The features are easy to understand, the platform feels safe, and there is always someone available to help with customer service. It has definitely helped me run my projects better. Pros I like how easy Buildxact makes it to plan and manage projects. The tools for figuring out costs, keeping track of budgets are great. It feels safe, is a great value for money, and the customer service is always helpful and quick to respond. Cons It can be a little annoying when making reports takes a few extra clicks and some small problems happen from time to time. Less glitches and easy to use. It does have a few less features but its reliability and supplier integration makes it worthwhile. Pros It's easy to use and doesn't take long to teach new employees how to use it. It is also very reliable, I have only experienced 1 outage. The supplier integration is a key feature for us. Our Bunnings pricelist is hundreds of items and prices get updated automatically by our Bunnings representative. Cons Some features are limited. For example, a "send all" button would be handy to send all purchase orders at once. Or a mass edit function to add or delete items from multiple templates in one go. Pros I like the easy of use, how it formulates letters. It looks professional when finished. The client portal is great , just need to put time into learning the system so you know how to use it. We are now using the time sheets also which lead straight into quotes. Cons It would be good to have an instant reply from a person, i do understand this is very hard. Just when you have a problem you want it fixed, maybe a dial in to our computer. Good/basic programs can be developed and easily shared with clients/stakeholders, easy however basic site diary entries can be entered in. Conversion of Estimates to Jobs is easy. Sending off quote requests is easy, creating PO's is easy and ties back to actuals for overall job financial analysis. Back end P&L reviews and easy viewing of where costings can be tightened up, or lacked. Pros It's ease of use, intuitiveness, you barely need to watch the videos to use it, it's that well structured. Cons It's good at what it does, and if your expectations are that it's going to be the best at everything, then I don't think you will be happy with anything. As i use for all my document storage now so fully using it full potential. Pros Easy to use and now going into AI measuring!! Exciting!! The ability to put pictures of the job on the quote is great. Cons Is that it cant talk to clients directly for me ha ha Maybe one day with AI!!! More option in "Allowances" to take out PC sums and just use as a dump section for information to your tender.
