" October 6, 2025 4.0 They were perfectly serviceable. I wouldn’t recommend them if you have a few screens at a few locations but for mass-deployment and frequent media updates, they were fine. Pros Opti-signs is an easy way to manage multiple locations and multiple screens. I managed over 200 screens at over 100 addresses across the US with no assistance or training and was able to hop in right away and find my way around. Cons Support wasn’t great. I found the help articles unhelpful to the team members setting up and maintaining devices at our office locations, and their emails for support were slow on a good day. I would also like to give the team feedback that when I reached out to the help or accounts team, they didn’t seem to keep a customer database of what devices we had on our account, what the screens were named or any other helpful info. Cons Rarely you will need to do a hard reset to the streaming sticks that they sell. That is fairly rare. I've had to do it once or twice in 2 years with the 3 sticks we have. It's helping by getting specific information to targeted groups. For example, we are using it in our locker rooms so many of the slides are specific to events for that gender (i.e. golf tournaments). Pros Once you have your slide/ad formatted properly, it's very easy to manage the screencasting. I also like that you can control the duration of each slide individually. Cons They do not have many sports-themed templates, and since I work for a country club it has forced me to create my own slides from scratch. The team is very kind and responsive. I contacted customer service twice. Once to get our tax-exempt status implemented and once for technical issues. Both times, customer service was kind and easy to talk to. Unfortunately, they were not able to resolve the technical issue in the timeframe we needed. So, I got my resolution from ChatGPT. We still have some minor issues, but not sure if the root problem is the software or the display. When it works, it works great! Pros I love the ease of use with the design interface and the vast amount of templates to choose from. The software is very intuitive and allows you to quickly and easily design the multiple screens needed for a touchscreen kiosk. Cons We ran into issues getting to work with our digital display. April 9, 2025 5.0 We are using less paper and ink printing flyers and posters and cleaning up the walls in our facility. Paper signage is harder to keep current and ensure it is discarded when not needed. The app allows us to rapidly and seamlessly deploy messaging to our customers and our employees throughout the facility. Pros The application allows me to post near real-time data to our screens. We keep our customers and employees informed of events, customer comments, safety statistics and essential data, etc., using the app. It interfaces very well with PowerPoint format. I often add transitions and animations to my PowerPoint presentation and then convert it to a video that will play on my playlist. There are transitions available in the OptiSigns app also. I really like the convenience of being able to push out information in an attractive format without posting paper signage. OptiSigns is very easy to use and has an intuitive interface. It has many great features to cater for almost anything you could possibly need including scheduling. I highly recommend OptiSigns! Cons I don't have any negative things to say of this product. It meets all of mine and my clients needs. The only thing I have encountered that was a minor inconvenience is the limitation of 6144x6144px, but far from a major problem.
