Pros

It's so simple to use. We are able to integrate it into our current framework with ease. The value of the program to show our internal marketing to potential patients is amazing. We saw an immediate ROI, which was a welcomed surprise. We also had incredible onboarding and post purchase support.

Cons

I would like to be able to use any TV software for it, but it generally is compatible with most major systems.

What I like most about OptiSigns is how well it supports our daily hotel operations and enhances the overall guest experience. My overall experience with OptiSigns has been very positive. It is extremely easy to use, and you can have screens up and running in less than five minutes. The platform makes scheduling, screen management, and content updates simple, even across multiple devices. What stands out most is that it really empowers you to be creative, even if you do not have a dedicated design team. Between the templates, integrations, widgets, and ease of use, it is a very practical and powerful solution for digital signage.

Pros

What I like most about OptiSigns is how much flexibility it gives you without making things complicated. The platform has a wide range of integrations, and Canva is a great example of that. If you do not have a full graphic design team or expensive design software, the built-in templates and design tools in OptiSigns are incredibly helpful and give you a great head start on creating professional-looking content. It is also very easy to schedule content and manage a fleet of screens across locations. On top of that, OptiSigns includes a lot of useful apps and widgets. I especially like the social media widgets that let customers see your current followers and scan a QR code to follow or sign up right from the screen.

Cons

My main criticism is that I would like a little more visibility into pricing as you scale up to a larger number of screens. The platform is strong overall, but clearer pricing guidance for growing deployments would be helpful.

### "Extremely fast, professional customer service"

The support is amazing. I work in Europe and had an issue that I needed help with. Seeing that OptiSign are based in Texas, I thought I would (if lucky) get an answer at the end of my shift or more realistically in a few days. They answered within half an hour, I was taken by surprise. So they have support doing night shift in order to provide service. And they also help each other, so in case the case owner isnt working that day or on a break, their co-worker might answer you. Extremely efficient customer service, I havent seen a customer service working that fast before (I work with customer service myself). Professional and fast customer service staff, many thanks to \[sensitive content hidden\]!

Pros

To be able to show booked meeting rooms on the screens (tablets). And the friendly, professional customer service team.

Cons

I dont know, I am new to OptiSign. The company I work for has used them for some time, but I (as IT support) am trying to help my co-workers with an issue where they book the same conference room for the same time slot. I have nothing negative to say.

### "Great software with strong features and room to grow"

I used the free version of OptiSign for a couple of weeks and really liked it. I’ve since signed up and now have it fully operational in my office lobby. It’s been a big hit. I like it, and my tenants do as well. Because of that, I’ve already ordered a second OptiSign stick to install in the community building at my apartment property, and I’m currently considering adding two more in the future. The software does have a bit of a learning curve at first, but once you get the hang of it, it’s actually pretty easy to use. I’ve been combining OptiSign with ChatGPT to create custom templates and designs, which has worked extremely well. The only real issues I’ve run into involve some of the built-in feeds, such as Word of the Day. The initial splash screen displays for quite a long time, and I wish there were a way to shorten that so the content appears sooner. Also, I expected the feed to rotate to a new word each time, but it continues showing the same word every cycle, and it has done that since installation. I’ve also noticed a few minor quirks. For example, when previewing content, it doesn’t always behave exactly the same on the live screen. I have a design with a ticker at the bottom that scrolls perfectly in preview, but on the actual display it runs very slowly and never finishes the full message. That said, these are small issues compared to the overall value. I genuinely love this software, it looks great in our lobby, and it has been an excellent addition to our property. I’m excited to continue expanding my use of OptiSign moving forward.

Pros

I started using OptiSign with the free version and quickly decided to sign up. It’s now running in my office lobby and has been very well received by both staff and tenants. I liked it so much that I’ve already ordered a second stick for our community building and am considering adding more displays in the future. While there is a small learning curve, once you get the hang of it the software is easy to use and very flexible. I’m very happy with it and look forward to expanding our use even further.

Cons

There are a few minor quirks, such as some built-in feeds repeating content and previews not always matching the live screen exactly, but overall OptiSign has been a great product.

I am very happy with OptiSigns - being cloud based is a huge perk - if any event names or signage needs to be updated, i can easily log in at home

Pros

We’re very happy with OptiSigns. Currently using as a hotel reader board, we manually add content to display meetings in house and updating content is quick and straightforward, allowing us to change messages, promotions, and announcements in real time. The design looks modern and professional, and the system has been reliable with no major issues so far. We just added a 2nd screen which mirrors the first and it is very helpful.

Cons

no integration with salesforce/delphi.fdc - we have to create "daily event slides" everyday - but OptiSigns is 1/100th the price of a hotel reader board system

Overall, my experience with OptiSigns has been a good one. The platform has given us a flexible and relatively easy way to manage digital signage, and it has been significantly easier to work with than the legacy system (Bright Sign) it replaced. While there have been some learning curves with scheduling and advanced display configurations, the system has proven reliable and adaptable for day-to-day operations. After fighting the small blue signage box fit a year, we added to our existing OptiSigns set up their video wall system and had that working again after a year of malfunctioning with Bright Sign.

Pros

The flexibility and ease of deployment has been a godsend. We were able to replace an aging digital signage system and now can remotely manage content across multiple displays, and have implemented a functioning video wall without requiring extensive outside support. For a nonprofit facility with multiple partners and varied operational needs, that flexibility has been valuable.

Cons

A number of the functions are less intuitive than they could be. We experienced challenges with assigning schedules to specific screens, interpreting scheduling settings, and troubleshooting inconsistencies between uploaded and streamed content. While we were ultimately able to resolve the issues, the process was one that I wouldn’t wish on someone less determined to figure it out.

The hardware options could be expanded a bit more, especially for smaller desktop style displays and black colored units. We ended up using some third party hardware that worked but was a little finicky at times. The software itself has been solid, but having more polished first party hardware options would make the experience even better.

Making sure our employees always have access to the latest bulletin used to be a challenge, especially when I had to use AirPlay from my photos to the office Apple TV. Now, I can handle everything directly from my computer, and the bulletin is sent straight to our TV, which has made the process much easier. It has been a game changer in our office.

Pros

I really appreciate the creative templates available on the site, as well as the option to design my own. Setting up our TV was a quick and easy process, which was especially important during the busy holiday season. Now, it plays content in our office every day. The Optisigns team also checks in to make sure everything is running smoothly, which I find helpful.

Cons

There isn't a way to format slideshow pictures, and I wish all the images would automatically fit the screen when I start a slideshow. It would also be helpful to have the option to crop each image individually so they fit the available space better.

The platform gave us the ease to be able to empower our HR and Safety teams to advertise key information within their own playlists without requiring IT's intervention to do it. We have had little to no issues since we acquired, and the end-user experience has made it straight forward to use and administer.

Pretty smooth and well run programming. The most issues I've experienced is either a broken or bad file not being displayed properly (which is usually not their fault), or a problem with Google Drive communicating with OptiSigns properly.

Pros

It is pretty intuitive, and I like the ability to pull directly from a Google Drive. It is easy to manipulate and display things on vertically oriented tvs.

Cons

It is really expensive for the service. We definitely under utilize the software and is able to do way more than what we need, which is nice, however we don't need the extras. So for the minimal use we need, it is an expensive premium. A lower cost, limited access, budget option would be nice and we would personally really benefit from it.

As a film company, it is important for us to highlight this as we have externals coming into our office frequently and want to showcase what we are working on.

Pros

I like the ease of device management. Adding new screens, assigning playlists, and monitoring device status is straightforward and intuitive. The dashboard makes it easy to manage multiple displays remotely without needing a lot of setup time or technical troubleshooting. Even the least technically skilled person can manage the screens.

Cons

I do not have anything bad to say about OptiSigns. The platform has been smooth and dependable for the needs of my organization!

I've taught myself what I needed over the years and we've really built a streamline process to deploy almost 30 devices in multiple states with OptiSigns.

Pros

We've been using OptiSigns at multiple locations (in multiple states) for the last few years now. The process is very simple, and we have deployed 27 Raspberry Pi 4b devices running the OptiSigns software. The best part is, aside from a few hardware failures (not OptiSign's fault), the software is turn key. Our Social Media department creates monthly slides and pushes them out without any issues.

Cons

A little more scripting flexibility. I have built our scripts and "build process" around how OptiSigns downloads and deploys their software. It's a little clunky and when OptiSigns makes changes it can take a few days to tweak our scripts to work. But with how often that happens it's not something that we worry about on our side.

My overall experience with OptiSigns￼ has been very positive. The platform is easy to set up and works well for managing digital signage across different screens and locations. One of the best parts is the user-friendly dashboard, which makes uploading images, videos, menus, and announcements simple even for someone without much technical experience. I also like that it supports many different apps and integrations, including Google Drive, Canva, YouTube, and social media feeds, which helps keep content fresh and organized

Pros

What I liked the is how it makes day to day operations easy, makes screen management extremely easy, very great value for what you pay,

Cons

I don’t have any cons at the moment, my company has been using them for an extremely long time. So no cons

Overall, we have been extremely happy with OptiSigns for all our digital signage needs. Setup was a breeze. The web designer is also very easy to learn for our staff. Highly recommend.

Pros

I like how easy it is to create slides from the vast collection of templates. I also like the widgets for time, date, and weather that I can add to any image.

Cons

With displays of different sizes and resolutions, it's sometimes difficult to get the output resolution of OptiSigns to match that of the display.

### "Optisigns - the Best Product I have Found for Marketing in Years"

Experience from starting my research to receiving the software/hardware and getting it up and running was painless and quick. The site walks you through everything you need to know to get started but it is so super easy, just a few times of "playing with it" I was ready to go. I just tried out the "scheduling" feature for the first time on September 11th and it worked perfectly. I have started adding some of the apps to the content we display and they have been great. Especially for gaining more followers on our social media pages by just having to scan a QR code right off the screen.

Pros

While doing my research I found OptiSigns provided the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, quickly. When comparing products, OptiSigns had the apps I was looking for to make our digital content more engaging and productive. The program is so simple to use and is fast. I love that I can sit in my office, add media and within seconds it is already up on the screen. This program is going to allow me to get rid of having "flyers/posters/and other print materials" for promotional purposes out, and directing everyone right to the monitor to stay up on what is going on with Hogs & Heifers Saloon.

Cons

Haven't found anything yet that I do not like about OptiSigns, and I hope I never do, but confident that if there are any issues, Customer Service is right here in the United States so I can contact them immediately.

Overall I have really enjoyed the Optisigns product and offerings. I have even referred a few other businesses to using it.

Pros

Super easy install on out TCL / GoogleTV televisions. All we did was download the application, install it, pair it to the account and done. Doesn't get any easier. Super easy to manage the screens from the account as well.

Cons

The only con I think, and not sure it is really a con is I wish you could still use the free screens options along with a paid screen or two.

### "OptiSign Playlists, how to use"

Our hotel guests love the digital boards. They also have an interactive function, so guests can ‘play’ with the screens and click through our showcased restaurant menus.

Pros

I like the ease of OptiSign. Wherever I am, I can easily upload my files to the digital boards on the property. I can also schedule content. It’s a simple drag‑and‑drop system and very easy to use.

Cons

My playlists sometimes get stuck, and I need to reset and reboot it to make sure it displays the content correctly.

Overall, it has been an incredibly good tool for our organization. It's rather intuitive to use and the rare times that we have a snag, the customer service is very responsive and helpful.

Pros

It is very user friendly and makes it easy to update our continuous slideshow of events that we've hosted.

Cons

You are able to adjust how long a specific item in the order runs. However, there is a bit of a delay with that feature, so if you move too quickly, things will sometimes drop back into the default length. Then you have to adjust it a second time.

OptiSigns has been by far the easiest product for me to pickup on quickly. The layout of the system is generally easy to navigate and understand. I have my own personal challenge but I am getting better each day.

Pros

OptiSigns has given me the ability to showcase client reviews, team members, rentals and homes for sale. We are moving into a new space and have street level windows now, so we were excited to be able to showcase these items to the public as they stroll the sidewalk. It was easy to setup, easy to implement, and easy to integrate our social media accounts and Canva accounts.

Cons

My only struggle with OptiSigns is maintaining the order in which assets display onscreen. It get's alittle confusing for me because I don't want to flood the order in which assets display with all team members or homes, so I have to work on that. I'm sure I'll get better!

### "Great bang for our buck!!"

Overall we are really enjoying our experience. We had a simple slide show running before and now we are able to integrate reviews, weather, videos, and special slides for hours. Being able to add all that from my desk and update it from my office has been great. I would highly recommend Optisigns to anyone interested.

Pros

The cost of the subscription and the ease of use. It has given out showroom such a polished and professional look that really makes us stand out form others in our market. We had a Samsung tv and we installed the APP while waiting on the Optisigns streaming device which has been so easy to use and works great!

Cons

It took a while to upload all of our photos and media. Most of our photos were the right size but some had to be resized and that took a while. Loading them into a playlist was easy but adding them to the site took a bit longer than I had hoped.
