Pros

bietet eine schnelle, unkomplizierte Möglichkeit, erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Digital Signage zu sammeln. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, die Oberfläche übersichtlich, und auch ohne technisches Know-how lassen sich erste Inhalte auf Bildschirmen anzeigen. Die Unterstützung von verschiedenen Betriebssystemen (Android, Windows, Fire TV, etc.) ist ein klarer Vorteil, wenn man bereits eigene Geräte besitzt.

Cons

Für kleinere Setups ist in Ordnung – aber sobald man mehrere Bildschirme oder redaktionell anspruchsvollere Inhalte steuern will, wird es schnell unübersichtlich. Es un programa bastante funcional y que resuelve un inconveniente grande que usualmente tiene una tienda de venta masiva. Realmente hoy que llevo ya casi 1 mes todo ha salido perfecto y bastante funcional. Lo unico que resaltaria serian los precios puesto que me parece un poco elevado teniendo en cuenta que se paga por cada pantalla que uses. Deberias ser mejor por un promedio de pantallas y tener el precio.

Pros

La facilidad con la que a traves de una pagina web o un celular puedo programar diferentes contenidos publicitarios y programar las pantallas. Además de que tiene diversas integraciones que valen la pena.

Cons

Realmente he tenido algunas dificultades con la programación sin embargo hay un equipo de soporte que me responde rapido y me está ayudando

It was excellent. The flexibility and interoperability with other existing content systems was the best I’ve tried. It took me reviewing six different digital signage systems before landing on .

Pros

The greatest benefit was the integration with existing systems that allowed us to display content from a variety of sources without having to duplicate the efforts associated with creating the original content.

Cons

There really isn’t anything that I experienced that was a negative element of the system. However, it was a little cumbersome to jump between menus meant for multiple displays and schedules when we only have a single display. A “lite” version of the interface may be nice.

Overall, has been a valuable tool for me. It’s not perfect, but the pros far outweigh the cons. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a versatile and user-friendly digital signage solution.

Pros

really won me over with how easy it was to get started. I remember uploading my first slide, and I was blown away by how straightforward the interface was—it felt like second nature. The customization options were a huge win too; I could set playlists and scheduling them all was a breeze. Once I got everything set up, it ran like clockwork. I never had to worry about the screens going blank or glitching out.

Cons

The app crashed on me a couple of times while I was creating slides, which was a nightmare. I’ll never forget spending ages tweaking the colors and fonts on a slide, only to have it all vanish when the app quit unexpectedly. And connecting the TVs? That was a bit of a rollercoaster—there were moments where I was convinced I’d broken something. Also, there were little quirks, like some animations not showing up as they should. They didn’t ruin the experience, but they did make me roll my eyes a couple of times. Despite these bumps, though, I’d say was worth it—it made managing my digital signage simpler and more effective than I expected.

I needed a fast and easy way to keep multiple screens in sync that kept guests informed. Sometimes, change takes place quickly. Therefore, I needed a fast approach to getting my screens updated as soon as information changed. In other services, a great deal of work was required to make changes. But not with OptiSign. I make a couple of changes, click 1 button, and now all my screens reflect changed information.

Pros

In the age of Tech, systems and services must be easy to use. OptiSign has done a great job building a platform that made setup and connection fast and simple. Now I am delighting guests in new innovative ways that are engaging and informative - all at a great price too!

Cons

I have not experienced any downsides of using . No glitches, no snail pace. Everything has worked the way I expected.

Because of the volume of content we upload into our system, I would love an auto-delete feature. Once a schedule is completed, I would like to see an option to delete content.

### "Saves me so much time!"

I've had a very positive experience with . It not only solved our problem of remotely updating monitor slideshows, it also exceeded our expectations by providing scheduling tools, multiple playlist options, template creation tools, etc.

Pros

has streamlined our workflow and saves us hours of work every month. While we previously had to manually update slideshows on location at multiple monitors, we can now update all our monitors in a matter of minutes, and we do it all remotely from a single workstation. Being able to schedule content eliminates the need to worry about outdated information being shared. And the templates save our designers time from coming up with creative and engaging content. Customer support has also been useful and helped us troubleshoot and resolve issues with older monitors. Best of all, it only took us one day to get everything set up. I only wish we discovered it sooner!

Cons

Some parts of the interface, like scheduling, take a little bit of a learning curve. But once you get the hang of it, everything becomes very simple.

Overall I am extremely happy with , it does everything I need it to. I have the devices in 3 different locations at the Hospice that I work at. The devices are easy to update with playlists.

Pros

The ease of use was the first thing that impressed my when i started my trial. Also, the options available for digital signage and the Compatibility with products like Canva made it more impressive. I did require some customer support once i had sign up to the Pro version of the software and found the person I dealt with to be very knowledgeable and helpful.

Cons

The only thing i can find fault with is that you can't mix different of licenses in one account. I need a feature what was in the Pro version only on one device, but had to sign up to a new account to allow this.

Tremendous! It has been a great experience from start through onboarding. The team is always ready to answer your questions and provide tips & tricks on how to best accomplish your outcome.

Pros

Optisign was hands down the best option out there. Even as a new potential customer who was testing the service, they were responsive and helpful. They provided an extended trial period so that our team could all evaluate and test the system. Finally - we were very excited to be able to remotely turn our tv's on and off. Little things like that make a difference in equipment wear/tear.

Cons

In the beginning it can be a little daunting to figure out how things work. But it really is overall quite intuitive once you find the flow of items.

Ease of Use - is very easy to use once you learn the basic interface. It is very intuitive and feature packed

The cost of $10 per screen. I wish there was a multiscreen plan for 2-3 screen for $15-20. That is my only thing that I dislike.

Overall, I think is a great solution for multi display needs where Apple TVs are already in use. It is by far the best service for this case I've used.

Pros

I really liked how simple it was to implement with our Apple TVs, and how simple the interface is to setup your slides.

Cons

We really wanted it to be a setup once option, needing no hands on maintenance. The App occasionally freezes, requiring an Apple TV reboot to resolve. These freezes typically happen when the app updates and not when we add or remove slides.

was so much much more easy to use than our previous solution. It has easy to implement features such as scheduler for our office directory that changes based on the day of the week. I received compliments the same day that we went live from both patients and staff.

so far soo good (only 5 days with sticks on site) keep testing and creating templates. I dont like teh way you save them, should be easier

As a one-man band, I don’t have time to carefully design digital signage from scratch. lets me get my promotional ideas up and in the window quickly. It’s really easy to use, reliable, and works smoothly across different screens. The templates look professional, updates go live straight away, and I like that I can manage everything remotely without needing any tech support.

Cons

There’s very little to complain about. Occasionally, I find myself wishing for additional layout options or a simpler way to adjust text placement within templates, but this is a minor issue when weighed against the significant time savings. Overall, everything else functions smoothly and meets all my needs.

I am new to the platform. When setting up my first screen, I had a few specific questions for my application. It was AWESOME (and unique) getting a real person on the phone when calling tech support! Each time I have delt with tech support, I have found them extremely knowledgeable and eager to help. Other companies could learn a few things from their tech support model!

Pros

The platform is easy to use for beginners or experts. After watching a few instructional videos, I felt very comfortable designing and implementing my own screens.

Cons

I had some issues with certain functions when trying to use on a FireOS TV. However, tech support provided acceptable, easy work arounds.

The setup process. It takes things a little while to "play around" and get everything looking the way you want it. Not really a Con, just the labor of creating a great show with a great product.

I like it, it's a simple process when you get the hang of it, there are just some things that aren't as easy. I hope they add an easy calendar feature.

Pros

I like the amazing need that it met for our business. It really helps us convey dynamic messages to customers and is very useful for changing sales!

Cons

I don't like the hard-to-use interface and specifically how when uploading a new media file into a folder, it automatically starts playing it. Usually I upload them days in advance and it can confuse some customers when the media accidentally plays.

My overall experience with has been excellent! I was able to come in and start using it with little training!

Pros

is super user friendly with its intuitive layout and design. It comes with a large number of templates that are simple to modify to fit your brand and messages!

Cons

I haven't found anything I don't like about , but if I do, I know customer service is just a message away!

FANTASTIC!! Support was a life saver and \[sensitive content hidden\] is the man. The "software" is easy to use and very intuitive. Tons of apps and possibilties

Pros

Ease of use, provided templates, being able to do more than just static graphics. Being able to link to my sharepoint opened up a world of possibilities. Customer Service and Tech Support are superb

Cons

Needs to expand features for lower tier customers. Options to have more uses of web site hosting to expand the possibilities

Overall, my experience with has been GREAT! We use it regularly for digital signage at our event center to display event directions, welcome messages, and other client-facing content. It’s reliable, easy to customize, and saves a lot of time compared to more manual processes. Their team has been very easy to work with, and are quick to answer our questions!

Pros

I really like the scheduling tool and how easy it is to integrate with Canva. It makes setting up our digital signage simple and quick, and the ability to update content on the fly has been very helpful for our event center.

Cons

There’s a bit of a learning curve when first using , but once you figure out its quirks, it runs smoothly!
