Pros This system keeps vendors and supplier files in the system for us and it tracks the forms making sure things are compliant and up to date. Cons Wish it could store confidential documents, with a secured storage system. Such as MSA's/ Terms and Conditions, or any other document we might have with the vendor/supplier.
