HSI is an excellent training platform for our organization but the outstanding customer service is the primary reason I would recommend HSI to others. Great communication, product knowledge and service from the HSI staff members.

Pros

An effective and user friendly platform for staff training. Reports are easy to read.

Cons

Site navigation could be improved in a few places.
