The customer service is always prompt and friendly. Cons Sometimes it can be a bit tricky to change certain simple things, but the help function always connects me to a Buildexact team member who sorts out the issue quickly and easily. The recipe tool is very powerful for quoting but not transferred to the job for variation management. Helpful with back costing etc Pros intergration from estimate to job. this excellerated our sales process helping us lift our turn over Cons intergration with other systems...Payrole etc. The overall dash board is helpful but I would like a global company planner Reason for choosing Buildxact BX gave us the opportunity to quote quickly and accuratly so lifted our sales turn around times. Pros The ease of use and tranisition into my business was the highlight. The integration to accounting software Xero. The power of the software to be used anywhere I am in also amazing.The different features this program offers also makes it much easier to estimate schedule and build to the budget. Cons I feel like some sort of subcontractor call up would be great where once we schedule we can send a group email out to our contacts by clicking through a list of contacts which then they receive an email with a link to accept or decline the required date. Pros is a comprehensive estimating and job tracking software package for builders and building companies of all sizes. It's simplicity of use yet effectiveness to cover nearly all aspects relatable to a construction project has made it the number choice for our network of builders which has positively impacted their businesses and lives. Cons lacks a detailed CRM tool but this can be covered by other additional applications. However, I do believe Buildxacts version is in production phase for release soon.
