Pros Since we have a lot of factories and manufacturing sites, has been awesome for us. It’s super easy to use and makes sharing content really simple, which helps keep everyone connected through digital signage. We also love that we can share reports like Power BI so easily thanks to the integration. On top of that, their customer support is fantastic—quick, helpful, and always going the extra mile. Definitely a product we rely on. Cons One thing to note is that with so many sites, setting up all the screens initially can take a bit of time, but once it’s done, it runs smoothly. IT Technician Real Estate Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Great Templates and a Breeze to Set Up" April 21, 2026 5.0 We had many places with display that was not being utilized, having in place provides us with real time information that then can be shared throughout the company where those areas with display can now be used and provide information to those in that area. Pros What I found helpful when starting was the templates available. Being able to use the templates as a starting point was great to get hands on experience with the system while being able to publish information out right away while also learning how to use it. The setup was a breeze and took within a few minutes to setup. Cons One thing I would like to see if having the functionality of being able to assign users to specific folders/display where they are not able to access the other folders that is not needed for them to be able to see. It works well, and has a relatively basic learning curve to get up and running. Pros What drew me to this initially was the Google Docs/Sheets integration, which allows me to link to our existing workflow documents. This means I need only edit my original files and my assets/schedules will update automatically. This is a real time saver for me. Cons Whilst simple enough to use, there is some room for improvement with Google Docs integration. Whilst it works as it should, it would be nice to be able to change the refresh schedule to an even shorter interval (it takes a couple minutes to synchronize changes). October 22, 2025 5.0 From the beginning my experience was great. I was using a different solution before which I was familiar with, but the other solution was costly and did not give me the integration I needed. This is why i started looking for an alternative program. After I tried a few I realize is what I was looking for not only for my current need but also in case I want to integrate and implement more stuff in the future. Pros Easy interface. Product has many features all included in comparison with other solutions. 365 and Google sheets integration is easy to use and no need any additional connectors. Customer support is great and always there to help you. Playlist is easy to manage with just a few clicks and you can assign it to one or many screens. The solution works with Amazon Signage which is what we are using and this makes this product one of the best on the market. Cons Honestly, there is nothing bad i can say for this solution. It has offered us everything we needed for our needs. A great addition to our workplace. Pros is a great value for money alternative to other systems, with great device management. We use it to display information at work on 3 screens across a site that spans the whole road. The features allow for multiple things to be shown at once, such as a PowerPoint presentation, the weather, the news, a banner of key info, and much more, so a variety of customisation available! Cons At first, there are a few features that take a moment to get your head around, and some of which I did still find a little tricky after looking at the tips and assistance. The setup of the initial slides for our Digital Bulletin Board was easy and the Cloud portal was simple and easy to use. Adding music and videos was also quick. Cons It's a bit surprising, but there actually isn't a dedicated mute button for TV's playing content through Apple TV. The platform Optisign allows various organizations to do limitless tasks in the digital screening world, which plays a huge role in big organizations that care about promotion! August 27, 2025 5.0 We switched from Rise Vision to , and it's been a tremendous difference! OptiSigns is able to handle our YouTube marketing videos with extreme clarity, in both audio and video, while competitors couldn't even begin to play the videos. One of our employees even commented that the video is so clear that it looks "wet". Implementation took less than two hours from start to finish, and everyone is highly impressed with the quality. Pros is able to play YouTube videos when competitors can't, and the quality is insane! I configured our digital signage with an Amazon Digital Signage Stick and plugged it into a Fire TV, and we couldn't be happier! Implementation was very easy, and I was able to have our full presentation configured and deployed in less than two hours. Cons I didn't find anything to dislike about . I have been very happy with everything, from building the presentation configuration, to testing and implementation. It does exactly what we need without being overly complicated or expensive. Setup was quick, and day-to-day use has been smooth. We can easily push updates to screens across different locations, and the content tools give us enough flexibility without overwhelming anyone. It’s reliable, affordable, and just easy to work with. Definitely one of those tools that quietly does its job really well. Pros is super simple to get started with. The interface is easy to navigate, even for folks who aren't super tech-savvy. We use it all the time to share announcements, dashboards, and quick updates across our offices. There are a ton of useful features like templates, scheduling, and integrations with stuff we already use (Google Slides, Canva, YouTube). And we’re not locked into expensive hardware. Cons The dashboard works fine but feels a bit dated in places. Once you start managing a bunch of screens or content, it can feel a little clunky. December 9, 2025 5.0 I’ve worked with for over a year now, and my experience has been great so far! I’ve had very minimal problems, and it’s very easy to use. Pros The accessibility it provides our students. I work at a deaf school which requires us to have a way to visually call on our students. Cons There isn’t really anything I don’t like about it. October 15, 2025 5.0 My ultimate experience with has been superior to other systems. It simply drag and drop to uploaded slides and boom - it's on all our screens across campus. We really couldn't ask for an easier system to use. Pros is very user friendly, which is needed with the new employees I train as they are students and often need something easy to learn. I appreciate the ease of uploading slides, the fact there are NO bugs or issues, and that it is a great investment of money for our organization. Cons One thing that could be improved is simply the ability to somehow directly edit the slides, but of course I am not sure how needed this is given that I use Canva to polish my slides before uploading them to .
