Overall, my experience with OptiSigns in a dental office environment has been very positive. OptiSigns is incredibly quick and efficient. I truly feel like you get a lot of value for your money. The sign looks professional and sleek, and the overall process was smooth and easy. I’ve been very impressed with both the quality and the service.

Cons

I don’t have any cons at the moment. If anything, I may have chosen to add more brackets to the back of the sign to fasten it more securely to the wall—but that was user error, not an issue with the product itself.

The first time I encountered this problem, one of the two devices sent to me was not working, but I received a new one. However, the company had to pay the tax for receiving the new device and pay more to send the old device back.

I love it! Which I would have found it a few years ago when we were actually looking then for new digital signage.

Pros

Super user friendly. Able to update on your own, no need to rely on anyone else to submit it. Schedule posts

Cons

The setup process. It takes things a little while to "play around" and get everything looking the way you want it. Not really a Con, just the labor of creating a great show with a great product.

I am new to the OptiSigns platform. When setting up my first screen, I had a few specific questions for my application. It was AWESOME (and unique) getting a real person on the phone when calling tech support! Each time I have delt with tech support, I have found them extremely knowledgeable and eager to help. Other companies could learn a few things from their tech support model!

Pros

The OptiSigns platform is easy to use for beginners or experts. After watching a few instructional videos, I felt very comfortable designing and implementing my own screens.

Cons

I had some issues with certain functions when trying to use OptiSigns on a FireOS TV. However, tech support provided acceptable, easy work arounds.

I used the tool for a signage screen in my office to show the team daily and weekly dashboards. Eventually ended up with a competitor more tailored to dashboarding instead of digital signage.

Pros

easy set up, works like a charm with google TV. If you are running a business like let's say a restaurant, you can very easily display your menu on screens

Cons

Could have more integrations with dashboarding apps. My usecase required realtime presentation of dashboards. The tool lacked possibilities to easily integrate with dashboarding tools.

so far soo good (only 5 days with sticks on site) keep testing and creating templates. I dont like teh way you save them, should be easier

I like fast set up and value for money rate, specially with portrait contents. Support is fast even tougth Im in Mexico

Remote turn on/off dont works on ROKU smart tvs. Also is very bad taste to have logo on free plan even if you already bougth players

Pros

As a one-man band, I don’t have time to carefully design digital signage from scratch. OptiSigns lets me get my promotional ideas up and in the window quickly. It’s really easy to use, reliable, and works smoothly across different screens. The templates look professional, updates go live straight away, and I like that I can manage everything remotely without needing any tech support.

Cons

There’s very little to complain about. Occasionally, I find myself wishing for additional layout options or a simpler way to adjust text placement within templates, but this is a minor issue when weighed against the significant time savings. Overall, everything else functions smoothly and meets all my needs.

Es un programa bastante funcional y que resuelve un inconveniente grande que usualmente tiene una tienda de venta masiva. Realmente hoy que llevo ya casi 1 mes todo ha salido perfecto y bastante funcional. Lo unico que resaltaria serian los precios puesto que me parece un poco elevado teniendo en cuenta que se paga por cada pantalla que uses. Deberias ser mejor por un promedio de pantallas y tener el precio.

Pros

La facilidad con la que a traves de una pagina web o un celular puedo programar diferentes contenidos publicitarios y programar las pantallas. Además de que tiene diversas integraciones que valen la pena.

Cons

Realmente he tenido algunas dificultades con la programación sin embargo hay un equipo de soporte que me responde rapido y me está ayudando

I have leveled up my reader board 1000% it’s so much better than it used to be and I am having so much fun working on it!

Pros

Along with being incredibly affordable, OptiSigns is super easy to use. I was up and running on my player in less than 10 minutes.

Cons

My only wish is that my animations made smoother transitions in my playlists. This may be an issue with my WiFi rather than the player itself which I’m still working on.

We had a glitchy system in the past that needed a lot of attention and tech know how to operate. So, OptiSigns is a great solution to moving to an automated system that almost anyone can use. Our new signage system is working and looking so much better now. They give us the creative freedom to share our content and updates without the headache of a technical system.

Pros

OptiSigns makes it easy to run all kinds of digital signage on anything you have or want to use for your TV signage. I love that they have an app and dedicated devices for your convenience and ease of use. I have had a easy time using their software and I can do everything I hoped for. Their customer service is also great with being able to assist remotely. They really take care of their business partners, and we feel so glad to have found them and their services.

Cons

OptiSigns has nothing wrong with them in my opinion. It would be great if they change their subscription prices the same for a long time because it seems like it's at a good place right now. As a non-profit it helps to have a service that don't break the bank. And their non-profit price discount is a blessing.

I was asked to replace a digital signage product for a customer. They has previously used a competitor. Their system was complicated, bloated and difficult to get started. OptiSigns however was fast and easy to get using. After showing the client the basics, their manager quickly had signage up in their restaurant, including specials, holiday events and offers!

Pros

It was fast and easy to get started. The QR Scans and Codes on screens made adding screens a breeze, no need to setup URLs or access codes - which is a nightmare on android via a remote control.

Cons

There is a price jump from Free 3x screens to $40 a screen for 4. Perhaps you can have an ultra cheap option ?

I've had a fantastic experience with OptiSigns! It saved me so much headache getting the displays in our office configured to show the right content to our employees and customers!

Pros

OptiSigns is super easy to use! The interface is intuitive and it's simple and straightforward to upload files of all different types, plus you can organize them and make them accessible across teams/departments. The onboarding process was seamless -- I was up and running within a couple of minutes!

Cons

There was a minor hiccup adding a new user to the team, but that was easily addressed through customer support.

The thousands of well-designed templates and how easy it is to change them to suit our needs and place them into playlists.

Cons

The lack of flourish elements and a tiny bug in scheduling that fortunately has an easy workaround were the only cons.

Easy and good - aetting up a screen is super easy. Once that is done, setting up the assets are super easy!

Cons

The cost of $10 per screen. I wish there was a multiscreen plan for 2-3 screen for $15-20. That is my only thing that I dislike.

A great device for advertising and displaying in receptions or stores, the online management console allows you to easily upload promotions to any TV or display, and it integrates with other applications, such as news and weather channels.

Cons

Nothing to dislike so far, the setup was fairly easy, and the devices connected to the TV just need power and an HDMI cable.
