Looks like the best of Digital Signage software right now on the market. Easy to configure and set up. Comfortable price.

Cons

Devices are getting over heat couples of times. Need to improve the device's cooling. Customer support is great, but need to be on time a little bit when customers call in.

The experience we have had has been very positive and useful. I appreciate the easy Roku App that allows for simple distribution.

Pros

This product was very easy to use and functional for our organization's communication. I knew what device was what very easily and could control them. We have had no issues or bugs with the product.

Cons

I would say the cost for 1 device is a little bit confusing and I would like to see that be a little more clear.

I was asked to replace a digital signage product for a customer. They has previously used a competitor. Their system was complicated, bloated and difficult to get started. however was fast and easy to get using. After showing the client the basics, their manager quickly had signage up in their restaurant, including specials, holiday events and offers!

Pros

It was fast and easy to get started. The QR Scans and Codes on screens made adding screens a breeze, no need to setup URLs or access codes - which is a nightmare on android via a remote control.

Cons

There is a price jump from Free 3x screens to $40 a screen for 4. Perhaps you can have an ultra cheap option ?

### "Best and Easiest System"

We had a glitchy system in the past that needed a lot of attention and tech know how to operate. So, is a great solution to moving to an automated system that almost anyone can use. Our new signage system is working and looking so much better now. They give us the creative freedom to share our content and updates without the headache of a technical system.

Pros

makes it easy to run all kinds of digital signage on anything you have or want to use for your TV signage. I love that they have an app and dedicated devices for your convenience and ease of use. I have had a easy time using their software and I can do everything I hoped for. Their customer service is also great with being able to assist remotely. They really take care of their business partners, and we feel so glad to have found them and their services.

Cons

has nothing wrong with them in my opinion. It would be great if they change their subscription prices the same for a long time because it seems like it's at a good place right now. As a non-profit it helps to have a service that don't break the bank. And their non-profit price discount is a blessing.

Great overall experience, easy to get implemented because the app is on every platform. We linked multiple devices and added multiple users, in very little time.

Pros

It's really easy to use, you can customized it to no end. it was really easy to build out and deploy. User management was easy as well.

Cons

The cost per device is higher than I like. the only other con is figuring out all the content that we're going to push out.

My overall experience has been extremely positive. It was easy to set up, easy to order, and support has been great. I can easily email someone and they get right back to me.

Pros

What I like most about is that it is so easy to use. It was super simple to be able to set it up on multiple screens, create zones, and playlists. This is truly an easy button!

Cons

The cons would be paying per screen. I understand why, but it was different than what we had on our previous digital signage.

is overall easy to use. The ability to set start and expiration dates makes it so helpful. Able to control multiple screens and has an app that works well on smart tvs, meaning you don't necessarily have to buy the hardware.

Pros

Great cost effective way to handle in store signage. Keeps everything up to date on our signage. The ability to upload multiple types of files from pictures to movies and integrate apps is great.

Cons

Learning curve with the Software. Had to learn how to upload assets, assign to playlists and create timelines for active materials.

Good software for document signing and super convenient! Customer support is very responsive and sorts out any issue fast so that using the software is seamless.

Pros

Value for money with this! It is super user friendly and easy to use. Customer support is super responsive and helpful as well.

Cons

Not much room for customization so might not be the best for large scale organizations. Upgrades are needed which come up as a hidden cost.

My overall experience has been 9.9/10. Customer support is 10/10. My only wish is that we could convert all of our screens to OptiSign but unfortunately some of them are too old.

Pros

Ease of use: we were able to integrate and deploy within an hour. It's like digital signage software for dummies but somehow better. Customer support: I am not the most tech savy person, the customer support team is impeccable. There is no such thing as a dumb question. Response time is amazing and they've provided a resolution or answer to every issue/question I've had.

Cons

The only issue I can find is we do have a handful of older screens that runs on an outdated OS and does not have a software solution that is compatible. They suggested an OptiStick but unfortunately that is not compatible either.

It's been great. We use it for church digital signage throughout the building and display announcements for upcoming events

Pros

Ease of use and simple to teach others how to use. The templating system is perfect for our graphics which we reuse and need to update details.

Cons

It wasn't apparent how to use assets in the template design system. It seems like the only way is to upload the graphics again into the template., I wish there was a way to pull in assets aleady in the asset library

Our overall experience has been excellent. has allowed us to manage digital signage seamlessly across locations, saving us time and improving how we communicate with our audience. The software is reliable, offers great value for money, and keeps getting better with frequent updates.

Pros

is extremely easy to use and intuitive. Setting up playlists, scheduling content, and managing multiple screens is straightforward even for non-technical users. The customer support team is also very responsive and helpful whenever we have questions.

Cons

I wish the pricing per screen could be a bit lower (around $7–$8), as some competitors offer that range. The current cost is still reasonable for the features, but more competitive pricing would make it even better.

I have quite a few issues in past days as we implement new thing in our infrastructure. \[sensitive content hidden\] is really good in support to deal with all issues, and \[sensitive content hidden\] is good with all account's issues. Team really helpful as I don't need to repeat myself again and again, they understand and provide best resolution which is why I like to stay with opti-signs.

Pros

With the new features that support our environment, the support people at opti-sign are really helpful and quick fixers :)

Cons

Actually, there is nothing I would like to say in negative. Although they are in different time zone, still they respond quickly.

Positive, no complaints. Platform is robust, have had no issues with the hardware failing to display properly

Pros

Ease of use, responsiveness to digital display changes. Ordering the hardware and adding it to your account was very simple

Cons

Monthly fee per display for showing the same content. I wish there was a lower tier option or even tier pricing for the total # of displays you have. If your displaying a single URL on multiple displays vs having a complex multimedia playlist your rate should be cheaper

Overall, we have had the most pleasant customer service experience. At the country club, we have to deal with a lot of outside vendors and the ease of working with , makes it stressfree!

Pros

I enjoy the user friendly interface they use. It’s very simple to add or delete banners and flyers. We have a lot of part-time TCU students who need to utilize the service to fulfill their daily tasks and we rarely have questions about how to use it!

Cons

There’s not a lot that I dislike with the service. The price point seems fair because it’s per month. The presentation and ease of it makes it worth it!

Outstanding customer service, US based support is always avaliable and very efficient in resolving issue. This product isma winner.

Pros

The flexibility to make it what you want without having to go through support. It has the flexibility to manage it without having to call support but if you have to call support it is US based. The cost per month per device is a great value and extremely affordable. This product is a winner as it provides flexibility to make it whatt you want and exremely affordable and easy to use.

Cons

There really are none, its flexible, affordable and has US based support when you need them. I can find no Cons of this prodect.

### "Best Option Out There "

We run a large RE market center and this has been the best to use for all our connected centers. This is a one and done because it broadcasts to all our TVs. It’s time saving and easy to get done in the morning for the week.

Pros

User friendly, within budget for year, it can be used by our financial and marketing people both and very effective for getting peoples attention

Cons

I haven’t found anything yet but if I had to come up with something it would be that I wish it was free I guess. This is truly the answer to a big issue we were having. I love this!

has made it easy for me to be efficient at my job even outside of working hours. If there is an event over the weekend, and I'm not on campus, I can schedule a playlist to run for a certain time and let Optisigns do the rest.
