### "Easy, fast, and perfect for a multi-person team"

Before , we had to send several emails back and forth every time we wanted something to be pushed to the screens around our department. It was slow, inefficient, and got complicated when changes had to be made to graphics or copy. Now that our Institute has access to OptiSigns, we're able to push and schedule content for our screens quickly and easily, review it all within the OptiSigns system, and make changes easily.

Pros

We use as a research institute within a large university. It's been so easy to give access to various employees and interns so they can push content out to our screens without annoying back and forth emails. It also makes it simple to update and add content when we have a last minute opening for an event coming up. Excited to dive into the more complex features as we grow!

Cons

We haven't found any downsides for at this time - it has made our lives a lot easier with a lot less emails and faster workflow.

### "Amazing, Inexpensive & Easy!"

I have leveled up my reader board 1000% it’s so much better than it used to be and I am having so much fun working on it!

Pros

Along with being incredibly affordable, is super easy to use. I was up and running on my player in less than 10 minutes.

Cons

My only wish is that my animations made smoother transitions in my playlists. This may be an issue with my WiFi rather than the player itself which I’m still working on.

So far, we have only has positive experiences with the company . It makes it really easy to stay current with what we need.

Pros

is very easy to use and make our updates almost immediate. Compared to what we were using before, this is amazing since we don't have to rely on a person to post our updates.

Cons

There is nothing so far that we do not enjoy about the product. Everything has worked really well so far.

Overall, my experience with in a dental office environment has been very positive. The platform is easy to manage, flexible, and helps create a more modern and engaging atmosphere for patients. It allows us to share educational content, office updates, and promotions in a professional way that looks clean and well-organized. While there are some minor challenges such as setup costs and a bit of a learning curve, the benefits far outweigh them. OptiSigns has made our communication with patients smoother and has added real value to the office experience.

Pros

I like because it makes digital signage in a dental office simple and professional. It’s easy to update content, schedule educational videos for patients, and display promotions or office information. The system helps create a modern, welcoming environment in the waiting area while also keeping patients informed.

Cons

Content creation – while templates are available, creating dental-specific content may still take time or require outside help.

I really like it that it is fairly easy to navigate and can easily show others how to do it as well. The ability to show multiple graphics in a sequence and pull from other sources like the weather or ESPN makes things more interesting.

Pros

The ease and ability to upload and schedule timely posts to address people walking by the tv screen at any moment's notice

Cons

i dont really fully understand how to use the templates section to be able to save, arrange, export on the desktop page.

Pros

is very user-friendly and intuitive, even for team members who aren’t very tech-savvy. The platform makes it easy to manage and schedule digital signage content across multiple screens, and the variety of integrations and templates is a huge plus. Customer support has also been excellent - responses are quick, helpful, and thorough whenever questions come up.

Cons

There’s a bit of a learning curve when first setting everything up, especially when exploring more advanced features, but once you get familiar with the system it’s very smooth to use.

We have had sharp and fun looking presentations available that are eye catching and deliver exactly what we are attempting to say to our staff! BRAVO!

I love the ease of use, the templates, and how many options are available with ! There are so many choices and the navigation and ability to upload your own slides with ease makes employee announcements a breeze!

Cons

Integration with Canva would be a nice feature.

It is extremely easy to use once you've used it once. It's also a great way to get in front of every customer.

Cons

When I first started using it, it was a little confusing. The help desk was extremely helpful. There are a lot of ways to do the same thing so it was a little confusing at first.

### "This tool is great for digital signage"

I used the tool for a signage screen in my office to show the team daily and weekly dashboards. Eventually ended up with a competitor more tailored to dashboarding instead of digital signage.

Pros

easy set up, works like a charm with google TV. If you are running a business like let's say a restaurant, you can very easily display your menu on screens

Cons

Could have more integrations with dashboarding apps. My usecase required realtime presentation of dashboards. The tool lacked possibilities to easily integrate with dashboarding tools.

So far so good we are happy with the purchase and the ease of use we recommend this product as a company and will buy it again if needed.

Pros

A great device for advertising and displaying in receptions or stores, the online management console allows you to easily upload promotions to any TV or display, and it integrates with other applications, such as news and weather channels.

Cons

Nothing to dislike so far, the setup was fairly easy, and the devices connected to the TV just need power and an HDMI cable.

After a few weeks of regular use, I struggled to identify major drawbacks in OptiSign. The most noticeable limitation for me is the stick doesnt support wpa enterprise

Pros

Intuitive interface makes setup easy and quick. Managing the devices remotely is also a breeze to do.

Cons

Device is a little big and is visible on some of our tv's depending on usb location. Definitely something to consider if there is little space around the display

I've had a fantastic experience with ! It saved me so much headache getting the displays in our office configured to show the right content to our employees and customers!

Pros

is super easy to use! The interface is intuitive and it's simple and straightforward to upload files of all different types, plus you can organize them and make them accessible across teams/departments. The onboarding process was seamless -- I was up and running within a couple of minutes!

Cons

There was a minor hiccup adding a new user to the team, but that was easily addressed through customer support.

The thousands of well-designed templates and how easy it is to change them to suit our needs and place them into playlists.

Cons

The lack of flourish elements and a tiny bug in scheduling that fortunately has an easy workaround were the only cons.
