I used the free version of OptiSign for a couple of weeks and really liked it. I’ve since signed up and now have it fully operational in my office lobby. It’s been a big hit. I like it, and my tenants do as well. Because of that, I’ve already ordered a second OptiSign stick to install in the community building at my apartment property, and I’m currently considering adding two more in the future. The software does have a bit of a learning curve at first, but once you get the hang of it, it’s actually pretty easy to use. I’ve been combining OptiSign with ChatGPT to create custom templates and designs, which has worked extremely well. The only real issues I’ve run into involve some of the built-in feeds, such as Word of the Day. The initial splash screen displays for quite a long time, and I wish there were a way to shorten that so the content appears sooner. Also, I expected the feed to rotate to a new word each time, but it continues showing the same word every cycle, and it has done that since installation. I’ve also noticed a few minor quirks. For example, when previewing content, it doesn’t always behave exactly the same on the live screen. I have a design with a ticker at the bottom that scrolls perfectly in preview, but on the actual display it runs very slowly and never finishes the full message. That said, these are small issues compared to the overall value. I genuinely love this software, it looks great in our lobby, and it has been an excellent addition to our property. I’m excited to continue expanding my use of OptiSign moving forward.

Pros

I started using OptiSign with the free version and quickly decided to sign up. It’s now running in my office lobby and has been very well received by both staff and tenants. I liked it so much that I’ve already ordered a second stick for our community building and am considering adding more displays in the future. While there is a small learning curve, once you get the hang of it the software is easy to use and very flexible. I’m very happy with it and look forward to expanding our use even further.

Cons

There are a few minor quirks, such as some built-in feeds repeating content and previews not always matching the live screen exactly, but overall OptiSign has been a great product.

Making sure our employees always have access to the latest bulletin used to be a challenge, especially when I had to use AirPlay from my photos to the office Apple TV. Now, I can handle everything directly from my computer, and the bulletin is sent straight to our TV, which has made the process much easier. It has been a game changer in our office.

Pros

I really appreciate the creative templates available on the site, as well as the option to design my own. Setting up our TV was a quick and easy process, which was especially important during the busy holiday season. Now, it plays content in our office every day. The Optisigns team also checks in to make sure everything is running smoothly, which I find helpful.

Cons

There isn't a way to format slideshow pictures, and I wish all the images would automatically fit the screen when I start a slideshow. It would also be helpful to have the option to crop each image individually so they fit the available space better.

Overall, our experience with OptiSigns has been excellent. Setup was easy (pretty much plug-in play) managing content is simple, and the platform has significantly improved how we handle digital signage across our departments. The combination of strong features, reliability, and helpful support makes it easy to recommend.

Pros

OptiSigns offers an impressive number of features for the price, making it a great value for our Company. The platform is easy to use, and their customer support is fast, responsive, and genuinely helpful. We especially appreciate how quickly we can update content and how reliable the system has been for our displays!

There are a few templates and customization options we wish were more flexible, However, these are minor issues compared to the overall functionality so it's really not a con.

Pretty smooth and well run programming. The most issues I've experienced is either a broken or bad file not being displayed properly (which is usually not their fault), or a problem with Google Drive communicating with OptiSigns properly.

Pros

It is pretty intuitive, and I like the ability to pull directly from a Google Drive. It is easy to manipulate and display things on vertically oriented tvs.

Cons

It is really expensive for the service. We definitely under utilize the software and is able to do way more than what we need, which is nice, however we don't need the extras. So for the minimal use we need, it is an expensive premium. A lower cost, limited access, budget option would be nice and we would personally really benefit from it.

We use OptiSigns to display content on screens across multiple floors in our office. The ease of use allows us to show content that is up to date and in line with our current and upcoming releases. As a film company, it is important for us to highlight this as we have externals coming into our office frequently and want to showcase what we are working on.

Pros

I like the ease of device management. Adding new screens, assigning playlists, and monitoring device status is straightforward and intuitive. The dashboard makes it easy to manage multiple displays remotely without needing a lot of setup time or technical troubleshooting. Even the least technically skilled person can manage the screens.

Cons

I do not have anything bad to say about OptiSigns. The platform has been smooth and dependable for the needs of my organization!

### "Optisigns - the Best Product I have Found for Marketing in Years"

Experience from starting my research to receiving the software/hardware and getting it up and running was painless and quick. The site walks you through everything you need to know to get started but it is so super easy, just a few times of "playing with it" I was ready to go. I just tried out the "scheduling" feature for the first time on September 11th and it worked perfectly. I have started adding some of the apps to the content we display and they have been great. Especially for gaining more followers on our social media pages by just having to scan a QR code right off the screen.

Pros

While doing my research I found OptiSigns provided the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, quickly. When comparing products, OptiSigns had the apps I was looking for to make our digital content more engaging and productive. The program is so simple to use and is fast. I love that I can sit in my office, add media and within seconds it is already up on the screen. This program is going to allow me to get rid of having "flyers/posters/and other print materials" for promotional purposes out, and directing everyone right to the monitor to stay up on what is going on with Hogs & Heifers Saloon.

Cons

Haven't found anything yet that I do not like about OptiSigns, and I hope I never do, but confident that if there are any issues, Customer Service is right here in the United States so I can contact them immediately.

Overall I have really enjoyed the Optisigns product and offerings. I have even referred a few other businesses to using it.

Pros

Super easy install on out TCL / GoogleTV televisions. All we did was download the application, install it, pair it to the account and done. Doesn't get any easier. Super easy to manage the screens from the account as well.

Cons

The only con I think, and not sure it is really a con is I wish you could still use the free screens options along with a paid screen or two.

OptiSigns is extremely easy to use and reliable. The dashboard is intuitive, and managing screens or scheduling content takes only a few minutes. The only small challenge is setting up the exact time frames for PowerPoint presentations it takes a bit of trial and error to make transitions flow perfectly. However, once adjusted, everything runs smoothly.

I don’t have to race all over a USB stick to show the new information and it makes the branding look pretty decent, despite me not hiring a highend designer.

Pros

The Pi installed without blowing up when I plugged it in. I just copied some random files from my desktop into the library and the scaling did not crash. I was truly shocked that the Canva stuff worked at all given that everything else today has been completely terrible. At least I can update the hallway displays from my desk and do not have to leave my seat. I am simply grateful that the thing will stay powered for longer than one hour.

Cons

I think I would have a better chance of finding the settings for the basic scheduling in the OptiSigns dashboard if the menu items were in alphabetical order or something other than a 1990s style layout.

Pros

Their customer support department is top of the line, fast, curteous, and knowledgeable. They care about their customer's and go as far as needed to keep them satisfied

Their quality is equally good throughout, I have never had an occasion when a department of the company did not stick with me until my problem was resolved.

OptiSigns has been a very useful part of our day to day operations at Old Guard Games! Easy to use and requires very little training for any employee to get the hang of.

Pros

OptiSigns allows us to change our in-store marketing easily as well as use non-marketing materials like special event codes without any complicated software.

Cons

OptiSigns has a lot of app integration, but it is hard to get it to do something relatively simple in terms of video - playing a YouTube video or playlist.

OptiSigns has been by far the easiest product for me to pickup on quickly. The layout of the system is generally easy to navigate and understand. I have my own personal challenge but I am getting better each day.

Pros

OptiSigns has given me the ability to showcase client reviews, team members, rentals and homes for sale. We are moving into a new space and have street level windows now, so we were excited to be able to showcase these items to the public as they stroll the sidewalk. It was easy to setup, easy to implement, and easy to integrate our social media accounts and Canva accounts.

Cons

My only struggle with OptiSigns is maintaining the order in which assets display onscreen. It get's alittle confusing for me because I don't want to flood the order in which assets display with all team members or homes, so I have to work on that. I'm sure I'll get better!

We utilize OptiSigns on 3 TVs in our building. Two show a combination of photos and videos that highlight what we do as an organization. We also utilize a lobby TV to display information to visitors as well as announce information to staff.

Pros

OptiSigns has a simple and intuitive interface for managing the various devices we employ for digital signage. We are easily able to remotely preview the content being displayed on our TVs.

Cons

The process for building out new content (for display on digital signage) could be a bit more intuitive. However, once you learn the ins and outs the service functions well.

Very positive experience. I'm very happy with our choice of provider for this particular service. There's been a genuine feel of help and assistance from across the globe!

Pros

The integration between different sources of information. I can have so many different sources all displaying to staff at the same time. I also love the scheduling ability of different playlists to correspond to the time of the month we are in. The customer support has been approachable and available for any questions we may need but they have let us make our own way too, which I really appreciated. Scheduling, creating and managing the screens was intuitive and easy. The ability to segregate and designate device screens is vastly important, as one part of the office needs certain info whilst the other side, doesn't need the same.

Cons

The smart TV app can be heavy on older models of smart TV or android boxes. I would suggest to anybody planning on using the smart TV or android TV app, try and make sure its plentiful in it processing power to ensure a seamless experience..

There are helpful people behind this platform who are continually improving and expanding their offerings. There is always something new, including templates and graphics.

Pros

The OptiSigns dashboard is modern, easy to use, and is logical to understand and find things quickly. The value for the money is outstanding, as we were paying much more with a competing firm and getting much less. It's plug-n-play right out of the box with no TV compatibility issues so we saved so much time! Plus the graphics and templates are fun and very simple to update!

And when I did need help, their support team responded promptly and provided exactly what I needed. The platform has been rock-solid for me, and the service has been just as dependable.

Cons

Integrating background music into the screens is a bit more difficult, but that's mainly due to licensing requirements.

### "Easy to Use"

Overall, it has been an incredibly good tool for our organization. It's rather intuitive to use and the rare times that we have a snag, the customer service is very responsive and helpful.

Pros

It is very user friendly and makes it easy to update our continuous slideshow of events that we've hosted.

Cons

You are able to adjust how long a specific item in the order runs. However, there is a bit of a delay with that feature, so if you move too quickly, things will sometimes drop back into the default length. Then you have to adjust it a second time.

### "Great bang for our buck!!"

Overall we are really enjoying our experience. We had a simple slide show running before and now we are able to integrate reviews, weather, videos, and special slides for hours. Being able to add all that from my desk and update it from my office has been great. I would highly recommend Optisigns to anyone interested.

Pros

The cost of the subscription and the ease of use. It has given out showroom such a polished and professional look that really makes us stand out form others in our market. We had a Samsung tv and we installed the APP while waiting on the Optisigns streaming device which has been so easy to use and works great!

Cons

It took a while to upload all of our photos and media. Most of our photos were the right size but some had to be resized and that took a while. Loading them into a playlist was easy but adding them to the site took a bit longer than I had hoped.

### "Best on the Market!"

Very Good. Nearly no Downtime and an easy control of all screens under management within our Company!

Pros

The variety of features and Apps as well as the flexibility of instalment, especially not having to use an OptiSign player by directly installing the software on our Samsung Signage Displays. These Players are sometimes a bottleneck, as our displays are installed in various spots, that are often difficult to reach, so there's one reason less, to make the hassle of getting at the back of them just to look if the player is fully plugged in.

Cons

I mostly dislike two things. One is more obvious, the other one a bit special: 1. Not being able to only give users access to selected displays. We use many displays as menu boards at our concession stands. Our POS Registers run on Windows, so I would love to just give them the option to open chrome, log in to OptiSign and control display above them. They should only be able to switch between our menu board playlist and the "Currently Closed" Asset. 2. A MovieDB Integration would be wonderful to directly source poster assets and other marketing material, but that's only relevant for cinemas, so this won't be a disadvantage for most users.

OptiSigns has truly streamlined our communication and elevated the look and effectiveness of our displays.

Pros

OptiSigns has been an outstanding digital signage solution for our organization. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to manage and update content across multiple screens with minimal effort.

Cons

I’m having issues with integrations, but the customer service is top notch, and there’s a plethora of helpful videos to guide my way through it.

### "Best UI of any digital signage system I've used!"

Seamless user experience with little to no issues! I am a frequent user, and site administrator for our account, and I have yet to have a major issue!

Pros

I work in HR for a large manufacturing facility with three shifts, so we have many things to be communicated at all times. OptiSigns is incredibly easy to use, the functions are easily displayed and the UI is seamless. We can easily display certain content to each section of the plant (ie safety, HR related, production related) with no issues.

Cons

I have enjoyed all of my experiences so far. My only thing is sometimes when uploading pdfs or pngs, they don't fit the whole screen, and there's not a way to easily adjust view/scaling. Very minor issue!

Pros

the value for the money and ease of use. Dashboard is easy to navigate. Very user friendly and intuitive interface

Cons

there could be more customization of templates or more templates would be nice. Slight learning curve with the more advanced features.
