### "I made the right choice"

It's been a very positive experience. There's a bit of a learning curve -- as is the case with all new software. But honestly, I'm thrilled. Also, keep in mind, I'm 66 and just jumping into digital signage for the first time. So if I can do it, you can do it!

Pros

I seriously investigated most of the major players in the digital signage arena, and decided on OptiSigns. So far, it's been great. My only problem has been a weak WiFi signal (not OptiSigns fault), but OptiSigns' customer service told me how I could use the micro-SD card to store my files locally (right on the HDMI stick) to avoid this problem. That saved us having to call in a tech team to hardwire our 4K TV, or purchase additional WiFi boosters, or some other costly option. I still have a lot to learn, but I'm confident that I'll be able to do exceptional work with OptiSigns. BTW, I started off by looking at BrightSign, and got a personal tutorial from a user I know. But I believe our implementation with OptiSigns greatly exceeds how that user did his job -- and at a huge savings!!!

Cons

I haven't worked with OptiSigns enough to find a flaw yet. But their pricing, software, and customer support has all been great.

It has been positive. The platform is user-friendly, intuitive, and easy to navigate, which makes it simple to manage digital signage content without needing IT involvement.

Pros

Optisigns provide an experience with the ease of use and intuitiveness at the front, plug and play experience with little set up needed was very valuable for my team.

Cons

No concerns were raised during first weeks of use, the only thing that comes to my mind is that the charger cable length was fairly standard and we had to find an extension.

### "Incredible Value for Digital Kiosk"

It delivered exactly as promised and exceeded my expectations. It gave my vendor booth a level of professionalism.

Pros

OptiSigns solved a big problem for me! I am a vendor at my local America's Antique Mall and I wanted to add digital advertising to my booth. I installed a 24" Amazon fire TV which allows me to create my content at home for the sign at my vendor space. Now, shoppers can see my instagram feed and ads and announcements for my participation in local art shows and for my other photography services. Since I am not at the store as much, this is a game changer and my sales at my booth have also increased. The pricing is inexpensive, I have had great support and it performs flawlessly.

Cons

Nothing! Everything was great! I don’t n so what I would add to improve the experience. No complaints!

### "Switching to OptiSigns was Quick and Easy and So Affordable!"

From our first conversations with OptiSigns, we were immediately welcomed and the platform was thoroughly explained. If I have questions or need anything, I have a direct person to contact who quickly gets back to me. There are helpful people behind this platform who are continually improving and expanding their offerings. There is always something new, including templates and graphics.

Pros

The OptiSigns dashboard is modern, easy to use, and is logical to understand and find things quickly. The value for the money is outstanding, as we were paying much more with a competing firm and getting much less. It's plug-n-play right out of the box with no TV compatibility issues so we saved so much time! Plus the graphics and templates are fun and very simple to update!

Cons

Could use a lot more templates and images/graphics for financial institutions, especially credit unions

### "Best UI of any digital signage system I've used!"

Seamless user experience with little to no issues! I am a frequent user, and site administrator for our account, and I have yet to have a major issue!

Pros

I work in HR for a large manufacturing facility with three shifts, so we have many things to be communicated at all times. OptiSigns is incredibly easy to use, the functions are easily displayed and the UI is seamless. We can easily display certain content to each section of the plant (ie safety, HR related, production related) with no issues.

Cons

I have enjoyed all of my experiences so far. My only thing is sometimes when uploading pdfs or pngs, they don't fit the whole screen, and there's not a way to easily adjust view/scaling. Very minor issue!

I will definitely continue to use OptiSigns for our cafe. Its sleek and easy to use system takes away the headache of changing our ever changing menu.

Pros

After fighting with other Screen Display Managers OptiSigns was a breathe of fresh air! Everything is quick and seamless to display our constantly changing cafe menu. I especially like the fact that I can use it on our POS, my phone and my laptop; so no matter where I am I can quickly change the sign if need be. Their customer support has always been quick to rectify any problems I may have. The recent software update has made it even easier to upload and edit my files. Definitely worth the money!

Cons

Before the software update it was a little tricky to get to the file edit place to change file names.

Overall, the options and power of this device is pretty remarkable. It's so easy to create something very beautiful to display the content you need on any screen that has an HDMI input.

Pros

This is a super easy, plug-n-play device that just works. There are a ton of free templates and prebuilt apps that provide a great launching point for displaying any information that you would like. I really like that you can easily manage this from your phone app. The online app is quite robust as well. For signage, OptiSigns is a 5-star device.

Cons

To jump up to the paid tiers, it get's a little expensive. I feel like they need a cheaper option or maybe a one-time paid option that would let you pick just one or two apps and not have to monthly charge.

Pros

From day one, I was impressed by how user-friendly the platform is. Even without much tech experience, I was able to get everything up and running quickly. Managing content across multiple screens has been seamless and stress-free. What really sets OptiSigns apart is its versatility. With an impressive range of templates, scheduling tools, and customization options, I can easily create and tailor content to fit the exact needs of my retail environment and audience. Integrating background music into the screens is a bit more difficult, but that's mainly due to licensing requirements.

### "Best on the Market!"

Very Good. Nearly no Downtime and an easy control of all screens under management within our Company!

Pros

The variety of features and Apps as well as the flexibility of instalment, especially not having to use an OptiSign player by directly installing the software on our Samsung Signage Displays. These Players are sometimes a bottleneck, as our displays are installed in various spots, that are often difficult to reach, so there's one reason less, to make the hassle of getting at the back of them just to look if the player is fully plugged in.

Cons

I mostly dislike two things. One is more obvious, the other one a bit special: 1. Not being able to only give users access to selected displays. We use many displays as menu boards at our concession stands. Our POS Registers run on Windows, so I would love to just give them the option to open chrome, log in to OptiSign and control display above them. They should only be able to switch between our menu board playlist and the "Currently Closed" Asset. 2. A MovieDB Integration would be wonderful to directly source poster assets and other marketing material, but that's only relevant for cinemas, so this won't be a disadvantage for most users.

My experience with Optisigns is very great. our devices were easy to get, install and update as needed. These signs help my company share important messages to the staff while being flexible to layer in fun videos/static images to keep them interesting.

Pros

Ease of updating Signage assets & schedules. Templates are have come in clutch for me, huge plus there. Super easy to install

Cons

Sometimes editing assets is a lil finicky/glitchy. Some times I edit a text box and it'll remove some spaces.

I can easily operate the entire Opti Eco system, using Canva and deploying high quality content, the additional apps and real time updates.

Pros

Value, deployment, ease of use and the support service. Optisigns support is quick, effective and personal.

Cons

Apps to also cover other national sports, in Australia AFL and NRL. Consider a screen divider that gives scrolling simulation like a mobile experience, top to bottom like your thumb action.

Pros

Ease of use and ease of set up. Great communication and customer support. No bugs or issues. Very user friendly and easy to customize.

Cons

No issues as the ipad came in its case with step-by-step instructions. A potential dual screen mode would be a good feature to show weather or other content, especially when no one is signing in, but not too major.

Pros

Optisigns has allowed us to have standardized corporate messaging in all of our facilities and plants. The digital signage is easy to use and learn. When we have issues Customer support replies quickly and with knowledge to get the issue fixed.

Cons

We had purchased Amazon Fire Sticks for most of our signage, and those are now not fully supported. The new Opti sign stick is a good replacement.

Pros

When looking for software for our screens, our main goal was something that was easy to use, could have multiple users, and was attractive. We didn't want something that wasn't going to work every time and needed a lot of time and effort to use. We love that we got all of this with OptiSigns.

Cons

There are some free products out there, so having to pay was a downside, however it is a great value for the amazing product.

As mentioned previously, I would 110% recommend OptiSigns to another company that is looking for an easy, user friendly digital signage service. Customer service is super friendly and timely, and will strive to help out in any way possible! Being the sole user for our site means I have a lot of experience with using their website and services and I am extremely confident with navigating my way around the U.I and altering playlists when needed. I love being organised, and OptiSigns helps me keep our dashboards and folders neat and I can label everything so i know exactly where to find certain signage.

Pros

OptiSigns have helped me and the company I work for effortlessly put signage around our service. As the sole operator, I can easily swap out and change slides as well as choosing what playlist / TV to put certain content on. The customer service is also amazing and I received same-day assistance when having troubles when i was new to the system. I would definitely recommend it for any company that is looking for a user-friendly way to display digital signage around their buildings.

Cons

There's nothing I personally don't like about OptiSigns. The U.I could be easier to navigate but for me it works just fine and I have no problems!

Complex scheduling is easy to manage, and all settings and functions can be fully controlled through the app without the need for individual remote controls for each device.

Cons

Having an option to enlarge image previews within folders would significantly improve usability, allowing users to identify files quickly without opening them one by one.

### "OptiSigns is a true professional business tool!"

We purchased three devices - one for City Hall, one for our Pool and one for our Senior Center. Everyone who has used the device and portal absolutely loved it. It's not often I see users "excited" about a work tool but when we replaced messy bulletin boards with digital signage, everyone including the \[sensitive content hidden\] loved the end result.

Pros

I like everything about OptiSigns. From the very start of this process, the sales order went flawlessly, shipping was fast, setup is very intuitive and our users love the product. I felt like the OptiSigns customer support was always there and the price is outstanding for what you get.

Cons

There are zero cons to OptiSigns that I've found. I did receive quite a few email communications from the company after purchase but this really reinforced the idea that the company was there to help.

Our overall experience with OptiSigns has been very positive. We use it daily to display live Looker dashboards, operational performance boards, and business metrics on office TVs. The platform is easy to deploy, stable, and straightforward to manage across multiple screens. It helped us improve visibility of KPIs and team performance in a simple and professional way. It is especially good for companies that want a clean digital signage solution without complicated setup or maintenance.

Pros

Very easy to set up and manage. We use OptiSigns to display Looker dashboards and operational KPI boards across office TVs, and the platform has been reliable, clean, and simple for non-technical users as well. The remote screen management and scheduling features make it very efficient for daily business use.

Cons

Some advanced dashboard integrations and formatting options can take a bit of trial and error to configure perfectly, especially when working with live BI dashboards and different screen resolutions. More granular controls for dashboard refresh behaviour would also be useful.

Over experience has been top notch. I wish the pro player came with a remote and more info on processing power.

Pros

Very flexible and fast deployment. Players pro and stick have a quick boot time with easy transport.

Cons

Needs a better way to handle streaming. Ex. Making a channel guide for HLS streams with no duration to switch. No remote for pro player.

### "Easy to create church signage!"

We are creating slide, mainly in Canva, and sending them to our church vestibule. I would imagine that at some point, we will want more screens and pay for more service, but free is working for now! Before, we were just putting slides or video on a flash drive and walking it over to change out. Our church is in another building so it is great to NOT have to walk outside!

Pros

I appreciate the ease of use for creating digital signage for our church vestibule. For us, we are currently using the free version, and that works for us with the optisigns dongle that we purchased. We can create slides from our office and have them populate.

Cons

I would love to have a bit more options with the free version, like to be able to set up times. Another great option would be to include our calendar, but we need to pay extra for that.

Overall experience is great. All of the users that are set up seem to not have any issues and can all use the program to what we currently have it set up for.

Pros

Easy to use and manage. Provides great step by steps to get started and has excellent support. My company uses this at about 15+ properties.

Cons

Pricing. My company uses this program across 15+ properties and some offer multiple screens. There is no discount for Bulk pricing or at least bulk pricing was not offered.

My overall experience with OptiSigns has been excellent. From the initial setup to daily use, everything has been smooth and hassle-free. It has streamlined our signage process and saved us a lot of time compared to manual updates. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable digital signage solution.

Pros

The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, which made setup quick and painless. I also appreciate the flexibility to manage multiple screens remotely, and the scheduling feature is a huge time-saver. It’s clear that the platform was built with practicality in mind.

Cons

There aren’t many downsides, but I would love to see more advanced customization options for templates. While the current options work well, having extra design flexibility would make it even better.

### "Highly Recommend Optisigns"

We've interacted with Optisign's customer service and have been impressed with their ability to resolve our issues in a quick manner. The functionality of the system is very easy to use without training and we love using the pre-designed backgrounds that make our communications more interesting to look at and read - it catches everyone's eye. I absolutely recommend using this product if you're looking for a convenient and easy-to-use way to get company communications pushed out.

Pros

Honestly, Optisigns makes communicating with our employees very simple, visually appealing and effective. We love using Optisigns for all of our communication needs. The platform is user-friendly and did not require lengthy training to be able to use it. The platform is also very dependable - it always works when we need it.

Cons

The only issue we've faced was when our internet went down temporarily, so did Optisigns. It took a little leg work to get everything connected back online, but now we know for the future the steps to take if this happens again.
