It's not worth your time trying to do it all yourself, when Pushpress is around! Pros Love that the creators of the software are constantly improving, updating features, listening to what their clients need and evolving the software to suit. If you have a question they get back to you really fast. They feel really personable and attentive. Cons Everything I've had suggestions on, they've listened to for future updates. Excellent software aside, Push Press has proven their value to me by adding priceless resources such as the support of mentors to get my business moving in the right direction. 100%; Push Press is the reason my gym became profitable. Pros It works consistently! No crashes during peak hours and immediate response from customer support. Cons There are a few features I would like to see added in the future, i.e. the ability to direct certain emails to specific individuals on my team only (by individual; not by role). I have able to track the metrics each day/week/month to further grow my business. Pros I love the ease at which my PARISI can set up everything needed for customers. We can send out waivers, transaction requests as well as follow up in a timely fashion to anything our clients needs. Having used multiple member management services, Push Press has been the easiest to navigate and learn. Cons I wish there were more reporting features such as upcoming bills and upgrading memberships. As of now I need to delete a membership and then issue a new one. Automated memberships alone are worth the time saved to run memberships. Pros \-automation -customer service -cyber security This software allows for quick charges on items, event setup, attendance tracking, and member communication among other things. I appreciate the automatic drafting of memberships which takes the thinking out of the equation so I can focus on my actual business. Cons \-membership cancellations -could use a point of sale device -cost per transaction Memberships cancelling is tough to navigate at times. Initially, we were sold on the ease of use. However, after using the software day to day (for over a year) and having issues, we quickly realized this was not the standard. Integrations are clumsy to utilize, member communication is limited and only works for short messages, and customer support is lagging. Billing is also erratic and unpredictable with members being re-charged for past purchases without explanation. Pros The initial “proposed” ease of use was the selling point for us. I have recommended them countless times and will continue to support them. They’ve built an amazing platform for ease of use and the features keep coming all while they grow and add clients. Pros The ease of use. It’s intuitive and you can get the information you need/want with a click or two. Time is money and as a mother and business owner I need my software to work in my office and on my phone on the go. It checks all of the boxes I need to be successful. Thank you Pushpress team. Cons I don’t have a least. If I had to choose one maybe the quirks that arise here and there. This software helps from following up on leads, to forecasting sales and revenue- even payroll and keeping track of t-shirt inventory. Tech support is responsive and has provided clear solutions for anything I contact them about. If they asked me to marry the I'd say yes. ;) Pros Intuitive, easy to use for both me and my members. Everything you need in one place. Cons I would like to have less problems syncing devices with Check in-app. It unsynced a couple of times and it was a hassle to correct. Pros This is such an awesome product to manage clients. You can create tons of plans, keep track of attendance, sell products/merchandise and easily keep track of it all. Cons I don't like the way it says "edit" at the bottom of the "edit" page. I wish it would say "save changes?" or something to that effect. It makes running my gym easier by allowing my staff to operate a user friendly system. Pros Customer Service is immediate with responses and resources for me to achieve my goals. I speak with the CS team multiple times a week and every single time, each and every one of the does a ELITE job. Everytime I see a complaint about a gym CRM on the Affiliate Owner page... I usually chuckle because I never have whatever problem they are having. Cons Not many, i have several tickets for suggestions I have submitted over the years. Pros This software allows our gym to easily manage memberships. We can see our new leads, who has been showing up, to the gym, and who we need to reach out to to provide a better service and get them back in the gym. We can easily add new products for members to purchase via the product page. There is also a very seamless payroll system in place as well which makes getting paid the correct hours very easy. Cons The only thing I don’t like is that there isn’t a seamless way for members to log themselves in for the day through a partnering app such as SugarWOD. The days of paper waivers, emailing with drop-ins and potential members are long gone. Pros This software has fully automated my CrossFit affiliate. We are able to do everything needed with it. It has transformed our retail point of sale which used to be a pain for members. We have been able to run better reports, setup events, and it integrates with all of our existing communication tools (slack, mail chimp, etc). Their customer service is fast and prompt to resolve any issues or problems you might have. Cons The PushPress team is constantly updating to make the platform better so there can be some features that are not fully functional for very short periods of time. It has not been an issue for our day to day operations. My only suggestion would be a staff app so it isn’t just browser based for employees and managers. I’m sure this is in the pipeline. April 13, 2018 5.0 Pros The service and the fact that they never stop improving! They are always adding features to make it easier for us as a box owner. We get compliments from athletes when they first join us on how easy they make it sign in or purchase items. When it's easy to buy from the store, your members will spend more money! Cons There is some back-end tracking things that aren't in place yet, but they are always adding new things as owners ask. So it's a con, but not one they do not try to make better for the user. Pros The customer service you get from PP is great. I truly feel like a value customer not just a easy payment. I get more help than i could ask for. They truly care about the success of their customers. Cons Sometimes it can be a bit confusing to navigate but not really that bad. There are always small kinks with updates but these are such a small issue and the support staff is always keen and quick to hear and fix. Pros Ease of use and seamless adjustments for membership options with our transient population have made a world of difference. Projections and past month metrics on income and retention are fantastic for assisting us with laying out plans for expansion and additions to the coaching staff. Cons Inability to customize mailing lists is a small flaw. We would like to see a current population map/overlay to know areas our members come from, or areas that are yet untapped potential. Cons There are still a few bugs to be figured out, but the customer support is so efficient and helpful that everything has been taken care of quickly. The PushPress team and customer service are second to none. Pros I like how easy it is to use PushPress. The staff has gone above and beyond from day one and continually advances their services and products. I also like how easy it is to integrate the PushPress software with other apps and systems. I imagine as we grow, we will grow into some of the other features this program has to offer. Billing, scheduling, website, member app, have all been fantastic for us so far. Pros Very intuitive. Handles all the functions that I need it to for our small fitness studio. Interface is clean, easy to navigate. The response time for any help or support is very quick too.
