Pros It's really easy to use, you can customized it to no end. it was really easy to build out and deploy. User management was easy as well. It was easy to set up, easy to order, and support has been great. I can easily email someone and they get right back to me. Pros What I like most about OptiSigns is that it is so easy to use. It was super simple to be able to set it up on multiple screens, create zones, and playlists. This is truly an easy button! Cons The cons would be paying per screen. I understand why, but it was different than what we had on our previous digital signage. Pros OptiSigns is very user-friendly and intuitive, even for team members who aren’t very tech-savvy. The platform makes it easy to manage and schedule digital signage content across multiple screens, and the variety of integrations and templates is a huge plus. The portal is easy to navigate, and has made creating and managing content an absolute breeze. Setting up screens was simple, and the platform’s ability to schedule and update content remotely has saved us so much time and effort when managing multiple locations. The variety of templates and integrations they offer lets us quickly create engaging and dynamic displays that capture attention. We’ve received a lot of positive feedback from our team and customers alike since using OptiSigns. Their customer support has been great as well. We are really pleased. Pros We did quite a bit of exploring to find an affordable digital signage option that was easy to install and could scale as needed. OptiSigns was the perfect fit for our college. We have various department manage their own content and have added more digital signage screens around campus because people like the product so much. Customer support is 10/10. My only wish is that we could convert all of our screens to OptiSign but unfortunately some of them are too old. Pros Ease of use: we were able to integrate and deploy within an hour. It's like digital signage software for dummies but somehow better. Customer support: I am not the most tech savy person, the customer support team is impeccable. There is no such thing as a dumb question. Response time is amazing and they've provided a resolution or answer to every issue/question I've had. Cons The only issue I can find is we do have a handful of older screens that runs on an outdated OS and OptiSigns does not have a software solution that is compatible. They suggested an OptiStick but unfortunately that is not compatible either. Most of the cons are just minor nitpicks and don't carry much weight compared to the real value it delivers. It does exactly what digital signage is supposed to do, plus it comes with a creative suite. That's why I still gave it 5 stars. Pros The customizability, from the weather to the live features to the sheer amount of content available, is impressive. I haven't had a lot of time to jump in and really dig deep, but from what I've used as a newcomer, the sheer volume of what I can do shows potential and worth in your software. Cons I feel like there is a steep learning curve with the software. I often find myself going back to YouTube tutorials to refresh on how to do things, possibly because I'm not using the system daily. I don't know what specific advice I could offer to improve the learning curve since you already provide a good tutorial, but honestly, most people skip it. I wish the app included more video-based guidance, similar to how you link to articles, as people are increasingly inclined to prefer quick visuals over reading. I understand this could be challenging since updating a document is easier than updating a video. A dark mode would also be a great addition.
