It is easy to use and very user friendly. I recommend this to everyone who is a sole trader. Pros I love this software and I use it on the go and it has made my life so much easier . Great for time management Cons I would like it to be able to add total hours for each client that I bill for the whole year. I would like this be an automatic feature and included in report generating . Cons None so far really - maybe ability to split transactions. Pros It is aimed and freelancers and sole traders, cutting away all the extra things we don't need and tailoring a software to really help. Cons I really don't have any, perhaps for bigger companies it isn't an accessible product. Rounded does what you need in an uncomplicated, unfancy way but doesn’t look cheap! Cons There are some quirks in the system and a few annoyances where there’s a few extra clicks for some tasks, but no more than any other accounting platform. I've been using it now for nearly 2 years and it has changed the way I do business. Being able to quickly track the profitable/non-profitable areas of my business and automatically chase up late invoices has been so useful. Pros it makes invoicing and tracking profitability very simple. The ability to look at work areas and specific clients to see how much you are earning from them is great - it has helped me make critical decisions in my business. Cons I have single organisations as clients with multiple contacts that I have to invoice directly. It is a bit tricky to set up the client section to reflect this. The design of it is user-friendly with minimal pain points experienced. Customer service is a person who is incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend. I love the feed into ATO to create expected tax accrued. Cons Time tracking section could do with some work.
