June 29, 2022 5.0 Pros I have used remote-managed digital signage in our multiple locations for years, but only realized what I was missing after I began to implement OptiSigns across our organization. I can finally now delegate updates and campaigns to staff with confidence due to the easy to use interface and powerful designer. Cons Was excited to see that our Roku-onboard TVs would support Optisigns, but bummed when I found out 75% of our content wasn't compatible. So we moved to fire sticks. This allows us to advertise all of the programs we offer. Easy to update and stay fresh with what is coming up. Pros The software is so simple to use and set up. Had the first playlist setup and running within minutes. I can choose how long each picture is displayed, can order them the way I want and the best thing is, it runs automatically without a need to connect to another device to mirror. Customer service was helpful in getting us going. I was able to get it set up and started on our screen, and I'm not tech savvy. Just what we needed! Pros We needed a simple, remote program to use for digital signage. It's easy to update and looks great on our TV! Cons I wish I was able to schedule multiple playlists at a time. Maybe I can and I just haven't figured that out yet. Reason for choosing OptiSigns Cost was a big attraction for us since we're a nonprofit. We also needed it to be remote and easy to use. November 29, 2021 5.0 I would totally recommend to anyone looking to spice up their office/storefront. Our office is now filled with more color, vibrancy, and our overall morale has even gone up! Pros What I love most about this software is how easy it is to use. You can upload everything in just a few minutes and there are no limits of what you can use as assets on your signage. Whether you have a powerpoint, website, or youtube playlist to showcase, you won't be disappointed by the feed! Cons I think the most disappointing aspect of this software is that the quality is compressed when broadcasted on our Fire TVs. Pros It is nice with how easy the software hooks up to the devices we need to display the plays on. Cons The difficulties with this software come in form of functionality. For example, you can not view the images in the playlist. They appear very small and you are unable to enlarge to make sure they are correct. Also, the functionality within the playlist upload is disappointing. For instance, you can not delete items in your uploads. This becomes very congested. Review Source CW Charly W. It's great to be able to controll all content from a central system as opossosed to at each individual location. It changes in real time so we're able to have flexible messaging.
