Superb Product. Reduces manual workload and provides peace of mind.

Pros

Threat detection capabilities , UEBA features are wonderful

Cons

Reporting lacks to provide enough information plus sometimes integration with other tools is cumbersome.

easy to work with, support is good, we are never ready but they are.

Pros

ease of use automated notification for Admin staff pricing compared to other products we looked at

Cons

we are very new to this, only had it for four months now currently do not have anything for cons so far so good.

Reasons for choosing InsightIDR

came down to three things.. had to be easy to use for Admins, have automated notification of possible incidents, needed easy way for Admin staff to stop the traffic from within the application. and of coarse pricing.

Started using this product no too long ago. Ease of use, Ease of implementation.. Behavior analytics.. Customization capabilities.

We are still working out the set up. No obvious drawbacks yet.
