I used WeVideo daily to record and edit my digital curriculum. It is very intuitive and I don’t know what I would have done with out its high res capabilities!

Pros

I love that it is so user friendly, there is a bank of high quality transitions, music, and templates that are available, as well as a capability to export to Google drive.

Cons

It would be cool there were more fonts and customizations available when it comes to overlays and design details.

Pros

Fairly simple to use once you play around with the program for a bit.

Cons

First of all, It was not made clear how much publishing time was available for a free account until after I had spent hours editing a video. Second of all, I paid for a monthly subscription (30 minutes of publishing time per month). After I exported my first video (around 9 minutes), I saw that the video did not match the preview. Text and video was missing/cut off. I edited the video and tried to export it again. Video and text was still deleted even though the preview showed that everything was fine. Tried a third time, same problem. By my fourth time, I had used up my monthly publishing time. So now, I have a video with missing/incomplete content and no way to fix it unless I choose to pay more money. I am cancelling this subscription immediately.

It is an excellent product at a fair price. I wish they had a lifetime deal; I would purchase immediately.

Would like to merge two video clips together so they melt into one another.

Pros

Easy to setup, invite others, and create or edit videos. There are a lot user templates and starting points to choose from when creating a video or even a gif! Students are are engaged and enjoying it quite a bit.

Cons

Haven't used it long enough to find any cons or issues, as of yet.

I love wevideo. It is easy to teach students video production with. The ability to collaborate on videos is great for realtime feedback and the ability to assign projects helps keep student organized and making great videos.

Pros

I love that students can use this software on their chromebooks and has google drive compatibility. Students can edit movies with ease. It was clutch teaching online through the pandemic and it replaced the software we used after.

Cons

The only con I can think of is the inability to unattached the preview screen so you can use dual monitors. It also has some limitations on editing.

Collaboration, editing tools, deployment simplicity, and sharing on other platforms, including WeVideo, help establish your own identity. The typefaces were also fantastic. The simple UI was easy to adjust. I'm happy that I bought this program.

Pros

My younger brother just asked me to provide exclusive video footage for their college presentation. And I'm pleased to highlight WeVideo, a tool I utilized to produce the video material. WeVideo's facilities for editing recorded videos, adding audio and text, and adding graphic effects were quite helpful as always. Collaboration was also an option, giving me more goals I could pursue. This program makes it much easier to produce quality video footage.

Cons

It would be more beneficial if we could investigate more modification possibilities, such as adding text fonts other than the ones that are now included. But for the provider, making such upgrades is not difficult. I hope there will soon be more relevant updates.

I used WeVideo for a couple weeks and I just canceled my subscription. It is too unreliable and can't be used for production video.

Pros

Lot of stock media available, cloud based.

Cons

Feels cheap and unreliable, audio and video often not synched. Also the preview mode is not representative of the real video so it's hard to know for sure what will be your final result.

Étant un logiciel de montage vidéo en ligne, WeVideo est génial. Il fonctionne grâce à un système de cloud qui me permet de réaliser des vidéos et de les sauvegarder directement depuis mon navigateur.

Pros

Ce logiciel est super génial grâce à ces fonctionnalités. Ça m'aide vraiment à- La création de GIF- Ajouter une voix off- Enregistrer une vidéo sur n’importe quel appareil

Cons

Jusque là pas d'inconvénients. Je m'adapte facilement à ce logiciel de montage vidéo
