Cons No issues as the ipad came in its case with step-by-step instructions. The functionality of the system is very easy to use without training and we love using the pre-designed backgrounds that make our communications more interesting to look at and read - it catches everyone's eye. I absolutely recommend using this product if you're looking for a convenient and easy-to-use way to get company communications pushed out. Pros Honestly, Optisigns makes communicating with our employees very simple, visually appealing and effective. We love using Optisigns for all of our communication needs. The platform is user-friendly and did not require lengthy training to be able to use it. The platform is also very dependable - it always works when we need it. Cons The only issue we've faced was when our internet went down temporarily, so did Optisigns. December 2, 2025 5.0 OptiSigns solves the problem of manually updating my screen content. Before, I had to upload new content via USB, which was time-consuming. Now I can manage everything remotely, and the screen is always up-to-date. The customer support is also very responsive, which is helpful whenever I have questions. I use the software daily (frequency of use) and it has saved me a lot of time while keeping my displays looking professional. Pros I really like how easy to use OptiSigns is the interface is clean and intuitive, so uploading and managing content is simple. The ease of implementation was great too; setting up my screen took almost no time. The number of features is impressive, from videos and images to social media feeds, and the ease of integration with other platforms makes everything seamless. Pros Since we have a lot of factories and manufacturing sites, OptiSigns has been awesome for us. It’s super easy to use and makes sharing content really simple, which helps keep everyone connected through digital signage. We also love that we can share reports like Power BI so easily thanks to the integration. On top of that, their customer support is fantastic—quick, helpful, and always going the extra mile. We use it for displaying upcoming sessions in reception areas, and it’s already improved staff awareness and customer engagement. It’s reliable, cost-effective, and doesn’t require much technical knowledge to run. We're even exploring ways to expand it to more screens and use it for broader internal communications. Pros The setup was incredibly simple and quick, and the interface is very user-friendly. Being able to manage everything remotely is a huge benefit for us, especially when working across multiple sites. It's helped us keep our internal marketing up to date with minimal effort. The value for money is excellent, and it integrates well with the hardware we already had. Cons There could be more flexibility in how templates and playlists are customised. Also, some of the advanced scheduling features took a bit of trial and error to understand at first - but once you get the hang of it, it works well. It works well, and has a relatively basic learning curve to get up and running. Pros What drew me to this initially was the Google Docs/Sheets integration, which allows me to link to our existing workflow documents. This means I need only edit my original files and my Optisigns assets/schedules will update automatically. This is a real time saver for me. Cons Whilst simple enough to use, there is some room for improvement with Google Docs integration. Whilst it works as it should, it would be nice to be able to change the refresh schedule to an even shorter interval (it takes a couple minutes to synchronize changes). October 22, 2025 5.0 From the beginning my experience was great. I was using a different solution before which I was familiar with, but the other solution was costly and did not give me the integration I needed. This is why i started looking for an alternative program. After I tried a few I realize OptiSigns is what I was looking for not only for my current need but also in case I want to integrate and implement more stuff in the future. Pros Easy interface. Product has many features all included in comparison with other solutions. 365 and Google sheets integration is easy to use and no need any additional connectors. Customer support is great and always there to help you. Playlist is easy to manage with just a few clicks and you can assign it to one or many screens. The solution works with Amazon Signage which is what we are using and this makes this product one of the best on the market. Cons Honestly, there is nothing bad i can say for this solution. It has offered us everything we needed for our needs. Customer service is super friendly and timely, and will strive to help out in any way possible! Being the sole user for our site means I have a lot of experience with using their website and services and I am extremely confident with navigating my way around the U.I and altering playlists when needed. I love being organised, and OptiSigns helps me keep our dashboards and folders neat and I can label everything so i know exactly where to find certain signage. Pros OptiSigns have helped me and the company I work for effortlessly put signage around our service. As the sole operator, I can easily swap out and change slides as well as choosing what playlist / TV to put certain content on. The customer service is also amazing and I received same-day assistance when having troubles when i was new to the system. I would definitely recommend it for any company that is looking for a user-friendly way to display digital signage around their buildings. If there is an issue, tech support quickly assists and walks you through how to fix it. Pros The ease of use to be able to edit the thousands of pre-made templates. The filter menu on the left side of the screen helps narrow down exactly what you are needing. Cons Schedule feature can get tricky as there are a few ways to schedule an asset, and that can cause the asset to not display correctly if not done exactly right. November 4, 2025 5.0 I've had minimal issues with Optisigns and even the ones I've had are easy to fix and more often than not were due to something we did rather than the system. A great addition to our workplace. Pros Optisigns is a great value for money alternative to other systems, with great device management. We use it to display information at work on 3 screens across a site that spans the whole road. The features allow for multiple things to be shown at once, such as a PowerPoint presentation, the weather, the news, a banner of key info, and much more, so a variety of customisation available! Cons At first, there are a few features that take a moment to get your head around, and some of which I did still find a little tricky after looking at the tips and assistance. I had 24 hours to figure out how to make a touch screen into a kiosk and OptiSigns made it possible to quickly learn, test and apply what I needed. The pricing and customizability is seriously worth it! Makes a small business creative person like me, "geek out" over the possibilities and makes my job easier and more valuable. Pros It's super easy to use, if you have a basic knowledge for design or even power point presentation building. They have truly made kiosk and multi screen set up super easy. Their customer service and trainings are great too. The flexibility between TVs and mobile devices and the pricing is seriously a no brainer. Cons There are very minor issues I have with OptiSigns. I was able to create a great tribute wall to the local veterans in our Town with an extra FireTV and the OptiSigns software. The online interface has many functions and extra content to help create professional results. Pros The ease of use is the primary reason for purchasing OptiSigns. The setup of the initial slides for our Digital Bulletin Board was easy and the Cloud portal was simple and easy to use. Adding music and videos was also quick. The storage capacity is quite large and it is easy to catalog the files in the system. Cons I have not had any issue yet with the software. So far everything has worked as listed. April 9, 2025 5.0 We are using less paper and ink printing flyers and posters and cleaning up the walls in our facility. Paper signage is harder to keep current and ensure it is discarded when not needed. The OptiSigns app allows us to rapidly and seamlessly deploy messaging to our customers and our employees throughout the facility. Pros The application allows me to post near real-time data to our screens. We keep our customers and employees informed of events, customer comments, safety statistics and essential data, etc., using the app. It interfaces very well with PowerPoint format. I often add transitions and animations to my PowerPoint presentation and then convert it to a video that will play on my OptiSigns playlist. There are transitions available in the OptiSigns app also. I really like the convenience of being able to push out information in an attractive format without posting paper signage. OptiSigns is very easy to use and has an intuitive interface. The support and resources. available are very helpful. Adding new content now is a breeze. Pros I love how many apps there are to choose from and how easy the setup was. We were able to set up schedules and rotate through different displays in our office throughout the day. Cons I wish we still had access to the old Canva integration. We use Canva for all of our graphic design and the new integration is set up very different, so we switched to OptiSign's own graphic design platform instead. April 3, 2025 5.0 I know the title would imply my favorite part is the price but it is not. The price is amazing, no doubt. What I like is so many amazing features that other companies tend to hide behind a paywall, are included in the $10 per screen. I originally just wanted to do a 4 screen menu board with static images of my menu. Now I have 4 screens, with my menu, but with movies in the background, with split sections, and with fun informational tickers. I even put up a 5th screen that just cycles through any current promos or specials. The ease of use of the features isn't the greatest but it is not the worst. If you can use simple apps like Canva, you can make your own menus pop and the integration between OptiSigns makes it super simple. I feel like I'm now frequently making little changes to menu to highlight items that are normally missed. All in all they make implementing my ideas so easy. I have not needed to contact their customer support as of yet, but I have had to reference their well documented guides. I couldn't be happier with my monthly purchase. Pros What I like most about Optisigns is first the price. $10 a screen is very fare considering that most features are unlocked at that price. The features are another reason I like Optisigns. From Scheduling to video playback, it does everything I need. Cons It looks out dated. The interface seems like it's something out of the 2010's. For me, that's not an issue because I was working with computers back then but for some it may be a turn off. " October 6, 2025 4.0 They were perfectly serviceable. I wouldn’t recommend them if you have a few screens at a few locations but for mass-deployment and frequent media updates, they were fine. Pros Opti-signs is an easy way to manage multiple locations and multiple screens. I managed over 200 screens at over 100 addresses across the US with no assistance or training and was able to hop in right away and find my way around. Cons Support wasn’t great. I found the help articles unhelpful to the team members setting up and maintaining devices at our office locations, and their emails for support were slow on a good day. I would also like to give the optisigns team feedback that when I reached out to the help or accounts team, they didn’t seem to keep a customer database of what devices we had on our account, what the screens were named or any other helpful info. Pros The accessibility it provides our students. I work at a deaf school which requires us to have a way to visually call on our students. Cons There isn’t really anything I don’t like about it. Its is very easy to setup. I work remotely so managing our digital signage is important. Pros Very easy user interface. I love the templating, scheduling, and playlist features the best. The template library is full of great designs. Cons I don't have anything to comment that is a con about the system. After using different types of players and tvs, the only issue is that some devices operate differently and you have to adjust.
