March 20, 2025 5.0 Great support, great product, great platform! Overall... GREAT! Pros The best part of of OptiSigns is the stability of the android TV app. We are a public high school using optisign digital signage for announcements, menus, and motivational quotes. We were able to get a deal on smart TVs with a grant and tried many digital signage platforms. OptiSigns was the most stable of all of the options (AND THE BEST PRICE TOO). We tried it with one TV and now we are going to be using it will 10 TVs throughout the school. Cons There were limited options for clock and weather, and the UI for making assets and playlists was a little cumbersome and chunky, but overall really nice product. Pros The flexibility to make it what you want without having to go through support. It has the flexibility to manage it without having to call support but if you have to call support it is US based. The cost per month per device is a great value and extremely affordable. This product is a winner as it provides flexibility to make it whatt you want and exremely affordable and easy to use. At the country club, we have to deal with a lot of outside vendors and the ease of working with Optisigns, makes it stressfree! Pros I enjoy the user friendly interface they use. It’s very simple to add or delete banners and flyers. We have a lot of part-time TCU students who need to utilize the service to fulfill their daily tasks and we rarely have questions about how to use it! It's a great cost for using 1 screen and device management for setting it up is just what my event needed. Customer support was also great at getting back to me with what I needed in 24 hours. Playlist management is the key element of this application that makes it so easy Cons I think customisation options could be more out there and there are a few bugs whilst setting up the screens but otherwise it's such a great platform there isn't much to say anything bad about it! " April 4, 2025 5.0 OptiSigns is easy to setup and use for me as the IT Admin. Think of it as the Mac for Digital Signage, reliable, robust and it just works, Period. We outsource the content to an external marketing firm, and they were able to quickly learn their way around and post content remotely while I take care of my main duties. If I need to add content ad-hoc, I can add simple or more complex content using the built-in features to help me do exactly that. Easy setup, flexible to our needs, easy on the budget, I absolutely recommend it. Pros It just works. Set it and forget it. That's what I like the most from an IT Admin standpoint. Hardware and Cloud based Software by a single vendor. Cons Wish the multi-screen video wall player was sold over on Amazon as well just like their single screen player. Had to order 2 of them direct from the website with a company card. While it was a minor inconvenience due to our internal procurement processes, it came in less than a week. July 14, 2025 5.0 Aside from the aforementioned cons, I’ve truly enjoyed using OptiSigns because of how easy it is to set up the directory. Pros The ease of being able to update the lobby directory is one of the biggest pros. I have worked with other software that made setting up our lobby directory difficult and time consuming. Cons One downside is the lack of lobby directory templates designed for buildings with a large number of tenants. Most of the templates I’ve come across seem better suited for smaller buildings with fewer listings. July 24, 2025 5.0 Overall a positive experience with OptiSigns, very easy to use and upload photos and content. One slideshow can be used on multiple devices and has tv compatibility. Pros Very easy and straight forward to use. Can upload images directly from you devices and manage them easily (deleting & organizing them) I like the features where you can adjust the timing of a slide, that comes in handy so that things are not drawn out but also so that people have time to see and read whats on the slide. Cons Somewhat hard to find where images are coming from that arent directly uploaded to the forum, for example if someone uploads a "slideshow" instead of just an image it takes a bit longer to try to get that taken off the slide show if it isnt needed.
