) I could not find any options to set up notification ring or audio.

I often work on nearly twenty projects at the same time and apply skills or knowledge gained from one project to many others. To make this possible, I need not only a system for connecting knowledge but also a simple way to record progress step by step, like climbing a staircase. Any.do is a perfect fit for that purpose because it helps me keep moving forward while tracking each small achievement along the way.

Pros

What I liked most about Any.do is that it acts like a school bell for my freelance work. It helps me stay focused, move from one task to the next, and avoid losing track of important deadlines. The simple interface makes it easy to organize both work and personal activities without feeling overwhelmed.

Cons

As a freelancer, a day can pass very quickly if I don't make steady progress on my work. That's why I break every project into small subtasks that can be completed within an hour and mark them as finished when done. Without this kind of task breakdown and completion tracking, it becomes much harder for me to stay productive and keep projects moving forward.

Amazing! Like I said

Pros

I like many features that I have seen & tried on it! The fact that I can type in many tasks on my phone without having to click on the (+) sign everytime. The interface. The free plan features. The fact that it has the features to get notified on WhatsApp and even connect to chatGPT. Just everything! I was using it on my phone before and had to download it on my laptop instead of others because it just makes scheduling for me so easy and fast to be honest! Really like it!

Cons

I have not found anything that I don’t like on Any.do at all. I have liked every feature I tried and has just been amazed at it.
