If there is an event over the weekend, and I'm not on campus, I can schedule a playlist to run for a certain time and let Optisigns do the rest. Cons I have no cons as of yet. Pros My organization has a mounted tv in our lobby that we use as a message board. OptiSigns makes connectivity to upload content in the monitor seamless. May 20, 2025 5.0 Besides being user-friendly, I like the fact that Optisings makes it easy to control and share relevant information with different locations without boring emails. :) Pros The app is intuitive and easy to use. OptiSigns completely streamlined our internal communication and customer-facing displays. It's a powerful tool that doesn't require an IT degree to manage. It's affordable, reliable, and keeps our screens looking professional and up-to-date with minimal effort. Pros The ease of use is the biggest win. Setting up new screens took minutes, not hours, and the playlist management feature makes scheduling content rotations extremely simple. It's a very intuitive, drag-and-drop platform. Cons Content synchronization can sometimes be a bit slow—it occasionally takes a few minutes longer than expected for updates to push live across all screens. Would definitely recommend. Pros Easy to use, wide range of supported apps and features. We use the power BI features the most. We have around 15 screens in our factory and have replaced old signage boards. Cons Non really, US based so time delay but not a a problem. I'd recommend this to anyone managing multiple screens across several sites Pros Optisigns is easy and quick to use. I use it to update multiple screens at different sites, this used to be a pain but now I can get it done more efficiently because it's all on one screen. It's a really great platform to use for marketing to your location. Our whole team has really enjoyed adding this. Pros Easy to use - our team was able to fully implement within the first month of use. We use this every day and have actually been able to sell sponsorships using this feature. The app and online portal to manage our devices are both very easy to use as well. We had an issue in the beginning, but their customer support hopped on a call immediately to help walk us through the issue. Great addition to our Tech stack! The platform is user-friendly overall, and their customer service is outstanding—quick, helpful, and much better than many other cloud-based services. Pros Their customer service is excellent—quick to respond, friendly, and far more helpful than many other cloud platforms. The platform itself is also quite easy to use, even for non-technical users. Cons The static version of OptiSign loads quickly and works very well. However, the interactive platform could be improved, as loading times are noticeably slower and affect the user experience. The tool is easy to use and simple to install. I've contacted customer service a few times, and they've always been friendly and fast. Pros OptiSigns was one of the few companies that offered live TV in the player. Installation was also super simple. Cons I couldn't find any negative things myself.
